Original battery? Buy a new one.... it sounds like its dead...

You battery can last for 2 years, that is not bad at all.

HTC Elfin Battery Problm

hello Elfiners, i have a problem with my elfin here, i just bought it 3 days ago, and my battery always show 100%, but a minute ago my phone suddenly restarted and cannot enter windows CE, after i plug in the battery charger, the LED show orange color for about a minute and then go green again, and the battery like always, shows 100% charged, is there any solution for this problm, (i'm sorry my english is bad)
thx before
You mentioned that the device was bought three days ago. Is it brand new or used? When you take the phone off the charger, does it still show 100%? Might be a faulty battery. Try with another battery if you can.
yup, this one is new, i unplugged the charger, the battery still show 100%, i've been thinkin the same, but these days are big holiday in my country, so maybe i'll give ut a try tomorrow

Prophet won't power on.

Hi i have a problem. Yesterday my Prophet battery goes to 0%, when i back to the home I plug-in it to charger. The light-emitting diode start flashing, but i can't turn on my phone. After 8 hours connected to charger Prophet still won't work. DO you have any idea? Maybe this is battery problem?

Same problem with my Prophet.
After 3 month of no use wont charge and wont go on, no light of chargin nothing.
Is the orange light on when it is plugged into power without battery???
Any one solve this problem????

UPDATE
I open the battery and fill it with 3,5V directly on battery inner contacts for few minutes
( directly on battery contacts red + and black - and I control it with multimeter to see how the voltage rising up. )
After aprox 3 minutes I try to power it up.
AND IT WORKS!
I put it on charge and the orange light went on and strat charging the battery. The phone now works.
So it is the battery issue. ( Last night I put it on power over the night and nothing no charge at all, what a stupid system )

Hello, i'm sorry, my english is bad. but i wanna help.
Now, before 1 week i have the same problem, my qtek s200 after update whit wm6.1. OK 1 month everything was ok, but after that /i don't now where i go wrong but no matter/ that my phone start stuck in bootloader. I let it one night on to see, maybe will turn, and at the morning he wont start, even the light wont start wen i put the carger on. I take one charger/from sony erricson/ cut cable, there are 2 cables, take off the battery of my pda, put directly cables from sony charger in to battery, black is minus, red is plus, but don't worry, there is no problem if you make mistake.Let it like that 1-2 hours, put battery back on pda and everything will be OK.Now in my case my ROM fu** up, i go to tree color screen/see more info how to do that/ and replace the ROM.and next time do not full dry the battery.Hope i help.

HD2 with WP7 Battery issue

Hi
Updated HD2 with DFT...BRILLIANT ROM!!!
Anyway, about the battery... I charged the phone over 4 hours until full [green led on]. I then soft-reset and waited to fully boot then plugged charger in again. Green led indicated charged after 5 or so minutes. Removed charger.
Don't seem to have the huge drainage problem any more. Don't know if that's a fluke or what but seems to get 3 days general use now [some browsing, phone, wifi -I always turn off Data & wifi & Location option when not used].
Any views on this?
Cheers

One question: Did it actually take 4 hours to charge the battery fully (i.e. to get the green light or did you leave it on the charger for 4 hours eventhough you got a green led much sooner?

[Q] Samsung Tab 7.7 - Battery Life & Warnings

Hi there, I purchased my 7.7 Tab 3 weeks ago. Loved it as expected. I've got few concerns about the battery though. Hope someone can share solutions / experiences with me.
The battery life isn't so impressive as I heard about from reviews and all. It lasts hardly 48 hours after a full charging with no real use for more than 30 minutesx2 times within less than 48 hours. However, it was connected to WiFi all the time and was syncing as well (but on standby all the time). Now another bugging problem is that when I plug the charger after the battery having completely drained and the device is turned off by itself (before completing 48 hours), the screen shows a warning logo first instead of the charging icon. The warning logo has warning sign and the icon of a drained battery with a red color at the bottom of it. I do not know what does that mean. I just know that when that appears, the device is not charging at all. I have unplugged and plugged it back 3 times to get it charging again. So far, it happened two times and I am sure it will happen again but I just want to know whether this is the sign of an unhealthy battery or any other parts of the device? This happened to anyone else? Your feedback is welcome and well appreciated.
Install SetCPU. :good:

sometimes... the cable is the culprit... a damage cable will gave the same error... btw.. it is not advisable to really drain the battery dry before charge it... but that just my opinion... just try to check the cable... and if there is anyone around you that having the same cable... test to charge your device with their charger...

First of all, you may not want to have left the battery completely drained, as this might damage the battery. Secondly, since your battery is completely drained, some undercurrent protection mechanisms must be activated, and there should have enough input current before the battery could be charged again. The data cable should not have enough current to charge up the battery at this state, it is lucky for you that you got it charging again after three trials.
If you drained up the battery again, it's recommended to charge it up with the AC charger.

Problem in charging

Does anyone experience this. When I try to charg my phone in offline mode(Turned off), it just vibrates every 2 seconds and shows a line across the screen and disappear as though something was going to show but stopped. I turned on the phone and see if ita charging, the status indicates it is charging but it doesnt.i charged my phone for 3 hours..from 15% battery it turns into 6% while the cable is attached. I tried different batteries and cable but its the same..could it be the phone socket.I put my battery on my friends phone it seems ok,it is charging..now I tried to charge it again with 100% charge for an hour it decreases to 95 and i turned it off again..it vibrates..line appears again and disappear and continue.any help guys.I bought my note 3 last august.
