Hey guys,
I've installed the iMediashare DLNA server on my HD2 (11.26 MIUI) but my Samsung TV (UE32B7000) don't recognize it as DLNA device. For the twonky server it's the same.
Can anyone help me?

Have you not tried the market? I'm sure there's one in there, but I've never used it so can't vouch for its quality.

dailymotion, skyfire might work on it.
youtube yes, with the built in software, excelente.
MSM messenger yes, very good on the HD, you can also try Skype
You can play any video with CorePlayer, the performance can vary.

thanks man really appreciate your prompt reply but i was wondering coz recently i tried same sort of things in sony erricsion x1 which was really annoying with smaller screen and skyfire wasnt working on that not even any coreplayer did.

Yep the xperia got high resolution but the screen is smaller, skyfire only works on xperia and HD if you change the resolution to VGA. The latest coreplayer can play youtube and all video formats, it only lacks performance (decent hardware aceleration not supported)

hi if theres not install yet download wm messenger cab file drop it in storage run the cabfile done i think if you search it here you wil find it here or chek www.smartphonejunkie.com

Your not confused .. you dont have a clue... Its not possible to have blackberry OS in ELF.... messenger.. i'm not sure... i think not to....

I myself are still doubt. about 4 hours ago, i managed to get my hand on a BB app suite cab. tried to install on my elfin, and it said something like "oem is not supported 'htc-elf'". while at that momment, i'm using the official rom from the htc site. out on curiosity i tried the 'setmodelID.exe' method i read on touch hd2. still having the same error message.
flashed my elfin with athar's, repeat the step, same. but i do manage to have the bb connect up and running on both roms.
IMHO, if somehow we can decieve the cab that our device is not elf, perhaps it would install. running the app suite is another thing.
i was actually just want the BBM thing. but i have no clue on what should i do next. hope someone here can port the suite to work on elf. it should be good. or atleast only the BBM. ^_^
anyway i'm using the ce-rom now. was liking it until i realized 'IT HAS NO OTHER Input Method other than qwerty keyboard.' can someone kindly enough to point me how to put the defaults input method like the original rom from htc?

No you can't have BB OS, but you can have a half-decent version of Android working on the Elf/Elfin.

Hi Nick,
I'm guessing you are using the bundled Opera 9.7 to browse these sites?
If so, the Flash 3.1 for Opera (I got it from the X1 forum) seems to work for a lot of the sites on my HD2, but there again, I use Skyfire now anyway.

hi nick, flash support for hd 2 has been dropped. it was going to be upgraded, there was even a vid done by the official guys showing the soon to be released version working on our phone playing internet videos and playing flash games but its all been dropped in favour of the new windows 7 phones. sorry to be the one to give you the bad news bud.
Does anyone already have the pleasure of using BlackBerry Connect (4.0.0.106) in combination with BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) on a HD Mini?

Hi all
I had Ansar's ROM that included HTC's Connected Media app, That ROM was throwing too many errors when Updating to the latest Firmware.
So I decided to go for the Dev_ROMBuild8862_Beta_V1.1 that includes Nokia Marketplace but can't seem to enable HTC's Marketplace, can anyone help? All searched bring me back to ansars ROM.
