Emulator Nes or Snes on Expo - eXpo GW820, GW825 IQ General

Can any of you recommend a nes or snes emulator for lg our expo?
I've tried many but the resolution is not uniform for our phone.
thanks everyone for this wonderful forum

I too have been looking for a free solution; but it looks like the best we have right now is to pay for morphgear.

I did an Emulator round up using my eXpo/IQ a little while ago, but I posted it elsewhere (http://www.lg-expo.com/lg-expo-games/consolearcade-emulator-round-up/). Anyway, here are the parts that dealt with NES and SNES....
A couple of notes:
- Support for our hardware keyboard is spotty. Often only a few keys are recognized by most emulators (see here.. . http://www.lg-expo.com/lg-expo-games/smartgear/msg6873/#msg6873). The rest usually can't be mapped (FPSCE) or have issues when they are able to be mapped (Morphgear & Smartgear).
- Even when using valid keys that the emulator can map, you are generally limited to 2 buttons at a time and even then there are issues (see above link)
- The above issues can be avoided if you use a Bluetooth controller (Wii/PS3 via CobaltController, BGP100 or Zeemote).
- WVGAFIX3 is sometimes required in order for a WVGA screen to be recognized. In those cases, if the emulator doesn't detect a VGA screen it defaults to QVGA (FinalBurn for example).
Emulators:
Multi:
Morphgear 2.4.0.9 (SNES, Genesis, TG16, NES*, GBA*, GBC*, GG* & SMS*) - SNES, Genesis & TG16 are free, the rest are not
- Supports WVGA
- seems to work fine as long as you do not enable audio. I only tried NES and SNES, but even at 1 GHz, it slowed to a crawl with audio enabled. Both appeared to play at full speed with audio disabled. Only real buttons work and you are limited when using more than one button at a time - see above notes.
- Works great with Wiimote.
http://www.spicypixel.com/web/page/morphgear/Download.aspx
Smartgear 1.1.6 (Genesis, NES, TG16, GB, GG, SMS - beta 2.0.18 also supports some Arcade ROMs) - $10
- Supports WVGA
- excellent performance. I can play NES and Genesis games at full speed with audio. You can map any button, but fake buttons (see above link) don't allow for long & short presses and you are limited when using more than one button at at time. Beta 2.0.18 adds native support for BGP100 & Zeemote and can support some Arcade ROMs.
- Grabbed 100 or so popular NES ROMs and only had a problem with 4 of them (I also realized that I only really like a handfull of them - Contra, MegaMan series, Punch Out! & SMB series)
- Only tested Flashback for Genesis & WonderBoy in Monster Land for SMS.
- Works great with Wiimote.
http://www.bitbanksoftware.com/SmartGear.html
(beta page... http://www.bitbanksoftware.com/SG_Beta.html )
NES:
PocketNester 0.7 (NES) - also tested 0.8 Alpha - free
- Does not support VGA/WVGA Full Screen, but it will run full size in a window with GAPI disabled (bottom few lines appear to be blocked when in landscape mode)
- Appears to run full speed with sound (fps counter doesn't work in window mode) - only tested SMB3
- Button mapper recognizes keycodes for all buttons, but only "real" buttons (OK, space, etc etc) work in game.
- Wiimote works great
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pnester/
PocketNesterPlus 0.9 (NES) - updated version of PocketNester - free
- Supports Fullscreen in landscape, crashed in Portrait
- Should be the same speed at PocketNester
- Same button issues as PocketNester
http://www.modaco.com/content/smartphone-software-games/237915/pocketnesterplus-0-9/
NesterJ4u 1.13 (NES) - free
- Couldn't get it to load a ROM
SNES:
Snes9xPPC 0.410001 - Free
- Does not support VGA/WVGA (screen occupies small section in the middle)
- Appears to play near full speed (50+ fps) with audio
- Button mapper recognizes keyboard buttons, but they don't work during gameplay, only "real" buttons work.
PocketSNES 1.52 (SNES) - free
- Does not support VGA/WVGA (limited to QVGA postage stamp)
- Appears to have excellent performance
- Didn't bother testing much due to QVGA limiation
PocketSNES 1.53 (SNES) - free
- Does not support WVGA but will work in VGA with WVGAFix3
- Runs full speed with audio disabled (half speed with audio enabled)
- All buttons are mappable, but fake buttons don't allow for long and short presses (same as SmartGear)
PocketSNES 1.12.200 (n0p port) (SNES) - free
- Supposedly supports VGA, but all I could get was a mirrored, postage stamp window. WVGAFix3 didn't make a difference.
http://n0p.tonych.info/?PocketSNES
PocketSNES/03 Preview 4.1 (SNES) - free
- Supports VGA but could only get portrait and landscape(left) to work not landscape(right). Also wouldn't stretch to fill screen.
- Good performance (Preview 4+- might be a bit better, needs more testing)
- Very buggy. I tried Super Mario World and it started glitching within a minute.
http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=ja&u=http://www.geocities.jp/emu193/snes.html
PocketSNES 1.12.200 (original) (SNES) - free
- System would become nearly unresponsive after loading a ROM
SnesGo 0.8 alpha 1 (SNES) - free
- Crashes when ever I load a ROM
SNES9xJ4u b1k (SNES) - free
- all in Japanese, doesn't support VGA/WVGA (postage stamp)
Summary:
SNES - Seems our only options are Morphgear or PocketSNES 1.53 (WVGAFix3) with audio disabled. Sad really, SNES had some really great games. SmartGear would be an option if SNES support was ever finished, but I don't expect any further WinMo developtment.
NES - Again SmartGear offer excellent NES emulation with Sound and high compatibility, but isn't free. PocketNester & PocketNesterPlus should offer the same performance as each other. Go with PocketNesterPlus if you don't require/want Portrait support. Morphgear is a good alternative if you don't care about the audio, but again isn't free.

