You have to install them manually..
search in the xda forum or search at 4shared or google..

He can ask if he wants its a valid question and since the x10 is getting 2.1 anyway i dont see why he cant
also stop telling member what to do if you think they did wrong reprt them and let moderators decide

I think that they are compiled as an apk file like other android apps/games.
