I am wanting to use the default wallpapers but I don't want them with the default animation. Is there a way to use the wallpapers without it?
there's a regedit that will turn off home screen animation, but I'm afraid I don't have it saved here...I believe it can be found in one of the how-to or tweak threads referenced in the sticky at the top of this forum section.
Also CHT allows you to assign a quicklink that will toggle that

I have been trying to replace some shortcut icons in the launcher in htc home.
In ex I would like to use internet explorer with the launcher, but I dont want to use the default blue icon, I would like to replace it with this one:

I haven't tried them, but they look good. Perhaps a screenshot of them in action would help get more interest ?
I made some icons myself but got hardly any replies, bit disheartening at first, but then I didn't worry as I made the icon set for my phone & use them everyday & am happy with them.

i've found this animation, it's a launcher i've downloaded.
Is there a way i can do something similar? What do i need to reproduce this type of layout and animation's style? (It's pretty common, but i don't find anything).
