500 Meg... It won't last very long, will it?!

Had my Hero on Orange for a few days now, and used loads of megabytes already! I installed NetCounter, and I'm using around 30 meg a day! Not sure what to do to be honest, installed Opera Mini and am using that for now, which saves a few meg, but I may need to get an additional bolt on! Any suggestions on how to save the megabytes? It would be silly to turn off all the widgets, as they'd half of what makes this phone so cool but there might not be much choice if you want to keep inside your allowance!

I find that I'm using 50-100 MB/day. Maybe it'll be less once the novelty wears off ;-)
You can switch off the "Always online" mode in the wireless settings. Or pay another 10GBP/mo for unlimited internet access...

I know its not very helpful, but that is half the reason I took my orange one back and got an upgrade on my T-Mobile contract which has a 3GB limit.
I did ask the Orange store guys and they said that you can buy extra 250MB allocations, can't remember exactly how much it was, but I don't remember it being that bad.
Also its worth bearing in mind that your data usage is likely to go down as you are likely to install less apps as you go. Of course I guess it depends on how often the authors update the apps that you have installed.
I would definitely keep a close eye on usage though, you don't want to start paying the £3 per MB tariff. And I guess trying to hookup to WiFi as often as possible would be a good idea.
I'm sure that if you get enough orange users together you might be able to pressure them into extra allowances as it could definitely hurt their sales if they get a bad rep for selling a phone without enough data allowance to use properly (this is why T-Mobile force you to take the upgraded data allowance package, less headaches for everybody all round).
Remember if you got an upgrade over the phone or online you have 7 days to return it (and swap to T-Mobile). If not I would start a new thread as a petition to Orange.

She said she was unable to help and couldn't increase the amount of data on my account. So I'm using the recent T&C changes to get out of the Orange contract early and going to T-Mobile to get a Hero.

you can always ring Orange and check what they say in terms of the data you have used, mine is wildly under what my data counter is showing

you can get ann additional 1Gb bundle on orange, its £10 a month

think that's what I'm going to have to do... Disappointing that they don't sell a larger add on so I can use it as a modem too and not worry, eg a 3 gig bundle add on for £15.

you guys need to relax, lol the first few days i used a scary amount of data, but the novelty definately wears off now im uisng about 60mb a week as i mostly used wifi at home and i can steal carphone wearhouse wifi while im in work hehe. tbh i think 500mb is enough, altho 1gb would be nice and safe amount!
also ive heard that orange will let you off if you got over the 500mb they dont start charging right away. itso nly if you take the piss and go over by say 500mb evey month htye might charge you.

incorrect I'm afraid. Since Orange stopped advertising it as unlimited subject to fair use and started calling it 500mb they will charge you as soon as you go over.

I was concerned that 500MB was not going to be enough. T-Mobile offers 3GB. Much better.

Note sure if its 3GB maybe 1GB????

100 meg in an hour if you like to stream music to your phone. 200meg a day of you tether. 500 doesn't make me feel comfortable.

They don't have a limit now, its just "Unlimited". When I spoke to T-Mobile, they removed the cap, but do have a fair usage amount, "within reason" what ever that means.

In the small print, the fair use is defined as 3GB, but if you somehow manage to go over that they won't do anything unless you constantly do or by a really excessive amount.

Ok. I checked my T&Cs and I have w&w+ which is 3GB and also allows tethering. Standard w&w says tethering is against T&Cs and is 1GB.

Or you have an unlimited data plan... I kept my plan after returning my Touch Diamond (introduced for a short while to counter iPhone madness) due to too may issues... Orange changed my handset and I kept the call plan.
Unlimited data is very relaxing to use... especially for tethering my then Nokia and using as a modem for my MacBook Pro.
Shame the Hero won't tether with my Mac

hi, what T&C changes - i would love to get out of my orange contract early - i have had a constant nightmare with them the last 6 wks over data charges on my hd touch phone

I've been on Vodafone for a week, and according to a text they just sent me, I have only used 30 MB of data. I'm pretty happy with that to be honest and might just ramp up my mobile usage. On the website however they do list every little fart you make. I have some things on the my Vodafone page where there is a usage of 9.1 KB.

where to get a HD2 and how...

