Hi to all,
Today i got my new htc WildFire But when i try to launch the cam,i get black screen and anything happened.
May somebody know how to resolve this problem???

I recently got Imate Jam/Magician but after 4/5 days its screen alignment got out, after soft restart when it came to screen alignment it doesnt let me move on next step, it still ask me to align the screen again and again
plz help me, any one know whats the problem

Try doing a hard reset and see if you can align the screen. Then do a soft reset and see if the alignment problem has gone away..thy the soft reset again just to make sure.
If that fixes the problem then it 's likely something got corrupted or some software caused the problem.
If the problem is not fixed, ou need to get it serviced

I had that problem with my Jam until I upgraded the ROM to 1.12. Before the upgrade, I was able to fix the problem by doing a soft reset when it got stuck in the loop.
Hi I'm using HTC P3450 (Elf01000).. Everything was fine till yesterday.
Now i have the Cube working for me but the screen doesn't respond to stylus. I'm able to activate and deavtivate cube... thats it. Nothing else works...
Please help me

Have you tried a soft reset?
Have you tried realigning the screen?
What have you done to your device recently? Flashed any new Roms?, Installed any apps? Played with registry? If anyone is going to be able to help you, you have to give us some information. What ROM are you using?

I had tried aligning the screen and it got stuck there.
After a bit of googling, I was able to get past the align screen using Remote screen align, but my screen stopped responding to screen taps. Strangely I don't have any problem activating and rotating the cube.
I'm using the original Rom..

My phone is just lying useless now... other than recieving calls, couldn't do anything.
Please let me know if u need more info
You didn't answer all of the questions from my last post. If you hadn't done anything to your device and all it did was suddenly stop responding, perhaps your screen is faulty now and needs replacing. I don't know what else it would be personally, but feel that I may not have enough experience to be able to help you further.
Hello, everyone i have htc elf, my problem with it is whenever i soft reset my phone it shows the starting smart mobility screen and after sometime shows a white screen.Therefore, i have to hard reset my device.how should i rectify this problem kindly help.Thanks.

Guys,
I own an HTC Touch 3G.The Touch Screen suddenly stoped working.I tried Hard Reset,then it went into the Known loop of Align Screen.I somehow managed by skipping the Align Screen using the Remote Screen Alignment Tool.
But to make my Touch Screen to work, I need the Calibration Data File which by using Remote Screen Alignment Tool i can put the alignment for my Phone (Hopefully,Not Sure)
Any Tips & Suggestions are always welcome !!!
Plz help me to save my phone ...

i have bought a htc clone t3232.i have problem with the touchscreen,works complete wrong!i have done soft/hard reset but i cannot resolve the problem.
i cannot enter to my phone because i cannot enter my password!
i have tried many times to calibrate the screen but every time the problem remains!please help i have the phone 2 days!

It will make my Touch screen to work...

I got problems with the touch screen also, when i press something on the screen it highlights above or below my selection, writing SMS was nightmare.So i went to htc service and they replace the "touch digitizer" and now my problems are history, everything works like charm.I think you should try that.
Hello everyone..i have a strange problem with my HTC blackstone phone and i need your lights plz..my phone after a restart(i had restart it with a application) opend normal but i couldnt see anything on its screen..it seems to work normal but the screen was dead..i try some reset ...take out the battery..charge it again...made hard reset sometimes but nothing happened..after 2 days i try a hard reset again and suddenly the phone started normal..finnally it opened..till it come the time to make a restart again..i run that restart application again and the results was the same as before i have a living dead HTC and dont know what to do..please help me..thanx in advance and sorry for my bad english..
I have the same problem.
Energy rom and after an error in the screen (firmware error) only appears black.
since saturday only black but the phone works.
i puted the original rom but the problem don't desappear
You need to change motherboard on phone!!!
can you explain what's happen with the phone and why this happen?
