Declaration(s) of Conformity
A copy of the original CE Declaration of Conformity is on file and available upon request for all CE Marked Dell products. To receive a copy of a Declaration, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with the marketing name and model number for the relevant product(s) included in the body of the e-mail.

How is it a mandatory purchase when you can download it through his website?
Goto http://www.sitego.fr/lesscro/skins.html and download the theme from there for free. Unless im missing something.

I think demanding money for something before delivering without offering a free version is against the rules of XDA isn't it?
Don't worry about the theme for a few more releases. I get the horrid WAD2 pink screen bug within 15 minutes of using it, and it requires a restart. Several other people are having the same issue. Have tried multiple ROMs with both WM 6.5, and 6.5.X, also moved from storage card install to device memory trying to pinpoint the problem, but it doesn't go away. It's not worth it at this point.

Ahh ok I did a bit of research 'after' posting my original post. No wonder his main thread on xda was taken down lol.
Yes it is a bit naughty asking for money before a finished product has been released (reminds me of a few other people on here). Shame because his work so far does look very promising but thats not the right way to go about it.
Im starting work on a WP7 theme for spb Mobile Shell 3.5.3 and it does lend itself very well to the panaramix scrolling and supports the hubs but is very restricted in certain parts.

He's personally asking people not to re-distribute the files. Although I disagree with the donation for download approach, I still respect his request.
I don't know about France, but in the US this is blatantly Illegal, the moment any donation comes from the expectation of consideration it's considered a legally binding sales contract instead of a Donation. And considering the WP7S Theme contains a very close likeliness to the WP7S including being "marketed" under the name Windows Phone 7 Series theme he's reselling copyright material. Copyright law would consider this Piracy in the highest regard, if only Microsoft had the balls of the RIAA to go after people profiting by selling their ideas and concepts.

I think it was because they failed to fix it twice. Then they lost it the 3rd time when they were meant to replace it for 4 weeks. Took 5 weeks for a replacement so I guess I got a wildfire S as a sorry gift.
Even better that it has only been out about a week in the UK
Who says its only Android that is fragmented? A look at all the replies by HTC CC shows it.
Well I guess that means we either find xtc clips or we move on to other, (preferably) non-htc phones.

I was knowing this would happen the main reason behind this is network locked phones. If any1 gets the bootloader s-off they can easily flash radio and unlock the network and can use any sim card..

I've been using a htc phone for the past six years, my wildfire was locked without my knowledge or permission and if it is not going to be unlocked it will be the last htc I buy.

The old devices will not be unlocked I think. Only the newer devices will be such as the wildfire S etc.
I think it's too much of a pain to unlock the bootloaders on the old devices as well, and I don't blame them, it's only a waste of more time and money.
If you want an unlocked htc then replace your old one with a newer and better phone....if you are too greedy for that, then use unrevoked.
That's the way it's always going to be, no need to blame the company for that. You would all do the same when it comes to more expenses.

I too, along with a few others people, am looking for a company who can help design and manufacture fully custom (within a compatible set of options) android handsets for US consumers. Orders would be on-demand and the desired features sets are yet to be determined.
We are also looking for a low cost android handset, also for US consumers, that would be mass produced. There's the possibility of a high end model as well.

A Google Search for an affordable activation key would most likely be your better path, rather than asking here for methods to circumvent.
I understand that not all are capable of paying a 'retail' price for Windows. However, reasonable alternatives are available with effort. What you are requesting is tantamount to thievery and, yes, that will be frowned upon here.
Also, my understanding is that Windows will allow use while unactivated, with watermarks and nag messages and other possible minor annoyances. Deal with the annoyances, pay for discounted activation via Google Search, or compromise your morals. These choices are yours alone, to exercise... and live with.

I regret to hear that you have, in fact, attempted to purchase a key and have not been provided a valid one. I now have concerns about the legitimacy of the seller that you have located. But I can do nothing for that except suggest that you request a simple refund as quickly as possible. Disseminating invalid keys is unacceptable and should not be encouraged by a continued relationship with such a questionable seller. Obtain a refund, if possible, and select a different source.
