[Bounty][Kernel] Reoriented GB I9000 kernel with working Audience support

I'm running a bounty for Audience chipset support in re-oriented kernels. I will personally paypal you $50 if you can provide a working GB I9000 reoriented kernel ( and instructions for the rest of the devs ) with working Audience support.
I will keep a list of any further donations here -- I am not responsible for any other donations other than my own.
I haven't done any Android kernel development other than browse the files from time to time. Coming from the linux/freebsd world from what I've seen this should be technically feasible:
The kernel ABI doesn't change much from 2.2 to 2.3 .. if at all:
Kernel:
Android 2.2 – Linux Kernel 2.6.32
Android 2.3 – Linux Kernel 2.6.35
One should be able to simply 'graft' audience enabled makefiles/src/objects/options etc into any kernel build from the captivate 2.2 release on Samsung's opensource site with minor edits.

I haven't personally looked into them, but I know Atinm had looked at it, and apparently there was quite a few changes involving audio stuff, including the audience chip drivers.
Not saying it can't be done, obviously, but I don't think its a simple copy/paste action either.
I'd throw in $10

Where are the CM7 kernel sources?

I downloaded and prepared the CM7 sources, but I can't find the kernel sources in it. Where are the kernel sources?
I'm trying to make some minor patches to the CM7 kernel. Suppose I should also ask: how would I create an update.zip that only contains the kernel (so I don't have to build all of CM7)?
They should be in the full git.
BTW, wrong section.

[Q] Where to get the ICE Kernel and Android Source Code For P6800

Hi ALL:
I want building the ICE Source For My P6800, but I don't know where get it.
Thanks.
There's no ICS kernel or source available yet. You can try working from the current HC kernel source available on Samsungs open source portal though.
The rest of the Android source code you can get from AOSP or another open source project.

I'm not trying to be rude, but how is it possible that you know what to do with kernel source but you don't know how to use google search?
https://opensource.samsung.com < will this work for you or do you need a direct link to the file? In that case, do you need the P6800 or P6810 kernel source?
I downloaded P6800's code from opensource.samsung.com, and compiled the kernel, but I try to get the honeycomb 3.2 source from source.android.com, got same error.
repo init -u https ://android.googlesource.com/platform/manifest -b android_3.2.4_r1
error: revision android_3.2.4_r1 in manifests not found.
There is P6800 Readme.
GT-P6800_CHN_Platform.txt
How to build platform
1. Get android open source.

[Q] Need linux kernel source 2.6.29.REVO by microslav_mm

I strongly need the linux kernel 2.6.29.REVO used by CM7 SwiftDroid SDSL v2.0. Can anyone tell me where I can down the source?
What I am currently doing is to hack the wireless module of my GT540 phones. So I need the linux kernel source to recompile the module: /system/lib/modules/wireless.ko. I have tried the kernel source from two github repositories.
* One is the swift kernel 2.6.29 authored by Quarx2k
* The other is by wingrime
But when I inserted the compiled wireless.ko, the CM7 SwiftDroid SDSL system throws out the version magic error.
# dmesg
wireless: version magic '2.6.29 preempt mod_unload ARMv6 should be '2.6.29.REVO preempt mo-unload ARMvt'
So I may need the exact linux version 2.6.29.REVO authored by microslav_mm.
Where can I download it? microslav_mm's github only provides 2.6.35 kernel right now.
Any suggestions are extremely appreciated. Already trapped by this kernel compilation issue for a whole week.

there you go
Thanks for this message.
But this webpage seems to contains only the already-built linux kernel and android image.
What I need is the source code of linux kernel 2.6.29.REVO. Any place to download?
Regards
Shawn
I dont know....
I think I saw it once on github :OO
Sign. But I strongly need this kernel source linux kernel source 2.6.29.REVO for wifi driver hacking.

Just wanted to know if its possible to flash Firefox OS on the device.
Any reply will be highly appreciated
have phicomm released any kernel source or firmware updates for it so we could look at the kernel config?

Not as far as I know, it does have Android 4.2 installed though
a jellybean kernel and hal may be enough for us to get gecko booting on it.
is the bootloader unlocked, can you issue fastboot commands?
Hello,
I build CWM recovery and Philz touch recovery for this device :

And the kernel is available at :
