Haven't received mine either. They said 6 to 8 weeks, do I guess technically it's not late yet. Still another week or two before the 8 week mark if you bought it when it came out

Anyone had luck yet? I just went to the store today, the manager gave me a tmobile rebate center #, they told me it had nothing to do with them, obviously cause its a radioshack offer. And radioshack says they have no clue.

i juts called the tmo rep. it appears that radioshack didnt take care of their end of the deal by sending in the rebate information. everyone needs to go to rs and tell those b!tch3s that they f'd up. =) just tell them that whatever info needs to be sent to tmobile regarding the rebate needs to either be sent again/or actually be sent. good day
yea........ in the end they seemed to both agree it was samsungs fault... if you guys have your receipts then you can call (can i put phone numbers here?) its supposed to either confirm you're in the system or to get you into the system... will edit after i find out if i can put phone numbers or not

I talked to the manager of my rs several weeks ago and he said he was going to contact his district manager because I wasn't the only one who contacted him about the issue. He took my info and said he would call when he got info. I expected a couple days for him to get back, but after a week or two and thinking he was giving me the runaround he actually called me and said he spoke with his t mobile rep and asked if I'd be ok with a $50 t-mobile credit to my account. I agreed and he said he'd call me again after he worked it out with the rep. That was a week or so ago and haven't heard anything or noticed a credit added to my account...

I think they knew they had a problem then. As in the one day it went from being shipped the 14/15th on the 1st to 26th on Dec 2nd.

In that post he talks as if they have been delivering units to customers already.. I would guess by the forums that no one has gotten a shipping notification much less received a unit yet. The way this is spun they are trying to make the public think that there was just such a huge demand that they could not keep up.
I wish they could get their story straight and just let everyone know what is going on. I am still waiting on a replacement as well from my November 8th purchase at the Microsoft store.
I think that per your estimated delivey time and shipping time the system will only send the delay message once the estimated delivery time cannot be reached.
This is why people with end of dec. delivery time are not delayed.... YET.
I had a delivery estimate for today and I got the e-mail yesterday saying that my order has been delayed until January 6th.

I've been on the phone all morning calling all the AT&Ts around trying to find out who's got the S4, and no one seems to have it or know when they're getting it, some say they expect to get them some time tmrw, others said they will today, and a few have told me they usually get shipments in the morning, and it being 1pm now they don't expect anything else today
I've been getting bad news and dead ends everywhere..
have any of you had any luck with your local AT&Ts? just heard this morning Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile got pushed back due to supply issues.. which makes me worry about my ability to pick one up tmrw morning.. shouldn't AT&T have stock by now and be setting up displays?
kinda worried.. any of you guys having better luck than i am?

I picked up mine yesterday, but I think I was more the exception than the rule. I preordered mine last weekend and the store received it yesterday, but they said mine was the only one that arrived. =( I hope you get yours soon!

I got mine from pre-order on Tuesday via FedEx. This thing is awesome.
The story keeps changing
Initially weeks ago I was told to come back to my store when preorders shipped and I could pick one up. Then I was told Tuesday in the store that they would be released today so I made an appointment to upgrade at opening today. When I called to confirm my appoinment and the arrival of the S4's last night they told me they are not releasing until Saturday. Tired of getting the run around, I called 3 other AT&T stores and confirmed that Saturday is the day. They actually posted it on twittter earlier in the week but I guess I was hoping that to be wrong so I could get it sooner than Saturday. But it is what it is people, deal with it or go somewhere else to get it....
FYI, avoid lines and waiting tomorrow morning for the release and make an appointment for an upgrade if you are an AT&T customer. Schedule for when the store opens and you will be the first walking out the door with that little gem in your hands. That tip is for free....
I saw that appointment thing, but I figured they wouldn't really honor it tomorrow.

The best phone I've ever used. Not one complaint yet. .. well besides the lack of root but in due time
I love the display settings. If you hate the usual over saturated Amoleds then you can easily change the color calibration easily.
1080p screen is amazing. The camera is really detailed and a lot of fun with all the features included. I'll post a full res picture in the next post.

Got mine this past Wednesday, I pre ordered from att premiere website. Love the screen and size, the cell is slippery as heck though I would advise getting a case. I ordered a neo case from spigen

Walked into my AT&T store (Reno) today and they had both colors in stock.
The Att corporate store where I live in Kentucky has them in stock to sell. I went in to try out the demo unit. The nice sales last asked me if I wanted one since they had them in stock. Two things stopped me: I am a Verizon customer and waiting (perhaps with futility) for a 32gb version. That 9gb of free storage would be filled over by some of my Gameloft games alone.

I thought t h e release date for T-Mobile was 10/02. I asked a T-Mobile corporate store about them getting it in tomorrow and was told the release date is 10/04. He said the reports gave the wrong date. Anyone else heard of this?

Sadly, some of the reps are just plain clueless. I actually had one rep say to me: "Well, I heard that at&t are getting it in on the 4th... so we might have it that day also, or sometime next week maybe?"

I called 2 stores 1 told me the 4th and the other the 2nd. I asked the one that told me the 2nd if they had them in stock and he said yes but couldn't sell them before the 2nd.

Yeah, the franchise stores/kiosks seem to be the most uninformed. Stopped by a T-Mob kiosk at the mall on Monday, guy told me they had the Note 3, but could not sell until the 2nd. Went back to same kiosk on Tuesday night to see if I could possibly get it early - a different rep tells me they don't have it and it's not coming out until the 3rd. What?! Lol... one of the biggest phones of the year and no one knows anything.

Pre-orders shipped Sept 30. Got mine yesterday (Oct. 1). General availability is today (Oct. 2).

I called t mobile's upgrade line to try to get info for preorder and he informed me that it is launching in stores along with the note 4 tomorrow. It contradicted what I recently heard about November 4th, so I asked him to double check. He then called over his manager and she confirmed that he read the screen right that it would be available 10/17.
They didn't have any pricing info and said preorders weren't happening.
If someone else with t mobile wants to call the upgrade line and see if u get the same story, that would be great... I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high yet, but it's hard!!!!
Well, if by any chance that is correct it would really be fantastic, but I doubt it. I hope it is though.

He said he would have expected they would have been there too, but no go. He did mention that they get another shipment tomorrow morning before opening but he doubts they will arrive then, but we can still hope.

yea his sounds about right..
They said they would start taking preorder right before the end of OCt and that they should be shipped around Nov 4th.
thats been the word on this. and price range has been between $850 and $1100.
I know i will be checking tommorrow like clock work to see if its up for preorder and ill post more information on this thread.
There was a youtube vid taken in japan wondering if the same amazing animation is in the us demo units too

Yep I'm sure it will come soon since they started shipping the note 4 today.
I still believe that the note edge will be released in the beginning of Nov.
Either way they say fall 2014. And that would be from now to Dec 31 lol.....