I appreciate that quite a few of you have now got one but some of us are still struggling to get our paws on one Personally I want one through o2 but cant seem to get to the front of the queue for placing an order! I could jump ship but would like to stick with them so the burning question is how did you guys do it? Did those of you on o2 get it through a 3rd party eg: paid towards it with someone like carphone warehouse or bmobiles or did you wander into a store who happened to have one fall through their letterbox as you stepped in? When you've had to put up with o2 telling you contradicting "pork pies" about how they haven't shipped any and dont do it yet it makes you start to wonder

Personally, I bought mine outright from Expansys.com, SIM free. I've got a monthly contract with O2 where I get enough minutes and texts with a web bolt-on for less than £20 a month. It suits me, but then I had £500 to spare (ish )
I always like the idea of going SIM free, in case something comes out that I really want but can't afford it. I'll just get an 18 or 24 month contract in that situtation, and probably try and get something like a PS3 with it, so I can sell my current phone and the console, so I'll end up with a new phone and a wad of cash. That should help make me feel better about signing up to a contract
Since I went the SIM free route, I can't really advise on who has them and who doesn't, as far as contracts go.

Bad news on the O2 front, they finally had some in store yesterday so I could go over and find out what they will be costing on contract. To get it for free you have to sign up for a £45/month contract and that only gives you 1200mins and 500texts. You dont even get the internet package that you get with the iphone. Go for a lower tarif package and you are looking at £100 for the phone..
I will be waiting til vodafone get new stock (with an updated rom) on 11th December. Free phone for £35/month and you get 900mins UNLIMITED texts (3000 FUP), UNLIMITED landline calls (3000mins FUP), UNLIMITED internet (500MB FUP). Plus the vodafone HD's seem to be unlocked and unbranded so in my opinion thats a winning deal and well worth the wait

Each to their own mskip..you do know that the deal you're looking at gets you an extra 300mins if you do it online? all of course assuming that you can live with them making you wait for an indefinate period of time to despatch it

Yeah actually the 300 extra minutes is available online or over the phone. Over the phone the order gets processed right away for next day delivery so I think im gona be doing it that way lol. Waited long enough for it I figure my patience will stretch to a few more days
Could have got it from a vodafone store 2 weeks ago but they dont offer the internet package and I guess im a tight git I want the most value for my money haha.

we're singing from the same book there buddy..I'm hoping to get one on something like the palms tarif and preferably as a business customer..unltd 02 calls,10 unltd land lines and ultd www would do me nicely at £35 ish a mnth even over 24mths as you can upgrade at the 12mth point and get whtaevers hot then

Back here in Portugal you pay 15 euros for a 100min plan plus 15€/month for a 500MB data plan...

Just try some different vodafone stores, I went to 20 different and one could tell me 2 weeks ago that they would get one that afternoon so I directly reserved it. If you can't find any on stock the next shipment will come in on 17th of december (north ireland).
Its free with a 35 pounds bussines plan it includes 1000 minutes, Unlimited texts, Unlimited Landlines, Unlimited Internet and Vodafone Passport.

Not strictly true. I performed my upgrade two weeks ago yesterday when O2 first got them in stock. I did what I always do when going for an upgrade, threaten to leave. I was told a £35, 18 month tariff would mean the phone would cost £98. I asked to be put through to retentions where I asked for my PAC code. When they asked why I explained I wasn't happy with the fact O2 wanted to charge me £100 for a phone I can get from Vodafone for nothing (not strictly true but he didn't appear to realise that). After a few more persuasive arguments and another threat to leave, he said he 'managed' to get the phone down to £1.72 for me on an 18 month, £35 tariff with 600 minutes, 1000 texts and unlimited data (or 750mb to be precise).
However, I have heard they have cottoned onto people doing this and are now refusing point blank to offer the phone for less than £98. It's got to be worth a shot though.

You sure about that? I got unlimited data the same as the iPhone on a £35 a month tariff. Oh, and be careful with Vodafone's fair usage data policy, you get charged as soon as you go over 500mb, even in the first month. O2's is much better, you have to go over 750mb on a regular basis before they threaten to charge you.
EDIT: just checked and you're wrong there mate - you get a free bolton that you select yourself on all tariffs including and above the 600 minute £35 a month one. One of the selectable boltons is for unlimited web/data. Check the link out.

which as a "retention deal for a valued customer" is still pretty poor when for only £5 more at vodafone you'll get 1200minutes,ultd texts,ultd data (fup 500mb?) AND ultd landlines over 18mths,oh and that's with the phone for free...what would an extra £5 at o2 get you?not that much I'll guarantee..it seems o2 think they have their customers over a barrel at the moment due to this phones popularity which will no doubt see them losing quite a few punters in the short term! Why they didn't just put it on the same tariff as the Palm Pre is beyond me and is the deal I would/intend to snap up as soon as I can.

