Hi Guys,
My HTC Universal is almost dead
I had Tomal v12 ROM, tried to install Almost2 ROM, but it stuck on Splash screen , after reflashing several other ROMs problem remained there. also tried MTTY app and enter to bootload and flushed Tomal rom again.
bottom result. now i can't see any thing on my screen , even i cant enter to BootLoader screen by pressing keys.
Screen is totaly black at moment and usb connected to it does not recoginize it as valid device.
Please help me how to come out from this.. and get back my device back working.
how can i enter to bootloader from sd card.?
any help would be appericiated.

I did flash my HTC wizard with new rom after finishing the install the device reboot and stacked on the boot screen then I tried to go to the boot screen but I couldn't , I tried to make hard rest but also I coudn't nothing is working even charing the device cant be made .

Are you able to get to a multi-colored screen with numbers?
In case you don't know, to get to the bootloader screen hold down the camera button and press the power button.
now i got the same problem.
I updated the rom & now i have the multi-colored (red/green/blue/white) screen
with RUU - IPL 2.18 - SPL 2.18 - USB on it (Qtek 9100)
I downloaded the tools from Vippie in the thread "How to flash a new ROM to your Wizard... a little tutorial!" but those won't help...
anybody got any advice? I would like to install WM6...

i installed that new Rom for my htc p3600, and it worked fine.. some minutes after that the screen went black.. i made a softrestart from that small button with the styles.. the trinity started, but stopped on the screen with : smart mobility... that black screen after the moving HTC logo... and nothing happend...
it is just stuck there..
after many restarts i thought i would re install the rom, but the pc can't see the device any more... the redlighted led is on when i plug the device to the pc, but still nothing happening..
the device is just stuck... doesn't go in to the system,, doesn't accept new instalation from the pc...
and all my work is stopped...
i have backup for my data, but i need to use my device.. please please.. help help help.. very fast..........

Boot loader
i think may be it will help you if you get in BootLoader Mode ( by pressing the Camera Button and the Off Button )
then during the device in the boot loader mode try to connect it to your PC and try to flash another rom

I read almost all posts about “dead atom” and “6815 dead” - but don't find any similar problem.
Yesterday I flashed new rom WM6.5 by USB cable - and something goes wrong, maybe cable is broken.
Now when I put battery to device, It automatically turns on bootloader screen.
I was trying to flash rom by sdcard but It doesn't work - I wait 10-20min and bootloader screen blinks two times and again about 10-20min bootloader screen blinks... over and over again...
My bootloader is damaged???

Problem resolved:
sdcard was a problem, when I change sdcard device flashed OK....

Don't worry guy. If your device can boot into bootloader you can try to flash rom v 1.00.03 from hp site or in this site.

the rom v 1.00.03 is not on this site. How can i update it if the file is .nbf ... yo bot in bootloader with sd or dsuu mode u have to have the .nb0... please i have the same problem and i have 3 days of diferent methods of flashing...
The same problem. The RW6815 goes to bootloader screen again and again. Bl. ver.1.0.5.

I tried to update my Shadow by the new wm6.1 rom.. the first time it went to 100% and restart with an error 270 : the image is corrupt . After, when I boot loader, it go to 2% and restart every time ( many) :
I'm stucked at bootloader mode and tried many roms but no one sucsess ... all of them reach 2% and then stopped.
even I tried the original one (Shadow_Software_Update_1.11.531.5.exe) from t-mobile official site but also same result.
so can any one help me and give me any solution to try?

I already tried to do this but...
* How can I upload sspl/uspl to my phone from bootloader because it's the only mode I can work my phone?
* when I tried to do USPL + RUU it go to 100% and then the phone restart and the RUU program says corrupted image...
then the phone stays in it's state (only can go to bootloader mode).
can I use MTTY program to flash sspl/uspl and USPL and then the new rom? if yes .. how I can do it?
Or what may I do my friend..

what can i do for do a hard reset?????? (i already do that thing, power it on, and then push the 2 soft buttons, and didn't work!),

Power off the phone
Press and hold the camera and voice keys
Insert the USB cable, Keep holding the camera and voice keys until you get the bootloader screen
Then flash an original ROM.

I have the msn account:[email protected] .Once again,just to make the resume of the whole story if I remember well:The trinity was with the initial sfr 300+ software(wm5);I installed the oli1.20 flashed it with some other ROM software,did not like it and returned to the original one.Then I tried to flash it with the ROM software where all went wrong...After 1 % the screen went blank and all I can do with the device is to put it into the boot-loader mode where it says:
TRIN100
IPL-0.50
TRIN100
SPL-1.07.0000
When I extracted the file,I discovered that it has 2 nbh-files.I think that is the reason of my defete.Afterwords I have tried all sorts of the first aid solutions : splxploit-windows cannot connect to the device;it says that there is no WCEUS-file and therefore it cannot continue.I have tried to re-flash it through the sd-card:I re-formatted the card on fat32,without any name,put the original ROM and tried to let it boot that way.No success,it marks:loading ... and after 3-4 secs it returns into the boot-loader mode with the same message mentioned above ...

1: Boot into BL (camera + power + reset hole)
2: Download the GPS enabled ROM from HTC Support, NOT from a rapidshare/megaupload/4shared etc.. mirror.
3. Flash the ROM, but use the hardspl flasher.(For some reason, it doesn't go error 270 if I use this flasher).
4. Hard Reset again.

I have a HTC P3600 and after i make a hard reset the screen goes all black, i already try flash the phone but don't result.
If i try to make a hard reset again the screen shows "press ok to make hard reset" after that goes black again.and its completing %100 but when i want restart its still doesnt work just black screen. just working light =(

Any chance of sharing the solution, guys, my SPV M700 has similar problems. I tried to flash it with the TRIN-SSPL rom, but it kept saying I need a newer version of the update software.
Now all I have is it gets stuck on the green Windows load up screen and when I reset (Camera-PWR Button-Reset) it goes onto the bootloader tri-color screen, similar to what Goranchen had on his. What do I do now, I would really like to use the phone on another network, and I have looked after it really well, I think, so would be a shame to throw it away. Please help!!
