Moreover when I connect to Kies 3 it displays the message that it does not support booting ('GALAXY S III Neo' does not support booting.), Will this be a problem with the software?

good day everyone!..i receive an update 4 days ago on my samsung galaxy J5 (2015)..my phone is already updated in android marshmallow...it is 269mb...i tried to update it but when it installs (in recovery), it will stop to update and says 'error'..
anyone tried to update theirs especially the J500H variant and receive the same problem??..
the marshmallow installed in my j5 is thai version because there's no yet update here in the PH...
