I was already on this site. But didnt find the file.
Maybe for compiling im to dumb...

Search BusyBox in Market.

I think you dont get the point. I dont need it on my phone. I need the installbusybox file for my rom.

Why dont you ask in the correct section?
Folks might get pissed about people asking questions in the wrong area.
Ask in Q&A and not in Development

But its development? Q and A is about general questions. And this is not a general question. It has to do with development, scripting, roms and update.zips ;-)

Problem with XIP.bin

Hello my friends... i've a noob question for u...
i've the build "23569"... and relative "MSXIPKernel" folder... but now i need the file "XIP.bin" of this build to cook my new ROM...!
Can i obtain the XIP.bin from the MSXIPFolder? If yes, how to?
Thenx for your help...
PS: I noticed that i haven't the folder called ".ROM" in my build 23569... can i take it form my older build? I've the build 21887 complete!
Sorry for my nooooooooooooooooob thread...
Wow.. this is the WM development and hacking forum of the famous xda-developers?
hummmmmm... compliments!!!
Go friends.. i hope in you!
Damn!!!
77 views and no one can answer at my question?
i'm really deluded.
Hello,
If no one answers it may be that the answer is already on the forum. Do a quick search you will find that there are several dedicated to building on the XIP. Next you use the kitchen building is directly is automated!
Soon.
i've solved the problem by myself... but if i post a new thread it means that i've already searched, and those i've find it isn't enough!
I post on xda because i need to learn to become a complete chef... if i can resolve the problem ever by myself i don't need xda... don't you think?
However i've find the solution in other place... but i've hoped in xda... i wrong!

Do a member search for BTDAG,..... then check his threads. It is called something like Noob guide to rooting and will also be in the development section.

Ill do it then...
Firstly this is the NAND development forum, ie for posting NAND developments, secondly if you want to ask a support question about a specific ROM then you do so by first reading the specific roms thread and if it isnt answered you then ask in THERE!
DO NOT CREATE A NEW TOPIC, ESPECIALLY HERE!

you forgot one, the most important: use question mark when asking! it's like wanting to buy something but you pay with rocks.

Can't access extsdcard in terminal.

Trying to hack tethering but it says no such directory...any tips? Tried a ton of things.
This is probably the wrong place to ask but I'm a noob to this forum

First off, questions go in Q&A, and will be marked with a [Q] before the title.
Secondly, you didn't provide what version of Android you were running.
I'm guessing here, but you may be running the leaked 4.4 Samsung ROM, if so, look here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2607215
If not, then I have no idea.
So far you have created 3 threads for this request:
RULE 5. Create a thread or post a message only once.
I created one thread but it was in the wrong place. Someone told me to put it in the right place. Since I can't move threads I had to create a new one. I didn't realize the original guide was one this forum until later.

[Q] Why there is no i9515 sub-forum here?

I see here are lots of users using this version, so don't moderation add sub-forum for this version?
I'm tired of searching in another sub-forums to find little things like rooting and playing with customization.
Perhaps posting in the right place might help