Yes, but I'd rather pay a little bit extra to avoid Vodafone as I think they're an awful network.
As for the deal you mention, as I never go over my 600 minutes anyway, the extras you speak of mean little to me even if they do only cost £5 more. 1000 texts is effectively unlimited to the vast majority of people and O2's unlimited web deal is better for reasons I pointed out above and that is something I use a lot.
No, I'll stick to O2 thanks and I suggest you do the same.

Its alot easier to get a better deal if you are already with your provider and go for an upgrade. At the moment im with orange and they have absolutely nothing worth getting right now (except the iphone 3gs lol) which means I have to goto a new network
I think everyone you talk to will give you different information. For example in the O2 shop I was told the data bolt on was upto 500MB but in the terms and conditions on the website it says unlimited. In the vodafone store and on the phone I have been told that if you go over your 500MB FUP then you will be contacted and that you will definitely not be charged extra for going over the limit. I know that with the O2 bolt on you arent allowed to used your phone as a modem or for video/audio streaming unless you pay extra which is why they have taken youtube off their roms and is pretty stupid really.
You are right that you can get a free bolt on with O2 but with only 500 texts available instore (I think its doubled to 1000 online) its still not enough for me in business use and I would need that bolt on to upgrade to unlimited texts. That of course means I need to pay extra for the data bolt on
Also with vodafone giving unlimited landline calls it means I can do most of my business calls for free and leave my included minutes for family and friends
I know everyone has their prefered network but for everything they are including and the much cheaper tarif I think my only option is vodafone I just hope the stock comes in on the 11th after putting it back 2 times . When I rang htc yesterday they said the delay was because they are putting extra software on for vodafone so im assuming thats the 360 software.

I fully intend to its just a matter of getting the right deal (although I could say any deal at the moment with o2!) Consider yourself lucky..
Here in Belgium, you have to pay 20€ for a 85 minute plan (no free sms) + 20€/Month for 200Mb data (or 25€ for 500Mb)
If you want unlimited voice, unlimited sms, but no data, it'll cost you 89€
Also note that you have to buy the phone full price (paid 570€ for the HD2), there are no offers combining a phone and a plan.
I don't think there are many countries where the phone and internet plans (don't get me started on those ) are that expensive

2 texts a month you CRAZYYY person haha I think my average with sending out quotes and texting clients and friends is about 2500 a month

Indeed. I don't think the HD2 is available to new customers on O2 yet, it certainly isn't listed as being available on their website. Which is ridiculous considering I have had it for over two weeks.

My O2 branded HD2 has/had Youtube on it, although they had removed the Wi-Fi router. However, I have just used a goldcard to upgrade my firmware to 1.48 which has effectively turned it into a sim-free model and put the wi-fi router option back. As for O2 not allowing tethering, I do it anyway the same way I used to on my iPhone. Providing you don't take the p**s and download 1gb+ a month they have no way of determining the difference between you browsing on the phone and browsing on your laptop through it.

I'm glad you mentioned that actually..my first "chats" with o2 to get this on a business account led me to inquire about the cost of 3gb data allowance..I was quite prepared to stump up £15/mth so I could ditch the dongle from 3 that I use only to be told that 3gb of data would cost me £405/mth,yes,thats right £405.00 a month! so what if all the sharers on the account get to share it,its still £405 and there's only me on the contract! and to cap it all the woman in question wanted me to pay towards the phone as well!!!

Got a few days ago a update from a friend that works at a vodafone store, just after I got mine they were all called from the vodafone warehouse to HTC because they wanted to fix first some (in my eyes minor) bugs like the pink camera problem...

Tmobile 3rd party sellers.. HSDPA?

looking at buying the desire HD before the new policy changes take effect in a few days... but i heard something saying that only android phones bought direct from Tmobile will be eligible for 3GB allowance and HSDPA connection speeds?
I have looked at Tmobile prices and frankly there rediculous...
Is there no way to buy cheaper through a 3rd party seller and still get the 3GB and fast connection speeds?
I did find 1 3rd party seller who states on the page itself ..

