Is echo really an issue? isnt it a radio problem? theres no android version included so all it does is launch haret, I'm using it and its great for quickbooting into desire v5, its caused no (extra) issues I've come across.
Thanks for this ROM, really great seeing as the android version is interchangable, unlike NGRZ's ROM

I believe he is referring to android
A lot of person say Echo problem releated with radio and rom combination. When making a call every things ok at android side but at the other side talker hear own voice.
I see T-Mobile users hasn't that problem a lot but European users don't lucky as American users...
How do I remove the Android boot screen? Even if I flashed another ROM, the boot screen is still exist.

The ROM is neutral As long as you have HaRET.exe in either '\Storage Card' or '\Storage Card\Android' it'll run it and CLRCAD.exe
Works perfectly!
The only issue so far (which is not related to this ROM though) is that you won't be able to access your SD-card from your computer via USB anymore, since the current Android builds does not support syncing to PC.
This is a statement and not 100% hard facts but at least I can't figure out how to do it. Earlier I had to boot into WM and then transfer new zImages or files, but since this ROM automatically boots Android that's no longer possible.

now to my main concern... echo n mic problems. before I flash this rom, has anyone had issues with loud mic n echo problems for listeners?

also folks to change ur zimage and add stuff to ur sd card, boot you're phone with no sd card in, then when booted out the card in and connect via active sync

While booted in android plug the USB, open notifications bar, tap USB connected and then Turn on USB storage.

Hi,everyone. I present a new wm6 rom for feeler.
1. Rebuilt from M$ dogfood build packages, didnt modify anything with rgucomp
2. Added Total Commander,CeleTask, Tao 10, STK, USSD, T9 (tegic) russian and english
3. Removed Catalog, ApproveUpdate, AutoUpdate,Sqm,Sql server mobile, WinLive (you can find a cab or make one), Office (there are cabs with office for wm5 ripped from new builds floating)
4. Coredll 5.2.1235 (well, i am going to port a newer build later), changed compression of imgfs to LZX (os image is 27 mb, you can flash with old wm5 spl or with new from wm6, if you use new spl, type in mtty before loading rom)

5. Camera works with pictures and videos, if you push camera button, it opens pictures and videos

I tried on my SP3, it works like a charm
it works also on amadeus but the player buttons don't work... for other languages you can use the wm5 langpacks of ronswens!!!
EDIT: no camera-app, no mms AND sms and it runs slowlier than wm5... it's a pity...

Many thanks for this new ROM. Most important question: how stable is it? The WM6 ROM in the 'WM6 for Feeler' thread (originally created by a person with nick name squllcx) is very unstable, hence pretty much useless.
is this for xphone2? sorry for not recognizing the generic name anyway, its fully working? e.g. joystick, performance and multimedia issues?

wm5 spl is the same as wm6 you flash you phone with mtty l c:\\wm6.bin

Use WinRar to extract the files rename the extracted file (os.bin) to wm6.bin and use mtty to flash on your phone

yes, you can flash your amadeus but you can't use your playerkeys. in mtty you can select your flashdevice and your keyboard, but i don't try it. use the help in mtty...

If I could just find my bl**dy USB cable then I'd give it a blast!
it works just great!! The only problem is that the camera button doesn't do anything, you have to access the camera via the pictures icon on the start menuand the camera doesn't look as great as before... but still usable, this is not a problem for me because I just don't use the camera.
No office, no windows live messenger... doesn't matter because I have the cab files
Smartsnes, the super nintendo emulator doesn't work properly if installed.
Another issue... when the screen goes all black becaue of inactivity, they only key able to bring the backlight on is the red button to hang up the calls.
Somebody said that you can install the ronswens WM5 language packs, DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!! It will mess up your WM6.
If you guys know a solution for the camera button (and if you have a better camera software) I would appreciate if you can post it here.

Op... I lie...
I shut the phone down and booted it up again and it did the 3 min wait and then no service thing again.
Had this same problem with another ROM as well.
It can still see the network, but for some reasion it thinks it's no longer connected. It's strange given that it was connected just fine before I re booted it.....
Any suggestions anyone?