All of this technical stuff may be fun in a way! But Id much rather get some cool games on my phone! Sim City 200 is very awsome but I dont like using the stylus on buses etc! Any other good preferably FREE .cab games?
There are other threads on games, we're all just geeks here, no time for that l4m3r kinda stuff.
I almost never use my phone for games, but more due to lack of time. I think if it weren't for the stupid dpad issue (can't press dpad and some other keys), it'd be a kick ass device. Particularly the wizard, with dpad on one side, "action" buttons on the other, it's like a PSP but useful (I'd love to have a PSP, but I'd spend all day hacking it!)
However, I love xRick, Monkey Island on Scumm, Tetris, Asteroids (Pocket Frog version) and Space Invaders (found on Modaco).
Not free, but I love SprintRG, Elite, Vector Blaster (I bought it for both my p900 and Magician!), Pocket Slay (superb, even just in trial mode), and BustEm.

pocketNester will let u play every Nintendo Entertainment System game ever made and it runs very smoothly on the HTC Wizard, un-fu**ing-fortunately, the the phone buttons cannot be assigned, so you only have one button on either side of the d-pad.
many windows mobile games don't run very well on the wizard because of its OMAP processor structure. you need to do some system tweaking to get some games to run smoothly, and there aren't many system tweaking apps for the OMAP processor out there, yet.

Hi IMate->WM2k5!
thanks for the tips. I was playing Wolfstein 3D. But doom is better.
Can you, please give me an advice- how dou you map the keys for the Wizard (if in landscape mode) which keys do you use + how to map them. Do you use one of the skins provided (default, industrial, keyboard, etc?)
Thanks

Where do you get that!?? I've never heard of that one!
I don't get to play games as much on my ppc. but when I do I usually play Bejeweled and Zuma, Text Twist if I feel like I need to exercise my brain a bit. I also play PocketUFO occasionally [it is a port of XCOM Enemy Unknown] it is free and is available from SMK.

Yes. This is done through skins. Check out "Skins Specs.txt" in "Skins" folder of gfDoom. Attached is my skin. Place it to "\Program files\Doom1\skins\default" folder and replace old file.
Shortly, you need to know key codes for keyboard buttons. These can be obtained using MorphGear / Button configuration. Then mapping is done by adding lines in this syntax "VKHWBUTTON KeyCode NameOfFunction" to "doomskin.txt". List of commands is given in "\Program Files\Doom1\skins\Skin Specs.txt"
Example for "O" (key code is 79) to open doors (command: OPEN)
Code:
VKHWBUTTON 79 OPEN
My keys:
Ok/X = Run toggle
O = Open doors
SPACE = Fire
BACKSPACE = Escape
G = Gamma level increase
W / S / A / D = Cursor with strafe keys
X = Quit game[/code]
Does 'Street Duel' work on it? That game is awesome!
Ah I just got scummvm to work on it! Very chuffed!
Is the law regarding that, you can download the games aslong as you have the origionals even if its in a different format? As I have Monkey Island for the Amiga, so would it be legal to have the scummvm version?
Does anyone know where I can download Discworld and Broken Sword from? I have them for the Playstation but they would be wicked on my phone! I know the website jmc mobile has a few good ones on it!
Same with Doom... Is there just a shareware version out or the full game?
Anyone got any nintendo / sega emulators to work by the way ?