What prices have you seen? The t mobile prices seem very reasonable to me...

As of today if you buy a T-Mobile contract which is non-Android (give away is that they sell the "unlimited broadband" via a free booster you will have a 1GB FUP but more importantly your data speed is capped to 360Kbps.
I had this "problem" when I bought my DHD from mobiles.co.uk. However a quick call to T-Mobile to log a "fault" with my mobile data saw me moved happily onto the standard Android setup - ie where a booster is not used for the unlimited broadband.

direct with T-mobile , they give you the 3GB on top for android phones, still got your booster to use.
3rd party, they use the booster for the basic unlimited 1gb internet.
Note, go via quidco, as new direct t-mobile contracts pays you £80 back.
i think direct works out the same if you take into account the extra booster and use / need it. For me the £5 euro talk and text saves me a few quid, as i pop into the eurozone a fair bit.
my contracts up for renewal on the 24th, so gotta get it sorted before 1st feb too, or ill have to go to 3

just had a look, ( 250mins now btw ) they are a sim only provider, so not that great a deal compared to contracts when looking at 24 months with a phone deals.
Looking for 500/600ish mins per month, and giffgaffs £20pm x24 £480 not much more with tmobile and ill get a DHD oh and some euro calls.
Nice if you allready have a decent phone tho

After another phone call to Tmob.. retentions offerdf me there best price for the DHD,,, was a joke,,, basicly 40 quid a month... the same deal any normal new customer can buy it for from the website.... needless to say i declined..
Phoned back laster to ask about the 3rd party reseller thing and the 3gb/faster data speeds... and was told that yes... if i buy my phone from somewhere like CPW or MPD.. it would only have the standard 1gb and slower data connection speed..... if bought from tmob them i would have 3gb/faster data connection as standard.... but ,, 40 quid??
After a few more questions she also mentioned that `official` 3rd party Tmob resellers also would have the 3gb/fast data on there android contracts..
I didnt even know of such places.... but phoned 1 this morning... and got a great deal on an upgrade...
Basicly 600 mins... 500 texts.. 3gb allowance with extra booster of my choice...(unlimited land line calls).. for £25 a month (although had to pay 30 quid up front for the DHD)

I got my DHD from mobiles.co.uk just under 2 weeks ago but i haven't yet used the new sim card. Once i start using it next month am i likely to be restricted or should i be ok since i got it almost 2 weeks ago?

Probably restricted, I was when I first received mine from mobiles.co.uk. As said above though, just give t-mob a call and explain your internet is slower than expected, as long as you get a decent enough/stupid enough operator they should upgrade you to the full 3gb and release an extra add-on. I did exactly this, she didn't query where I bought the phone from and simply said "oh yes, looks like someone messed up on your order, i'll change that to unlimited internet now which also free's up a booster for you, which would you like?" Sorted.

Similar deal here when I upgraded on T-Mobile a few weeks ago. After calling 150 and telling them all the upgrade deals on their website sucked, they tempted me to stay with £30 p/m, free Desire HD, 600 any time / any network minutes, unlimited texts (with booster) and I'm still on the 3GB data plan. The best bit is they had no phones in stock so let me pick one up from my local Car Phone Warehouse... so it was unlocked and unbranded

I've taken my from third party reseller few months a go. (It was normal desire but I've sold it and bought dhd)
Sent email to tmobile after purchase that my internet is slow and received txt that I've used 80% of my allowance (by 3g watchdog i've used only 800mb)
They fixed that gave me 3gb allowance and hsdpa speed but didn't leave me a extra booster. My miss is in Italy and I had to ring her so decided to call tmobile first and tell them I can't pick my free booster. Guy over the phone put a booster for me and what is better reset my together rewards (i've used it few days a go).
So now I have normal plan like I would buy it directly from tmobile and what's better for £25 I have:
900min
600txt
3gb internet
Booster
Desire HD
Wicked!!!

