I'm a little developear and I try to enable usb debug mode, but the button it's not enabled (It's like Button.setEnabled(false))... what can I do???

I want to get USB Debugging Mode Toggle..
I have enable USB Debugging Mode From Setting -> Application -> Development and Selected USB Debugging mode...
When i connect my phone to pc.. on notification its show on USB Mass-Storage Mode only but not showing USB Debugging Mode..
How can i get USB Dubugging mode on Toggle.. Plz hellp me
If it connects in mass storage mode, USB debuggin is working.
It doesn't pop up a message "hey, I'm in USB debuggin now", it just does it.
I know on my Galaxy S5 through verizon, I have to keep tapping build number under phone options to enable developers mode and unlock usb debugging.
Why necro a 2.5 yr old thread to say that ?

I tried countless apps that offer backup but obviously they all need USB Debugging Enabled
*Hours and hours of research through forums and the web.
The only task is to enable USB debugging in order to access internal storage of the phone
I would appreciate any help in this thread.

Get a y otg cable and a usb mouse and a USB to HDMI accessory and then make sure you have a spare HDMI cable and plug cable into TV and if my guess is correct you should be able to see screen on TV and control with mouse
Then set USB debugging options on

When I put my device into download mode, it isn't recognized by Ubuntu nor by Windows 10 : nothing happens when I plug or unplug the USB cable from one end or the other, and Odin does not show anything. It's stock firmware, TRP lock disabled, OEM unlocking enabled, USB debugging enabled.
I connected my SM G530H to my PC, but my PC doesn't detect anything. It shows nothing about USB. But my phone keep charging unlees i unplug the USB cable. I turned on USB debugging on developer option but still same. Nothing happens
Im using stock rom. Could anyone help? I can't install twrp to odin if i can't fix this problem.

the display on my Galaxy S5 Neo got broken (dropped on the ground, the screen is black) and I need to recover my data, i.e. connect via ADB. The phone including touch is working. There is no screen lock, developer options are enabled, just no USB debugging I can connect a USB keyboard using an OTG cable.
Could somebody help me please, providing the exact key sequence or video to enable the USB debugging. My phone has the latest official firmware from Samsung installed (Android 6 ?).
