[Q] HELP!Enlighten, please! Difference between NAND and ROM-ZIP?

Needed help here!! I am newbie to Android on my HTC LEO.
I am currently using [MDJ's CyanogenMod 7v2.6 (22 JAN)].
And I began to notice that there are many other rom type out there.
What are they actually? What the difference between NAND AND ROM-ZIP?
I am totally lost here. How different are they?
Anyone care to enlighten?
Any form of help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
A particular ROM-ZIP type that I came across:
[23 FEB] [ZIP] HD2 CoreDroid DHD V1.4 [SKINNED&TWEAKED] ONLINE
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=926507
There is no difference, only in the method you install them.
Most roms are now zip so it is worth reading up,flashing magldr 1.13 and clockwork, and learning the zip method.

When i first joined this forum this time last year i didn't have a clue where to look for anything and was a total noob but i spent many hours reading various topics and was then confident enough to go ahead and flash my first WINMO ROM.
All the information you need is on this forum, you NEED TO SEARCH THE FORUM and you will find what you need.
Enjoy XDA
I'm understand your RAGE about new double threading. I used search, and don't found something useful for my problem.
I just don't have enough time to read all threads, i have two other phones on Android, and i need to solve problems there too.
Please sorry me, and if someone can just give me link to useful thread.
Thanks
It's not the matter of RAGE or something like this (maybe a little annoyance
I thought, that I was clear in my first post - just look at the first (sticky) thread in this foru, which is: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=915663
There you will find very thorough explanations of what should you do to have HD2 running with Android.
Question you must answer yourself first is if you want to have both Windows Mobile and Adroid (then you should look at Android SD) or if you'll be good with only Android running (then Android NAND). I personally use NAND version.

[Q] How to install Moto-Mytouch4G V3.3 based on Iced Glacier by teamsilence

i just got a hd2 and want to install Moto-Mytouch4G V3.3 based on Iced Glacier by teamsilence rom on my phone can someone help me with a step by step video or instructions on how to install it
When I was trying to install android, I posted a similar thread. Now, I realise that the best way to learn is to search the forum, read the threads and if you get stuck, ask for help on the official build thread. Nobody can really hold your hand and do it for you.
With that said, good luck

- Flash the rom by recovery

Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. Even if English isn't your native language, it still isn't an excuse to create YET ANOTHER thread about this when they've all got the same response.
