Zinio not available? - Galaxy Tab General

Does anyone have access to Zinio in Readers Hub?
It says "Service will be available soon" for me.

Not is available for now.

Does anyone know when this will be ready?

Reviewing marketplace apps.

Is there a way to review market apps from the A500 version of the marketplace? Version shows as 1.0.17 but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to do it.
Anyone managed it and i'm just being an idiot or is it not possible in this version?

I'm not sure if I understand you, but if you want to check your app versions you can download aTrackdog from the market, or from your browser, go to https://market.android.com/. Hopefully this helps...
Afterthought: do you mean give a star rating and review?
Yeah I mean star rating and review the apps that I have tried. It seems like there's no option for it in the marketplace using honeycomb.

This has been bugging me as well.

I read somewhere that it's not possible yet. I could be wrong! But the reason I even mention it is I remember it being a solid source (like a Google employee or something).
Will look it up and update here.
Thanks for the replies guys i'm glad its not just me missing something obvious.

I just read an official answer from Google to this the other day but can't seem to find the link again.
It basically said that it's not possible in Honeycomb right now, but they tell you to go to the marketplace webpage and you can do it there.
I remember upon reading that, thinking, "Really? How big is Google and they can't just get this simple thing out beforehand?"

Facebook App not compatible with Android 3.1

Just noticed,
The new updated Facebook app (V 1.6) is no longer compatible with the Xoom. I.e. if you don't have FB or if you've uninstallrd it, ouch!

I think they are trying to push tablets back to the unified touch website interface. The only thing that sucks with that is you can 'send to facebook' and sync contacts.
Know of any other apps that handle just that?
Friend me is a great tablet optimized facebook client. But it is still in the earlier stages of development.

Facebook saw friendme and wanted to retreat
^+1 lololololol

Rumor has it that Facebook will release an app for tablets.
again?
they broke FB for tablets before- you'd think they'd learned not to break stuff now...
Friendme is far superior
Friend me has no functional use without ability to go to each friends stuff or find things the way you do on the web. It needs way more work.

Install it on any other device then move it via astro backup or something. I did that and it works fine.
I use Friendcaster... not the tab optimized version though because it lacks a lot of functionality. Does look pretty however.
I just installed the 1.6 update on the Xoom and it force closes when you try to search. It's defiantly not made for the Xoom. Here is the APK if anybody wants to try it.

I'm on 1.5.4 and its always fcd on me searching for people. Has never worked right. You would think they would have given HC users a fully functional version by now.

I suspect this has to do with the fact that good Android devs are hard to find; good Android devs with Honeycomb experience are nearly impossible to find.
Would anyone mind posting the last facebook version that "works"?

I did a google search for "Facebook 1.5 apk" and the first result is the following: http://www.speedyshare.com/files/25724421/facebook1.5.0.apk
edit: here is 1.5.3

Thanks for links.
expecting for a good release
Just heard about a major FB release lined up for Wednesday, 'Supposedly' a counter to Google+ and designed for the Tablet. I hope the rumor's right!

That would be great!
I hope that rumor is true. Keep us updated if you hear any more details.
The Facebook app for the XOOM has always been crap. When Google+ goes live, I am deleting my Facebook account even if it sucks. I'm tired of it.

I'd be very wary of this. Looks like a dodgy site with a link to who knows what?

Edit: Looks like I have to upload the file from my pc only
*If this helped you, please hit "Thanks"*

D Did anyone ever confirm if this is legit?
Works great! Thanks men!
Music Junk has been around for close to a year now...it is a very good app!
Tinyshark is quite good too, its a bit like spotify. I may try this one as well.

Sprint TV is now available over Wi-Fi

just got the text.
yeah, thanks for that guys, you're a few years too late.
Is there even anything on there worth looking at? What keeps that service going? It's usually one of the first things I freeze on my modified stock ROM installs. I remember years ago when they launched "Power Vision" on 3G (cutting edge at the time) and old Voltron episodes were about the only cool thing I found.
Espn. There is a few and there is movies. My guess is maybe some live sports. After while. But. Hd. On wifi. And I used to watch it back on my. Samsung. Upstage
