Can i get clarity as to how to receive this file using this text?
Well, just go to to the sendspace website and put the "/file/ecbu6e" (no quotes) right behind it and you should be good to go. It's a zip that I took directly from motorola couple days ago

Ah oops, well that's the latest version I could find for both
Actually just follow the link to download 4.7.1 on motorola and change it 4.6.5 to download (add 32_ or 64_ infront of bit_4.6.5.zip)

If someone need this zip, I can upload it.
It is from a friend. For myself, I haven't received the push yet. But since I have already root my phone, I can't update my phone using this zip file.
As far as I know, you need put this file into /Cache and reboot to apply this update. If I flash stock rom to my phone, then I can't access the /Cache directory.
So either way, this file is useless to me.
Is there anyone can find a way to apply this update?

My phone is unrooted so I guess i'll just have to copy it to my sd card and reboot.
I don't know what is the procedure for rooted phones tough.
But you can always unroot, update and then root again =p

area code 03 means HongKong and Taiwan

btw isn't system version "14.85.4.falcon_umtsds.AsiaRetail.en.03" Android 4.3? because I have a dual sim phone and it shows this version. Hopefully the OTA contains kitkat for this system versions.

I got spammed with like 100mb of MoboGenie.apks that I hastily deleted and searched for an alternative which I then uploaded.

Sorry about that then. The links are supposed to be DDL but I guess uploaded changes them based on Country.

Im working on a magisk module for the oem folder. Will be testing later before posting.
Any results from flashing? I'm at work unfortunately
I suggest everyone to be careful as i just saw that payload-dumper returns an error at the end of its process extracting the OTA.
The file may have been corrupted during phone to pc copy. Proceed at your own risk.
