i wish to buy a Vega from Germany, as far as i know the vega is sold als Point of View.
There are some model's like this one:

The thing that worry's me is the 2GB NAND Flash storage.
Any one brought Vega inside of the EU? (Or even better in Germany?)
That is not a Tegra tablet. Look for product code "TAB-TEGRA-10-1" for the POV equivalent of the Vega.

Yes...I'm from mumbai......and you meant sleves or case or cover??......I got one awsum pouch from acer for free when I bought it.....

Even I am facing issues with accessories. have ordered the screen protector from ebay global buy. should eventually cost around Rs600/-. the carry bag i picked up was targus....very good, but make sure u do not buy the ipad one, that is elbeit smaller. go for the 10.2 inch.

I contacted with acer....they said the accessories should be available in the next week or so......

Even me from india, mumbai and using acer A500, I am also searching for mini hdmi cable and a good cover too.
The sleeve/cover I got from the acer dealer is also quite nice, it doubles up as a stand.

Hi,
I bought it from a local dealer in gurgaon for 1500/-. did a goog product search for you and came up with other sizes.
NEW HERE SO XDA NOT ALLOWING ME TO POST LINKS. DO IMAGE SEARCH OF "targus crave", the second one, blac, with handle (they fold and get buttoned inside the tab, so good) Targus DE3956 Crave Horizontal Netbook Case with Stow-Away Handles
Basis the image, you can look up the same and get it from targus dealers in your city. the ipad one is for 3.4K on ebay, but don;t spend more than 1.5K for this. maybe the 2nd one ($10 types)
mine due to unavailability was the ipad one, and it's a tight fit for the first few days but then now my iconia settles into it nicely, but pls pls prefer the one which has internal dimensions of minimum 10.2inch.
the netbook versions are deeper in width so not recommended.

Only wifi if you are on 3.1......if you want dongles to work....flash a custom rom...

Hi I am from bangalore. have an Iconia a500 Tab 16gb, have 3 cases its a mistake... 1st when i bought i did not have anything so had to pick up a sleeve targus which costed 800 and then i ordered the full case for acer which costed 3k and then suddenly after 3 days of giving this order the dealer told me we are giving a sleeve for a500 owners and i got that too. screen protector could not find original for acer so i got a laptop screen protector and cut it down.
micro hdmi not able to find any where some one from bangalore have any idea ?

Buy a normal hdmi and then buy hdmi to micro hdmi converter.....

I dont think they sell the vega in Europe apart from Spain. Clones are available, try looking for a POV Mobii, as far as i am aware there are a couple of versions available (3g and wifi versions)
With vegacomb at a point where it is more than usable for a everyday rom, you might have trouble finding people who are willing to part with there vega.
For the price, you will not beat it

Hi everyone, I bought one today so taking a look over the forum.
I went to PC World and Curry's but they had no stock and only had some for home delivery in a week.
I got one from eBay, an ex-display model for £170 with free delivery and 6 months warranty. Hoping it arrives pretty soon!
Now I'm off to look into rooting and putting vegacomb on it

I´ve been looking over at isuppli.com at their product teardowns, and I was thinkg how in the h*ll can the advent vega be sold so cheap?
In the Netherlands the tablet is sold for as low as 260€(350$).. That where the other tablets cost that much to produce(318$ for HP Touchpad) and sold for much more.
Does anyone knows the specific hardware which is so cheap in the advent vega? I guess screen/touchscreen? (i get the memory, which costs alot)
I really want to know the costs of a similar screen and touchscreen, and the tegra 2 chip

Hey guys, ive had my vega about a year and am now selling it as i have a Galaxy tab (bundled with my new fone, and dont need 2 tablets!).
Its rooted, currently running vegacomb but i can restore it to factory rom if you prefer, supplied with vega box, charger and 16gb microsd card.
Im in the UK, have pictures if required, but its in great condition, fully working.
