No i'm not a "dev", yes this is easy, sharing is caring.

*****I'm using ChuckyDroid lite with the latest 2.15 radio and have no issues. If you don't have this setup and are having issues....that might explain it Also be sure you are using clrcad.exe before EACH boot and have the android folder on the root of your sdcard. If you have "bugs" try running fix_permissions and clearing market cache from settings.*****
Other folks have confirmed this working with the latest VBN ROM - found HERE and the 2.15 radio. Please be sure you delete you android folder entirely and don't try to use a data.img from an old build.
*POST BOOT SETUP:
*If after syncing with your google account reboot (other wise root apps won't work)
*Some folks have reported corruption on this build from using titanium backup.
*Download spare parts from the market and install spare parts. Set all transition animations to FAST
*To achieve the "theme" use the builtin file manager to install LauncherPro-Biffmod.apk in the APK folder on your sd card.
*To get the gray bar got to settings > cyanogenmod settings > user interface > tweaks extras and select cmthemebiff

Hi alan... i've finally got my liquid... i had 1.6 donut as i suspected but... is rooted now I've installed the lcr 1.6 rom I've tried to install usb and wireless tether and I get something like "your kernel does not support this". Is there any update zip for doing this so I could use things properly as I used to do on my old Magic?
I'ts a cool device... the Snapdragon does the job I've read one of your earlier posts and you said that your Liquid E has 512 ram mem? :O On gsmarena.com specs says it has only half of that and the only difference between Liquid & Liquid E is the "E"... the Eclair
Looking fw to using a Cyanogen mod rom on this device... untill then lcr 1.6 (soon 1.7 that looks pretty cool).

Regarding tethering.... Need to wait for kernel sources first before that can be possible. At the moment the leaked acer kernel should work for most things. With source we will see both oc + tethering

Once you go Dolby Mobile equalizer, you can't go back. Sound quality for audio without it is not very good.

What’s the difference between this and SkinnyEVO?
HTC Ace (or Desire HD) has many visual changes over the Evo sense roms. A few of the differences you’ll notice are flipping animations with the clock, fading transitions between programs, and the ability to apply skins (themes) to your phone from right inside of Sense. There are many other minor graphical changes, and a few functional ones such as “Recent Apps” showing in your notification bar.
This build is multilanguage
For best performance, set wallpaper to a static image.
Let the phone sync everything before trying to do anything else - Note that it may download previously downloaded apps which can cause your system to slow down..

(With GPS Status no status possilble).

the compass does work, if you read how to enable it (hastarins kernal notes)
and gps does work if you load a free app called GPS status and download the agps file.

Instructions
Recommended:
1. Backup all of your apps, photos, etc. Use Titanium Backup (on the market) for your apps. Put the TitaniumBackup folder on your computer, along with your photos and such.
2. Using Odin, flash back to stock JF6. If your phone has 3-button problems use this Odin. This mostly effects 1008 phones (check under your battery).
3. Using Odin, Master Clear THIS DELETES EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE, INCLUDING THE INTERNAL SD CARD.
4. Root your phone. I use this one click.
5. Install Rom Manager from the market. Using this, install Clockwork Mod recovery.
1. Transfer Assonance_x.x.zip to your SD Card.
2. Reboot into Clockwork Mod recovery and flash Assonance_x.x.zip
3. Following installation, reboot the phone.
4. It will say "Config files differ". Choose "Yes, with backup and restore". Wait for it to complete.
5. Allow the phone to boot. This will take an abnormally long time. Somewhere between 2 and 4 minutes. The dots will not stop for any period longer than 10 seconds.
6. Allow the phone to establish a data connection. This will take longer than normal, and should be done within a minute or two.
7. Restore apps with Titanium Backup, add your photos, etc.
8. Enjoy for 15 minutes before caving to your insatiable ROM Flashing obsession.

Jk3 modem seems to be a lot more stable without the need to enable 850mhz band (it's already enabled), is that the new modem you're talking about.
JPO modem was a pain in the butt.

Ask: too bad the touchscreen is too responsive just like other custom roms... any solution?
Solution: touchscreen is probably related to kernel use CF-Root b82-ex and there is no touchscreen problems. (PS - i had same issue on Ketut's BlackHawk DXKT5 and he told me to use b82-ex)
after that whenever a rom gives me touchscreen issues, i flash cf-root b82ex and its all fine!

one of the best rom for longest battery life, i think
i've used myth ICS beta 2 (previous version of themyth rom) for more than 2 days if turned off auto sync, gps, background data, used 2g instead of 3g, minimize brightness

no need, flash it via CWM if you're using gingerbread 2.3.* after wipe data/factory reset
but recommend you go back to clean stock for stability and avoiding unexpected errors

in my opinion, i think battery life of myth rom absolutely better than cm7 roms
of course using 3g can make battery drains quickly :-s

Still i am using from few working days,tested almost all the capabilities and situations but not getting any single bug and nor out of you mentioned..
Try this one too and tell about reviews.that helps me to make updates better..

downloading and one more question... is there any script(s) integrated in your rom? i always using the amarullz mod but on sgs2 rom of coolcat.. no luck.. so im using now the int2sd+

hi there i can tell you the best thing at the min will be int2sd+ or D2EXT+ both need a ext3/4 partition and work well without slowing down our ace

In this rom i didnot used ics file manager..
Also there are so many plenty choices for applications just download oi file manager or es file manager have some more features..
