I have a phone with the last Acer official ROM and I would like to flash my phone with a custom ROM Rev12, I have already downloaded.
The problem is that the progression of flash remains stuck at 0% and it results in an error message telling me basically that my phone is not connected when it is recognized as ActiveSync.
What should I do?

For your problem,
What did you do exactly before flashing your phone ?
Did you try to download again this Custom Rom. Maybe the one you downloaded is corrupt.Are you sure that it the right one for your phone.
starts the phone by pressing simultaneously camera and power buttons.
the screen stays black but the red LED should light up or flash , I think.
then plug the USB and retry flashing
but in this in condition, you must use the modified acer_euu.exe specially for custom Rom.

I'm not sure but I think you have error message because the phone is not on maintenance mode, to put the phone on maintenance mode,
Keep press the camera button and volume down button.
Press the reset button with stylus (always holding the 2 buttons) Unpress reset button. Phone screen is black
And now you can release the 2 buttons.
The orange led twinkle in maintenance mode, now you can relaunch the flash utility.

Je ne suis pas sur de la réponse, mais tu as ce message d'erreur car le téléphone n'est pas en mode maintenance (requis pour flasher, mais non indiqué dans l'utilitaire de flashage).
Pour passer le téléphone en mode maintenance :
1. Appuie simultanement sur le bouton de l'appareil photo (completement) et le bouton pour baisser le volume. (Garde les appuyés)
2. Appuie sur le bouton de reset avec ton stylet (tout en maintenant les 2 boutons précédents), le téléphone s'éteint. tu relaches le bouton de reset
3. maintenant tu peux relacher les 2 boutons, l'écran ne s'allume pas mais la led Orange clignotte, tu es maintenant en mode maintenance.
Tu peux donc relancer ton utilitaire de flashage.

@ woaloo : for some people, camera button is sufficiant, but for other, it is the camera button and volume down (and not power as you said). but maybe I say craps, but works for me.

Voila donc j'ai appuyé sur la fonction "verrouiller" l'écran. Puis j'ai voulu déverrouiller et impossible.
J'ai fait un hard reset, le HTC étatit toujours en mode verrouillé. Puis j'ai essayé le hard reset et là j'ai eu la page pour calibrer; mais impossible toujours bloqué. J'ai refais un reset ou hard reset, je ne sais plus et j'ai mon écran qui ne s'allume plus. Et j'ai les 3 témoins orange allumé (ok, windows et internet).

this the summary of my pb. I tried several ROM on my artemis and it has always succeeded without pb. until recently I used a new Rom entitled "Oops Black" and it has worked well. and I tried to install the radio ver 03.21.90. the installation is finished until the end. but when I wanted to restart artemis, the first screen that indicates the version of the Rom and radio ... appears followed by the splash screen and it stops and freez.
I tried to do a hard reset without success. it never succed to enter the bootloader. I use the correct method of hard reset. (pushing the two soft key and then with the stylus push the reset key). I also attempted to install a new rom directly from the sd card following the procedure described in this same forum. without success.
in the abstract artemis never succed to enter the bootloader to install a new rom. is there any solution for this kind of pb. or less if I understand what's wrong.

My touch dual has a big screen problem.
The screen is broken I think , when I clic anywhere on the screen it gives a clic in the lower right corner.
My problem is that I have upgraded the SPL to Hard SPL 1.16 to flash ROMs.
ROMS works great but I need to to return the phone to manufacturer so I must revert the SPL to original for warrenty.

After flashing my original operator rom windows mobile 6.0 restart and asks me to " Align the screen ", I can't pass through this step !! The screen failed to recognize my clics.
So I can't acces to windows explorer to execute sspl-1.16-nike.exe.
I'm searching for a solution to put original spl on the phone and execute it without using windows mobile explorer.
Is there a tool to flash original spl from a computer with USB ?

Je tente de remettre le SPL d'origine sur mon Touch dual pour le renvoyer en SAV chez bouygues.
Le problème vient de l'écran qui ne répond plus a mes pressions ( une pression n'importe ou sur l'écran donne une pression située dans le coin inférieur droit... )
Après Hard reset , impossible de démarrer windows mobile car impossible de passer le stade " Aligner l'écran " du démarrage ... j'ai beau essayer une dizaine de fois je ne passe pas.
Même problème en installant n'importe quelle ROM , signed ou pas.
J'en suis donc là :
j'ai re-flashé la ROM originale sous WM 6.0
j'ai reflashé le splash original trouvé sur XDA.
impossible d'acceder au gestionnaire de fichier pour remettre le SPL d'orgine qui me permetra d'envoyer le teléphone en SAV.
éxiste-t-il un outil qui permet de flasher le SPL d'origine depuis un un ordinateur en USB ?
Est-il possible d'éxécuter le programme de flash via Mtty en ligne de commande ?
If you are able to reach it with activesync (i'm not sure you can at the alignment stage) you can use a software called MyMobiler (it's free, look on google) wich show the pocketpc screen on your pc and you can use it with the mouse emulating the tap on screens, i used it when i broke my screen, but as i said i am not sure you can use it at this early stage of configuration.

I just need to ask you again your help! I just received my HD ² from the service after sale because of a problem with my USB (322 € for repair so I declined). The concern is that the phone's connector is out of order, so impossible to charge my cell phone with the USB cable or even to change the ROM.
I would like to know two or three things;
1 - How to remove this **** of SFR ROM?
2 - How To Change HSPL & Radio Rom?
3 - How to install Android? (without leaving WM)
All this WITHOUT USB connection.

Je viens vous demandez (encore une fois) votre aide ! Je viens de récupéré mon HD² du service aprés vente SFR, pour un souci avec mon connecteur USB (322€ de réparation j'ai donc refusé). Le souci du téléphone c'est que le connecteur est mort, donc plus possible de charger le téléphone via l'USB ou même de changer la ROM.
Je veux donc savoir deux trois trucs;
1- Comment faire pour changer cette Rom officiel SFR?
2- Comment effectuer un Task29 & Changer le HSPL et la Rom Radio?
3- Comment faire pour installer Android? (sans laisser WM)
Tous ça SANS connexion USB! =/

on the HD Mini to my colleague, I changed the tactile screen had broken touch!
The problem is that after reassembly, the phone working again but I can not use it because the detection of the finger on the screen is completely shifted!
When I touch the screen only Left side at the screen work.
Middle and right don't work !
Is it possible to make a recalibration? and hard reset will not solve the problem.

Le problème est que après le remontage, le téléphone refonctionne mais impossible d'utiliser celui-ci car la détection du doigt sur l'écran est complètement décalé ! Quand j’appuie sur l’écran seule la parti gauche fonctionne, au milieu et a droite rien ne se passe.
y a t'il une astuce pour faire un recalibrage ? et le hard reset ne change rien car il ne propose pas le recalibrage au demarrage du telephone.

Buttons Urgence ( on left) or Ignore ( on right ) and Not possible to choose the right button !!
I think you broke something when you replaced the screen. You could go for warranty if you have an official ROM flashed on the device.