Morpgear works great, except for landscape east orientation, but using landscape west (keyboard 'above' screen) games are very well playable.
To get good performance, use OmapClock
Yes morphgear woks in landscape an East orientation!
You have to pull the keyboard (so the screen goes to landscape mode) and with a 3rd party software (like "Inclose Mobile") go back to portrait orientation. Then start morphgear and you can play in fullscreen landscape mode without bug.
However it was difficult to assign key... some on them are buggy and don't work properly...
But with omap clock at 264 and thread priority set to low in morphgear SNES game are quite playable!

Just use Start->Settings->System->Screen applet to rotate back to portrait. No need for 3rd party soft. Another acceleration would be using of GAPI Driver (General Settings of MorphGear)
racing games?
heard there are a few racing games, searched and found Midtown Madness 3D for smartphone.
http://www.clickgamer.com/moreinfo.htm?pid=3401&section=SMART
seems a little pricey, but i might just pick it up. has anyone tried it?
i cant get morpheous to work, anyone got a link for the cab / exe file ?
chrisredmayne: if you own a license to the game, even as old as that, I'm sure no one will mind if you use it with ScummVM.
To find other similar games, check out abandonware sites. I love having Monkey Island on my phone, even if I never play it. The mere curiosity value always makes me smile.

Emulation - What are you using?

I have tried the snes emulator and I have not been able to get zelda to run on it... is there some reason it runs like crap on my mda... perhaps im not using the proper version of snes or perhaps I dont have a good rom even..
I have it overclocked and still get an unplayable game....
perhaps setting tweaks or something...
im about to load gba emulator and see how that works for me...
please anyone else using any game emulators please let me know
or if you even have a fun game also let me know
thanks everyone
-James
*edit*
yeah I just tried pocket GBA and I cant get that to run well either...
it does however run way better than the snes emu atleast for zelda...
I have yet to try other roms
Try the SNES emulator on page 4 of
http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=50806&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=75
You will need to use total commander or similar to change the language from Japanese to English
You will also need to overclock your device. The Omap tool is available on this site.
awesome thanks...
yeah I just needed the newer snes emulator...
works great
Make sure you also read http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=306444 for the latest info & a lot of tips & compatibility info on SNES emulators.

Guys and gals, don’t forget to check out my brand new, MS-DOS / x86 emulation-related article at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=1276884
(Sorry for flooding – IMHO, this article certainly deserves attention because it answers ALL the questions a Windows Mobile user may want to EVER ask about emulating MS-DOS. Make sure you read it!)
try morhgear. not freeware, but the best one i use.

mprPhgear is damn slow on OMAP's.

Playstation 1 emulator! (FPSEce 9.6)