Disabling start and OK icons,the BACK key became more important,use this when an app don't have an "done" or "exit" commands on softkeys...the back key works like OK button and suspend the apps or close the dialog windows...
Lock screen prevents speaker and other buttons when answering

great job but I've the same problem I detected with version 1.3 (but not with ver. 1.1): since I'm forced to lock the device after 15min (Exchange policy) and to provide a code to release it, when I receive a call while my Leo is locked I've no chance to select the speaker, the sliding menu simply doesn't appear anymore.
Actually, the same sliding menu is still available if the device is not locked, I mean, when using other programs (CoPilot, games, etc.)
How it comes I'm the only one using the code locking feature?

Since the Elf/Elfin android development is so good on the way to be used on every day basis I decided to make a software to install Googles android a little more simpler for the non developers.

Not yet, bit i have a solution for the sound!!! Before you start Wing Linux call someone and talk so you can hear the person that you Are talking to and hit run under Wing Linux. You can still hear the person you made the call to when Android is booting. Let the person you Are talking to end the call and wallah you can make calls whitin Android with sound

Does not work for me. when i run haret.exe from my mobile i have an error "EXCEPTION while reading memory address XXXXXXXX and if i press ok it still continues to another address XXXXXXXX (where X is the memory address different every time) i found some other posts on the forum but i couldn't slove it.

Hi,
I am wondering whether this application allows the flashing of all the updates inside a package besides the operating system.
In my case, I do not want to reflash the operating system part and lose all my data - but I would like to do an update for the radio rom (and there's a radiocust too, can you tell me, what it is?)
For some reason, I can not select Task 28 or Task 32, both select boxes are grayed out.
How can I prevent a Task 28 from happening?

I've tried to use this tool, but an error stops me always...
My computer (and the program) cannot recognize my phone, and on my phone, there is no "USB" sign. There is no connection between my phone and the progam. I tried few cables, few USB-ports (I have two ), but nothing at all, it have to be a driver problem. I have a Mozart and a Windows 7 running on a MacBook Air (separately with BootCamp, not virtually).
Can you please help me, where can I get the necessary drivers from?
I've tried all the advices I found on Google, but it didn't help.

I already tried everything, it just not recognizes my phone.
The WMDC says: no connection, if I try to download the drivers through Windows Update, it is not successful...that is why I want to ask somebody kindly to zip me those drivers if it's possible...thank you
You should put your phone in bootloader mode... While shuting down keep Vol down pressed until you see tricolor screen

Okay, thank you for trying to help me, but I'm not a newbie, I red all the related posts, did all the advices... I was rooting and customizing Android devices before so believe me, I can put my phone into SPL mode...I just need that drivers...maybe I try on another computer, I have a clue that the problem is the 64-bit OS...

MORE RAM FOR FASTER

Hi.
It seems that I have rarely coming issue that WiFi doesn't work on Lollipop. I tried several different versions including yours - the picture is the same: "Turning WiFi on" - and it lasts forever. I saw some feedbacks from people who has the same issue but no working solution. Very sad because other feedbacks are OK. Very strange. Maybe you have some ideas regarding that?
Hmm... Strange. I reflashed new rom and it seems to be working! I'l test.
But nevertheless I've found some workaround maybe it will help somehow for someone:
This behavior (endless Turning WiFi on message) is an issue in CM.
So either boot without SD card inserted or Unmount sdcard (Settings > Storage) and reboot system whenever wifi has troubles.
Upd: ahh, sh... No, it still doesn't work. Just connected to wifi once, on the first boot. And then - the same. Tried to unmount sd - but it didn't help. SD unmounted but when rebooted - it mounted again and wifi doesn't switch on

OK, I'm very tired of other 4.x SLLLLLOOOOOWWWWWW ROMs and installed this one. Yes, it really smooth on the first glance, thank you. The only big issue as I understand applied to some models (including mine ) - not working WiFi with SD card installed. Sad but true. The only workaround (can be added to FAQ for example):
If WiFi stucks on "WiFi is starting..." message then:
- Unmount and remove SD card
- Reboot
- Turn WiFi on, connect to network
- insert SD card back.
So it works.
