There's lots of benchmarks you can do.. not just video recording... also a danger of this thread being a mess as everyone uses different tools.. It'll only be useful if people use the same benchmarking tools such as Quadrant and linpak.

i got 553 [Quadrant Advance]
little bit dissapointed, nexus 2.1, and motodroid 2.1 are better than ours,

quadrant :
517
sooo slow

quadrant - 560

quadrant 530

573.......

Quadrant: 517. Why is it so low? Ideas?
Linpack: 6,95 MFLOP/s

536 on mine

670 Quadrant
9.2 MFLOPS on Linpack

wtf, 670? sorry i'm gonna want some proof for that

http://db.tt/tlimV6b
http://db.tt/XXtlV8k

Quadrant: 1756
yeah, that's right it's not my X10, it's My Galaxy S
X10: 570

why is this varying between devices running on the same OS version??
Shouldn't our scores be the same? For the person who scored over 600 - are you running ADW launcher? I have a feeling ADW launcher is causing my score to be low by using too much of the CPU resources?!

The link is not meant to discourage the devs, but people need to understand that the performance of their device did not suddenly increase by 2x-3x just because of the lag fix. This is to help people to set their expectation in a reasonable manner.
please replace the "xx' with "tt".

In case anyone didn't want to replace the letters.

Thank you very much!
The new poster restriction prevented me from doing so.
Neocore=55.7 fps
Quadrant=2296
Linpack=8.157
I did the lag fix from the market.

Post your benchmark scores.

On CM3 the highest Ive gotten is 1013
On Linpack Ive gotten as high as 5.79
Curious to see what others are getting.
Don't have CM3.
5.28 on Linopack.
Offtopic:
(on Linpack's latest runs website saw 51.1 and 88 on a G2 !! - running @ 1.5 and 1.4 mhz respectively. I mean, Dude!).
My un-overclocked CM 6.1 Froyo Nexus tops at 35 MFlops. I'll try to downgrade it to 2.1 to be able to compare apples to apples.
Quadrant Standard: 550 (for comparison, my Froyo Nexus: 1430, but 2.1 stock Nexus: 520).
I do not feel my S7 slow, laggy or lazy in any aspect though.

Benchmark Bragging

Most people on this forum have tinkerer with their xoom, and at some point ran quadrant and linpack. I'm curious as to who has the fastest benchmark xoom.
We all know benchmarks don't mean squat in the real world but its still cool to OC it and see what it will do.
So post up your quadrant and linpack scores and at what speed
Mine @ 1.6
Quadrant 4513, it ran 4517 however was unable to get a screen shot.
68.772 linpack. Ranks 124 of all devices
I got 4157 as my highest on quad (1.6 ghz) but I got a 69.4 on linpack (screenshot lost when I had to flash stock images to recover, also at 1.6 ghz) ( its a GIF, so the app doesn't like it)

This is kinda weird for a brag I guess, but I get 3758 on quadrant and 60 on linpack with the 1.4ghz 1.4.2 kernel.

[Q] really slow a500/ quadrant score 656???

Hi,
as i'm using my iconia a500 i noticed some heavy Performance issues. i rooted and installed several Roms but my Quadrant score keeps being low. right now i am on lightspeed 1.0.1 with Richard's Kernel and my Quadrant score is only 656!!!
i'm really curious about this any suggestions?
thanks in advance
kiark
Just a guess, but the cpu probably is not running full during the test. Might have to use a app to force to 1000 during the test.
Running 2.4 kernel? If so, the default intersctive scaling governor is borked so either use setcpu to change to on demand or flash back to 2.3. Im personally running 1.6ghz as max speed with on demand.
thank u very much, setting the cpu up with setcpu worked!
CPU really does not have much effect on quadrant score. It is the combination of the Rom and the kernel it self.
Sent from my SGS-t959 using XDA Premium App
IM using the xoom 3.2 rom
My acer is over clocked to 1.5 and here are my benchmark scores.
Useing Quadrant I got 3421 (best of three runs) and frame rates around 45
Useing Linpack I got 45.438 mflpos on single thread in 1.85 seconds and
71.53 mflops on multi-thread in 2.36 seconds again best of three runs
Useing AnTuTu Benchmark I got a score of 6159 and frame rates right at around 60 fps
Useing Vellamo (its new and a benchmark tool for a tablets browser to see how ell the browser performs does things like java and flash stress tests and load speeds of web pages) I got a score of 1072

not sure on this. if it doesnt have much effect why do you see such a huge difference between 216 Mhz and 1.5 Ghz clock speeds in quadrant?

[screenshot]Share your quadrant scores with GB Roms

Share your quadrant scores here how much max your streak can get.
Mine OC to 1228mhz Performance gov
Got 2900+ on advance
And 2800+ on standard
Can you provide any (except impress someone) reason to fool Quadrant file I/O score?