I recently put the Sony Playstation emulator FPSEce 9.6 on my Cingular 8525 and it is way too cool! Curently I have Army Men 3D (full speed), Crash Bandicoot (kinda slow but playable), Tekken 1 (kinda slow but playable), Mega Man (near full speed), Gran Turismo 1 (kinda slow but playable), Driver 1 (kinda slow but playable), San Rush Extreme Racing (near full speed), Twisted Metal 4 (near full speed), and Ready 2 Rumble Boxing (kinda slow but playable) all playing on my phone! Guy's try it out, you won't find better pocket pc games than those of Playstation 1. Just own the games and a Playstation to make having the bios legal (Google on how to extract bios).
What I want out of this post is for everyone that uses FPSEce on this phone to list the games that they have found to be compatible with the tytn model phone running this emulator. I will update it as well when I find any new compatible games. Enjoy!
I use Metal Slug X Super Vehicle 001 full speed
mortal kombat 2 & Cool Boarders 3 runs a bit slower..
Is there a Site where i can find the Images?
Or do I have to rip everything by myselve?
As above, but legally speaking I would guess you need to own the originals!!!
What size files do these games produce when ripped and what software do you use?
Crash Bandicoot is my all time favorite game on the PS... you mentioned its slow, but playable... is it so slow that I might end up throwing my MDA across the room
To answer the first question, yes you do need to own the originals. I have a used game store that I visit that still sells used playstation 1 games. Most of them they let me have for $3 to $5 each. Pretty cheap pocket pc games if you ask me!
I use a program called "Magic Iso" to rip the games. Then I use a program called "Pocket Iso" to rip out the movies and shrink them. To get Magic Iso just go to (www.magiciso.com), I only use the trial version of this software. To get Pocket Iso go to (www.fpsece.net). I have been able to shrink a game down to between 39mb to 304mb. Some games will let you rip out all the movies and music where some will not. Kind of a trial and error thing.
Crash is like I said "playable" @ maybe 12 - 14 fps. There is a frame skip option on FPSEce that you can use that helps some. To some that frame rate might convince someone to throw their MDA across the room but there are other games that play at near full speed that you can always use. Still cool to see Crash on a PDA though! Hope all this helps!
Does it eat up a lot of battery life quickly when you play the games?
Not that I've noticed. The juice holds up very well! As a matter of fact I can't tell tell any difference between running this emulator and running a normal ppc application when it comes to battery life. Hope that helps!
Crazy thing, I experimented with a Gameboy Advance emulator yesterday for this phone and the Playstation 1 emulator not only has much better graphics but on average runs I'd say 10% faster! I was surprised that PocketGBA was so taxing! One advantage that PocketGBA had over FPSEce was that the roms are so much smaller. Anyhow, just thought I'd give you guy's a little more info on my findings.
I just found this (kind of slow, lol) but I was wondering how those running it were doing with performance?
I put it on my 8525 and downloaded the Spyro Demo (that was in the thread to download fpseCE) and it ran like... 13 fps. which is kind of unplayable.
Also, if I get a call/text/notification of any sort, or run it in anything other than portrait mode, I can't quit it and have to soft reset.
Any performance tips? Or any idea what my problem is with the buttons/options/inability to quit thing? lol
Thanks.
Hope this helps.
What version of fpsece are you using? I'm running the latest release of the emulator (fpsece 9.6). So, for starters get the latest release if you don't have it because I noticed ALOT more bugs in the older releases. Depending on how you map your buttons it should take care of if pulling up the other applications you mentioned. Me, I have my controls mapped to my keyboard and I run the emulator in landscape mode. Also, to assist in the speed issue, I run the emulator on a frameskip of 3 and that seems to work well for most games. Of course it's not going to play as good as it did on the PS1 but I think you will find alot of games to be more than playable. Just keep in mind that you are playing far superior games on your pocket pc with the PS1 games and it will need just a little patience to enjoy. Hope that helps!
Has anyone managed to get FFVII running nicely on this on a Hermes?
I get jerky sound and no FMV support, anyone managed to get it ok?
thanks, Forlornity
any answer?
Well I've solved that problem now: bad rip, but I still have a problem in landscape mode: I can't exit without using soft resetting! Has anyone got a workaround for this?
Nevermind, I've fixed that too, for those of you wondering: Just ensure that you assign a "menu" button before going into landscape mode and when you press that menu button, ensure your Hermes is closed (i.e. No keyboard visible)
NICE! how does Parasite EVE 2 run on this?
can it detect CD change?
I'm able to run Final Fantasy VII at nearly full speed on my WM6 Wizard. Of course I need to overclock a little so its smoother without any frame skip. I hate the frame skip on such a good game like FF7.
There are a couple glitches with the new 9.6 version but much better than the previous one I tried. Sometimes the Messenger and IE buttons instead of doing their PS equivalent it opens up messenger/IE. Also sometimes the title bar appears and it covers up the right side of the screen in landscape.
Has anyone able to tweak a little extra performance out of the emulator by glyph / font / file system tweaks? Or by increasing those buffers does it slow down the game because of the lesser amount of available RAM?
"Oh you got the iPhone ...whoopdie freakin do ...can it play PLAYSTATION games like mine can??? I don't think so... puahhhahahahhaa"
Can som1 confirm if the games are playable on a HTC touch?
Anyone try to run Castlevania: Symphony of the Night? If so, does it stand up to playing it on the PS1 at all? If it does, I'd like to know, as this game would definately be my reason to download the emulator!
problem with emulator
the emulator goes back to the starting menu screen when I try to load an iso. I have set the bios and mapped the buttons to the keyboard. I also turned the screen to landscape and turned framskip on. Does anyone else have this problem? Is this a bad rip or another problem? The iso I used works perfectly on my playstation.
The emulator would actually go to the about screen after I try to load an iso.
Can someone post exactly how they installed this onto their Hermes? I want to find out what I'm doing wrong!
Ive run this on the hermes and magician and both had the same problem with the button layouts. The games will run ok once you set them up but the controls are in wierd places so gameplay is hard if not impossible especially on some of the faster moving games.
And as for buttons on the screen, that would work great if it was multi point touch.