[Q] Cheapest Decent No Contract, Voice/Text Plan

Looking for a no contract plan with decent amount of minutes (preferably at least 200/250 per month) and unlimited texting. Data doesn't really matter to me that much as I'm almost always near Wifi.
Any suggestions?
I'm currently eyeing the T-Mobile $30 no contract plan that includes 100 min., unlim. texting, and unlim. data (4G speeds up to 5 GB) but the minutes seem like they won't be enough and the next level of plans is the $50 unlimited everything.
Is there anything comparable to this from services like Straight Talk, Simple Mobile, and such that's easy on the wallet? (Broke college student)
I also need it to use swappable SIM cards (GSM) similar to the prepaid T-Mobile plan described above, unlike Metro PCS, Boost, and such because I like to fiddle with various phones (the XDA community knows a little about this addiction
I would appreciate any suggestions.
Note: I'm located in Southern California (LA area) if it matters.

EDIT: Oops NVM, you wanted swapable SIMS, in that case, there is Red Pocket Mobile. You can bring your own GSM phone and it's $30 for 250 minutes voice and unlimited text, 10 MMS, and 10 MB data (better make sure you use WiFi). I think they use AT&Ts network.

Thanks adelmundo, Red Pocket sounds like a good option, but I think people get the most bang for the buck with the $30 T-Mobile one for smartphone users. I really don't talk on the phone that much but like I said, 3.33 minutes per day seems too little. But I think they have like a fixed rate per minute if you go over the 100 minutes (I'm not sure what exactly that rate is) but even if you go over, it still be less than $45/$50, beating a lot of the 2-year contract plans out there.

my T mobile plan is unlimited everything and it is 75 per month. For me it works pretty well I do around 100-200 texts average,,, 3500 min + phone average and around 5-7 gig of internet......... the thing to consider with some of the off brand or smaller sub companies is if you travel at all they totally suck on coverage and speed. So, for me Tmobile is a good choice. But... if you just stay in one location basically, then the smaller companies would be good enough. It all depends on what you need.

High data contract deals on the One (UK)

Hey all, yes I have searched through the various threads and used search but not finding very much posted about this anywhere so please don't all jump on me at once for creating another contracts thread...I want one specifically for high data users that will be buying or already own the 'One'.
I specifically use a fairly large amount of data, Usually around the 2.5gb mark each month. Sometimes bordering on 3gb....
Anyone else use this sort of data? If so who have you got a contract with?
Or if I'm the only one that has such a large data usage, how the hell do you all keep yours so low? I use wifi at home as well so in the mornings and evenings and most of the weekends I'm using that rather than my mobile data. But still somehow using lots of data (and no I'm not tethering. Have done once, but it's not regularly part of my usage)
So yeh, basically. Any tips on good deals with high data, low calls and texts, or tips on how to keep data usage down??
And although this could have been posted as a question, I would assume that there are other high data users that will be interested in the info posted here.

There are only three options for contracts for high (>1GB) data users. The best choice is the One plan from Three which gives you truly unlimited data including tethering and generally has good coverage IMHO. You can get a HTC One on the One Plan for £36/month on a 24 month plan.
The other option is the Full Monty plan from T-Mobile. Also a relatively expensive option vs. the very cheap Orange 1GB deals on dial-a-phone for example but it does give you unlimited data. I think is also £36/month but with £70 up front.
Alternatively you could get a 3 or 5 GB 4G plan from EE but that is the most expensive option and not unlimited but does give you high usage options and is 4G. (3GB is £46/month and 5GB £51/month)

They are amazing for data but are totally crap as far as CS goes so it'll be good to see any other possible options as I too am only aware of them as being good for high data users

I think T-Mobiles 'Unlimited' data is in-fact really quite limited. Something like 1.5gb data I think, but I could be wrong

Where did you get this deal? And was it an upgrade?

Just out of interest, I've added a poll because I would really be interested in knowing what the data plans people have bought their one with......It seems not many have super high usage so I'd like to see what the rough figures were so far.....Are heavy users really as rare as they seem?

You never know. Lots of people I know use about 500 so maybe I'm just a madman for using almost 3gb lol.

I decided to buy the handset SIM-free and then put a GiffGaff SIM in it. For £12 a month I get 250 minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited data, and I can cancel that any time I like, even just a single day before my next payment is taken.
Virgin has some quite good SIM-only deals too; if you don't mind being limited to 300 free texts a month, you can get unlimited data for £10 a month top-up.
My thinking was that, right now, I really don't want to get locked into a long contract because it's not at all clear what the different providers' 4G services are going to be like.

I tried GiffGaff for a while last year but found they do very heavy image compression on their network which makes using the internet and any apps with images really really ugly with pixellated images. There was no way to turn this off. I don't know if this has since changed though.

