That doesn't mean anything by itself, all phones require a plan. But it does require a 2 year contract for the refurb.

Well folks i finally decided to stop dealin with all the force closes and reboots...i now have the evo3d. Abd u must say it is fast and stable, im also gettin better batterie life than i did with thr evo4g. Anyways thanks for all the help and advice.

Hey Vibrant owners I'm just saying goodbye again. This tuesday, I will have my htc one. Tmobile gave me a good deal. Giving me 100 credit to my account and just paying the tax and 20/month. Im so excited. Now its time for me to dump my s4! I hope I wont regret it lol