...Not another newbie...

Hi Guys
Just joined this forum and am the proud owner of a Touch Diamond, but as I'm pretty new to this, I wonder if you guy's would help me out. There are thousands of themes, app etc. but for a new user like me, can someone hook me up with the ten most popular apps etc. for my phone?
Thanks Again
Klaxon is a great Alarm app with htc like skin. Supports multiple alarms with snooze. It's also sensor enabled for both light and motion
I use it every day
Windows Commander pocket version, also free. It's a powerful file browser. This is needed if you intend to mess around with files in the windows dir of your phone.
Diamond Tweak and Diamon TF3D Config, two easy to use tweak apps to change hidden settings like better touch screen sensitivity and other useful tweaks.
Pocket UFO. Game, UFO Enemy unknown for your phone An old classic strategy game.
Thanks man
How do i install .cab files?
sorry, I really do need to be spoon fed!
Just open them on your Diamon instead of your pc
Hi [email protected]. Try some of these programs/games. Also the Scummvm Emulator has been a big hit for me lately.
Progs:
Advanced Config v. 3.2 - get it @ http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=418151
BaseHueExpress - change theme color. you cannot use the original black one. go to settings --> Today to change to anyone other than Htc black to make this program work.
Battery Icon - A battery replacement program. Actually I used another one then this one but this is really nice http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...hlight=battery (thx FInixNOver - found it after you typed to me on this thread. Looks a little bit nicer then the on i used before.
Conduits Pocket Player v3.6 - MP3 player - The best I think. It can take winamp 2 skins and that is so cool. Mail me to get original winamp 2 skin on [email protected]
CorePlayer v1.2.5 Build 4506 - This video player works full with diamond - AVI in full screen. I don't use this player for mp3 - pocket player is much better for that.
DinarSoft MemMaid v2.3 - Clean your Diamond
ESET Nod32 mobile Antivirus - Good prog but it will bug your volume control. you can only use the volume control with touch and not with buttons. (but you can live with that)
Flash Player 7 - Sadly it cannot work with Opera for Diamond since Opera doesn't support flash (yet anyway) thats why I'm waiting for Skyfire (www.skyfire.com) - it will support not only Flash 6 and 7 but also 8. and full support for java too. Thats nice.!
iFonz - I Phone lookalike program. Work okay with Diamond but maybe there is someone better out there. But it works - also with VGA (you have to make icon size bigger in options.)
iGO8 + Europe works fine with Diamond and connects pretty fast with "Fast GPS"
Lextionary English Dictionary v2.0 - Good Dictionary
Media Connect - Works but not that many channels though.
MS Voice Commander - you need patch to make it work with diamond - can also be found on xda-developers diamond section
NET Framework 3.5 - Important to have to play most (some) games and programs.
Novii Remote (MY BAD - Novii Remote DOESN'T WORK with HTC Diamond - i misplaced the program (used it for my previous phone - but ofcause you need a phone with infrared) AGAIN MY BAD..!
Opera v9.5 Build 1938 Upgrade - Works good. You can also watch youtube videos with this directly in opera via youtube.com and with Flash Player 7 Installed. But its laggs a bit.
Pencil Box Deluxe v3.6 - Good drawing program i cannot say its the best but its one of them. (but u cannot use that many tools - but still really good)
Pocket Live TV - works but pretty expensive.
Pocket Winrar I Know the diamond has a zip program preinstalled on official rom but this program can also open .RAR files. I have it installed but don't think I've ever opened a .RAR file on my phone
PPCLink Hicalc v2.5 Award Winning advanced calculator - http://classic.pocketgear.com/softwa...l.asp?id=20468 - Nice one
Proximis NetRemote Suite v2.0.4.127
PSShutXP Ofcause the VGA version with a Diamond skin
QWERTY æøå keys (Danish keyboard)
Resco Explorer 2008 v7.02 - with Regedit
GSen Screen Rotater

Astraware Zuma Also one of the best games.
Call of Duty 2 Works good in VGA and its controllable.