Yes 3 do definitely the best all you can eat packages. But its annoying how they know you don't really have any other option hence they.don't bend on price at all!

I am in the same boat . I use anywhere from 6GB to 9GB per month as I haven't got BB so do everything on my mobile lol. It seems we are just limited to 3 atm?

I spent over 9 years on 3 paying for their premium contract (and a data allowance I never came near to scratching.)
Eventually though their CS got to be beyond a joke. Their refusal to offer even a free phone to keep me on their One plan and total inability to hire anyone to man the call centers that could actually speak English drove me away.
I have since been blown away by the difference on Orange. My 3 contract is still in it's final days and that phone manages an astounding 225Kb/s compared to the 19.7Mb/s I get on Orange (both phones show H data connection although the Orange connection spends a lot of time trying to actually hang onto 3G instead.)
Read into this what you wish but it will take wild horses to drag me back to 3.

Hey I just wanted to chime in here with a bit of info I came across via a friend. Staples do a weird membership plan thing that might interest some people. I've been looking in to it and it seems interesting but I'm not sure if it's really for me as the monthly cost seems to stand above average as far as I can see. They also don't have availability of the One yet but have told me that it should be coming to them soon.
Essentially you are not tied in to a contract and can swap your phone at any time, change you plan at any time or leave at any time and all you have to do is give 30 days notice. They claim that should you wish to leave you would only have to return the phone. No buyouts or extra costs unless you wanted to buy the phone from them which you could do should you wish to. Also you can essentially build your own package to suit your needs and choose any network except for 3 to have the selected package on. And should yo go over your allowance there are NO charges...Though on talking to him he said they gave you a 20% buffer to go over and if you kept going over they'd be in touch and saying to tweak your package a bit, but of course again this can be done at any time. Essentially it's a totally fixed price per month with no nasty surprises.
The guy also claimed that there were other membership benefits such as up to 6p off a litre of fuel every time you fill up and insurance discounts etc...But again I'm not sure how much these pro's outweigh the costs...And of course it's only up to 6p off so for the next 2 years it could only be 1p off per litre....You see what I'm saying anyway...
So obviously as he couldn't accurately quote on the One because he didn't have it yet I asked for some quotes on similar priced phones (I shant name them as this post is about the One, I just did what I needed to to get a picture of potential costs)
For a membership plan with
250 mins
500 mins
2GB Data
Approximately £60 a month
If you lose some data and go for 1GB it drops a bit to £50ish
I looked at 2 plans specifically for me which were
250 mins
250 texts
2gb data or 5gb data
and the quotes were £52 and £58
You also have to pay the first 3 months upfront, though should you wish to leave after a month you get 2 months back of course.
So you see they're much much more expensive then you're average contract but then again for that price you can get a new phone every single month should you wish....I dunno. I'm still haggling with him so I'll let you know how I get on. But it's work looking in to really, especially for people who use a lot of data at times as the odd month you use more and maybe go over you wont be hammered for it.

You can buy a lot of coffee for £60 a month and you can rinse a lot of free wi-fi while you're at it.
Trust me, blagging free wi-fi is easier and cheaper than an expensive data plan.

This is true....The only real benefit I can see by going this route is being able to potentially have an iPhone one month then maybe try out the S4 then go back to the One, then try out the new Nexus 5 when it comes....etc etc...I mean it would be cool to have the flexibility but it's such a lot of money....I have emailed back this morning stating that if I was to keep the phone for the full 2 years I would end up paying approximately £600 more over the course of 2 years compared to the highest data contract available on the phone! Which is MENTAL considering the phone is available to buy sim free for less then £500 atm! And that's not taking in to account depreciation etc....So anyway I'll see what he comes back with and let everyone know....
Oh and I also asked if the monthly cost includes insurance or anything, which of course would make it almost seem a bit more worth the price, but it's still high....

I came from Vodafone to 3 as they don't offer unlimited data.
Its 12.90 a month (rolling contract) 200 mins, either 1000 or unlimited text (can't remember) and unlimited data. The difference was phenomenal compared to Vodafone.
I think it matters where you live really. I can drive round most of Bristol and beyond streaming Di radio to my stereo (aux) with hardly any buffering. I can also watch catchup TV almost anywhere.
I have no issues with calls either.
Why not try it, if you don't get on after a month just cancel it.
