I just recently bought a HTC desire HD from Hong Kong,(unlocked) and I was wondering when the 2.2.1 OTA update will be available for me. Is it only European and UK DHD's that will get it?

It was only released in Europe and was pulled out because of some bugs. We people at Asia will not expect any updates yet.

Ah, that's a shame, I really wanted to see how much things would have improved like 720p rec.

Hello duudes, so since im really dissapoionted on The htc wildfire i got some weeks ago, im planning on gettin a new one. My friend told me that the Atrix had really good hardware, and that it only costs around 200 pounds, is that true? If then how can such a good phone have a price like that?

Your not likely to find one in SA. To expensive, why not use revolutionary, it's quick and easy, just need a of with internet connection.

Revolutionary doesn't support the wildfire S and they told me today that they don't plan on supporting it in the future.