Drum Kit Ace Have Drums in your pocket. works but since the Diamond don't have MultiTouch you cannot use it that good. But you can work around it and it still pretty funny.
Expresso Run Game v1.0 - Good game.
Gamebox Classics 5.0 - Funny - Snake and other game ind a gamepack
GameZoneProject Towers Trap - Fun Defender game.

FPSEce0.09.6_beta - PSX emulator - Have tried it with Abe's Oddysee + Final fantasy + GTA 2. And all the games works fine. But it irritates me that the VGA option doesn't work in full screen. But its looks good with a non VGA option too.

Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2 (NOT FULL SCREEN - but works)
Traffic Jam
Transport Tycoon Deluxe - Little hard to control but playable

Warcraft 2
Assaultaire Tank game. Fun Fun.
Atomic Battle Dragons
Azgard Defence
Lemonade Tycoon 1.0.2
Machines at war

These are programs i've used for my htc diamond and they are working fine. Some of the programs are free and some not. But i can recommend all of them. of cause worms need a config file that you can find on this website (search for it).
TESTED WITH
Official Rom
1.93.403.2
I would definitely suggest Thumbcal, a finger friendly calendar that is a lot better than the windows one
Hi again
Thanks for the stuff above
I'm havin trouble installing stuff....
I downloaded an alarm clock app, unzipped it and copied the folder to my Diamond (file/program files), but when i ope the folder on my phone the set up file is an opera link? but nothin comes up
please help!
...I STILL CAnt do it!
when i unzip the files, the set-up file is .xml not .cab
SPB Mobile Shell and Pocket Mechanic...works fine for me...
cheers
problem solved!
thanks
The .cab files show up as a winRAR archive unless you change it (in winRAR). So you have unzipped the .cab file. It should just be copied to and run from the file explorer on the diamond.

FpseCE 0.1[ps1 emu] on jade

fpsece is program that can run ps1 games on pocketpc devices ....i said why don't gave it a try on jade as it supposed to run this program at good speed ....and this link shows games requirement [high end device-or mid device- slow device] [http://www.fpsece.net/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=101&sid=018ce0e0a570239526038ac18bea01a3] .....i decided to try the games that can work on slow devices ...the problem is even games that supposed to run very fast as thay said it run so slow not playable at all ..........
i just want to make sure that this is the speed of jade on this program its oky if it dosen't work
so can pepole share their experience with this progeam srry for my bad english
i´m using fpsece 0,10 on my jade with great success.
first of all, you have to try as much game sas possible to be able to pick those which runs good. second, prefer PAL versions over NTSC, they are reported to have more speed. third, you need ti fiddle with game config file to find what setting works best - no sound helps me get more speed. Also games ripped with Pocket ISO runs better.
i am personally very happy with this app, the fact that Jade have no HW butons except D-pad makes many games (ports like Quake, DN..) unplayable... you are never getting Tomb Raider to work with Jade, because lack of buttons.
This all is dealt with in fpsece, you can configure onscreen buttons - as many as you want plus configure D-pad, even to a point it follows screen orientation...
definitely worth a try.
I tried many games but these are running realy good:
Wipeout - full speed! will be your number 1.
GranTurismo 1,2 -pretty fast, 1st one mostly
Ridge Racer Revolution & Ridge Racer Type 4 - playable cca 20-30fps
Resident Evil Survivor - smooth enough, 20+fps
Hidden & Dangerous - same as above, only one real FPS that works that good
old doom-likes, Exhumed...
now i´m trying to optimize even V-Rally´s performance to move up... will see
, read forums, play with it.

thx for reply....and yea games works with good fps without sound i have tried twisted metal 2 ntsc verison i think and it work very good 28+
you can use volume buttons but if u not pressed and hold on it because if u hold it will disable and enable volume ...this problem only on with this emulator because we can use call ,reject and volume buttons in other emu like snes with no problem so i hope they fix it.......
and about editing game config file ..all i know is sound off and on idon't know what else i can customise so i will put some lines and tell me what to edit:
ForceGDI=off
EnableLFB=on
ForceVGA=off
GfxDrv=2
[GPUSOFT]
Odd_Even_Fix=0
Busy_Fix=0
Lazy_Update_Fix=1
High_Res_Boot_Fix=1
Frame_Skip_Mode=1
ithink that all we can edit
