I bought an Orange SPV M650 from France, cid-unlocked it and tried many of the roms posted here on it (HTC English, French, O2, WM6...).
THE GPS ON THE M650 DOES NOT WORK WITH ANOTHER ROM EXCEPT AN ORANGE ONE !!!
Luckily I was able to find it here: http://www.mobilite.fr.orange-business.com/public/oev4/html/toolkit/php/obdddl.php?id=2539
I would like to post my experience here because this might help other SPV M650 owners. Thank you...

J'ai aussi un SPV M650, cid-unlocké, maintenant ça tourne sous WM6 rom venant de O2 changé en WWE. j'ai tomtom qui fonctionne à merveille. seul prob：configurer Edge de ORANGE.
Assistant de configuration GPRS (fonctionne sur SPV M650) http://www.europe.htc.com/support/software/htcp3600.html
Qd à ce que tu dis furious99 c'est n'importe quoi, en tout cas avec wm6 (en allemand quel courage biou !) ou htc french rom.

j'ai payé 20£, remboursé par ma boite apres. tu cherche tu trouve le site pour le faire.

Non, d'abord c'est rom allemande, après tu installe la version WWE. J'ai pas réussi à installer directement la version WWE.

Je suis pret à traduire si on me donne les info pour lire un fichier ROM et pour traduire.

voila ce que j'ai fait: rom O2 allemande (c'est un fichier RUU, donc cela pose pas de probleme de mise à jour pour un artemis cid-unlocké), une fois cette version allemande de WM6 installée, avec le ppc connecté par activesync avec le PC, j'ai procédé tout de suite le reflashage de rom cuisiné par BEPE. 10-15mn d'attente, hard reset, et voilà.
Ok.
Avec cette rom, as tu toujours un retard ~50mètres avec tomtom 6.030 et la carte europe de l'ouest v6.75 ???
Moi, quelque soit la version de tomtom de 6.010 à 6.030 avec cette carte ou bien la v6.5 même constat alors que son mon (malheureusement ko) qtek s100 s'était nikel.

Bizarre! j'ai pas encore essayé, retard de 50 metres à quelle vitesse?
Quel que soit la vitesse, un simple trajet maison boulot suffit pour identifier le problème.
Utilises tu Tomtom sur cet SPV quel version de soft, de carte et quelle modèle ?

Ben non, en tout cas on est partie en Normandie avec, en pleine ville s'était l'horreur quand toutes les rues se succèdent demie tour guarantie...
J'utilise également MN6, un peu moin de retard mais bon, c'est bof bof qd même.

je n'arrive pas a installer le today home pluging. apres l'install et un soft reset j'ai bien l'emplacement de reservé pour le home mais il est vide !! je ne comprend pas bien ce qu'il se passe

For what I understand, there is NO touchflo FR ROM, and I have no idea how to get the HomeScreen working on WM5.
I suggest you flash to WM6 Official from here: Download WM6 FRA
then install the HomePlug from here: Download HTC HomePlug
After installing, go to /Windows/ on your p4350, then change the following files:
- HTCHome.dll.0409.mui -> HTCHome.dll.040C.mui
- HTC HDlg.exe.0409.mui ->HTC HDlg.exe.040C.mui
- HH_0409_WeatherCities.xml -> HH_040C_WeatherCities.xml
remember the C in the mui file MUST be a capital letter!
Then perform a Soft-reset
