[Q] UOT Kitchen compatible with X8? - XPERIA X8 General

Hello people! I stumbled upon this UOT Kitchen site.
http://circle.glx.nl/
From what I could understand I could use this to change for example my stock battery icon in the notification area of my X8 to look like a circle with the battery percentage in it,right?
So,I just have to choose my settings, upload my framework and the use xRecovery to install the generated zip file from my SD Card?
Or did I understand the whole procedure in the wrong way?
N.

no, it doesnt work!!
I have tested it...

Maybe you do something wrong.
Will be good if someone realy try this.

[Q] Change Bluetooth icons

Hi all,
I'm running LeeDroid v1.6a on my HTC Desire but I'm not satisfied with the bluetooth icons Lee put into this ROM. He changed the stock icons into something else, which I think are ugly. So I want to change the 2 bluetooth icons.
After a search I found this thread on XDA: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=722993 which gives a nearly perfect tutorial about changing icons. There is only one big thing why I think this tutorial will not work for me and that is:
This tutorial works only on de-odexed ROM (no odex file in your phone).
As far as I know, LeeDroid v1.6a is odexed. That is, I can see files with the odex extension on my Desire in the /system/app folder eg, which concludes for me that LeeDroid v1.6a is odexed.
Is there any way to change just the 2 bluetooth icons (attached in the zip file) and replace them on my Desire ? The above mentioned guide looks quite simple. What happens if I follow that guide and execute the new and self created framework-res.apk file on my odexed system ?
Again, I only want to change the two bluetooth icons. Is there anyone who can help me with that ? For example in making a flashable zip file with only these two icons which wil work on my ROM ?
Thanks in advance.

[Q] MiniCM theme for MiniCM-1.0.0-Beta2 port for x8

Hi,
I can not post in development-related forums, so I ask here, I hope it is ok?
I flashed the MiniCM-1.0.0-Beta2 successfully, and it works great, I tried the Sense Theme and the Floyo Theme, but I like the original miniCM Theme.
Where can I get the original miniCM Theme for MiniCM-1.0.0-Beta2, or how can I restore to original miniCM Theme.
Thanks
XXMrHyde
P.s. sorry for my english
I think you can rename the rom file to update.zip and update from xrecovery and this will change your theme.... (not sure if you will lost anything)
Or you can open the rom file and find the framework.apk , make it an update zip like the other themes you try and again from xrecovery update it.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS...
thanks for your answer,
I know I am responsible for my actions, next time of course I will backup with xrecovery before I change anything.
When I flash the rom again, I will have the original Theme of course, but I will lost any other changes I have made.
I do not know how to make a update.zip, only change framework-res.apk in update.zip?

[Q] 1% step battery for Gingerbread

Hi there everyone.
I looked here and via google and so far haven't found an answer thus this post.
I just updated my Defy to 2.3.3 and I'm wondering if there is a way to apply 1% stepping for the battery.
I read there is a possibility to add services.jar to UOT and cook a theme but I just don't use themes.
There was a nice zip update file made for Froyo and I'm looking for something like that CWM update.
Thank you for your help.
Mike.
