He's talking about your instruction how to use, it's bit misleading for me as well nothing wrong with the lockscreen.
If you install only the Cloudy ActiveLS you can't boot anymore I ques and need to hardreset.
Maybe it's better to instruct:
first (always needed)
second (add extra on com 5)
I still need to flash but I'm glad Appelflap told, saves me a extra flash.

Not working on Miri v17.4 or Elegancia v9. Both cabs installed as instructed each time. Had to hard reset.

Lockscreen will only work with COM3(231xx). I tried with COM2(219xx) and doesn't work.
The issue are the missing icons: SMS/Missed Call/Mail. at bottom?

No, no.... I had to hard reset my device also when I installed both cabs.
Clearly the ActiveLS.cab can cause some heavy problems on some roms ...
And please excuse my language in my earlier posts. I was really pissed of. I had a fully configured devices and then I had to reset it .... TWICE

If you have installed 17661659..._4K__v3.00.CAB, then uninstall it and reinstall it again. And don´t install msvbppc.armv4.cab, you don´t need it. It works. ;o)

Did u get the missing file error on visualbasic install? Change ur regional setting to english then instal evb then change region back. [Start/settings/system/regional]

And indeed you do not need the VB.
Only when i started it crashed the first time. I have re
ïnstalled it and it was solved.
Only i'm getting a glimp of my fingers that's it.
When I press enter nothing happends and the hardware key performs to increase/decrease the sound so this is impossible that it works somewhere else.
Or it should have been tweaked with the softkeys.

i should have ran a few apps before making my prior post.

No QVGA/6.1 Working for Me
For the record, I've tried the files in the first post as well as:
2 versions of GadgetFreak's QVGA port of TSowen's Taskbar 6 Elite V3 (from PPC Geeks)
A GadgetFreak QVGA port of Taskbar 6 Elite
Arthemus Taskbar V3
Arthemus Taskbar V3_2
A couple of other QVGA battery fixes
None work correctly. The Arthemus taskbar changes the battery icon and that's it. If you like the square design found in the V3 version shown in here, then you can try it.
I've also directly swapped phcanOverbmp and shellres dlls with no luck. Looks like this phone has one odd set of icon files.
FWIW, the Taskbar 6 Elite CABS that GadgetFreak posted behave oddly for me. Once either is installed, they change the battery display and show a distorted speaker icon in the taskbar. But they can't be uninstalled or overwritten without throwing a weird permissions error. So to get rid of them you need to factory reset the phone. Be warned.

You should be able to by using sun's kitchen and the correct lang and location files.

This is a common occurrence for a lot of roms. If you are running certain apps, the device may run out of resources because of general instability of the port. There is no fix, but you can help the chef by describing your problem exactly as it happened and with a little luck, he/she will be able to reproduce the problem and fix it. Having said that, sometimes a hard reset is all that is needed to have a fully working device (flashing to a more stable rom also works )

I find the 28XXX builds (WMD) to be a bit faster and more stable than the 235XX branch (COM5). D-two's is not bad but I feel it a bit sluggish (he did do a really good job on it though)

A couple issues.
Looks pretty cool.
A couple of notes:
*I've actually got a pretty similar project called Tainted Vanilla http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=6414649
*Contrary to what the author of the rom states, it is *not* stripped of sense any more than my rom is. There are pieces of sense that can't be removed and they are in this rom too. (examples included in this rom include HTCAlbum, HTCCamera, HTCDialer, HTCFacebook, HTCTwitter, HTC's Browser, etc.)
*This rom includes a launcher from the market (Helix launcher) which is great & free, but not open source. Including it in this rom is a bad idea as it's infringing on copyright.

i did chance it, because i flashed it to mine and it worked and my girlsphone too, but ill double check it
When I went to download again the file had a different name and was a little bigger... I am flashing the new download...
edit: Same name but just entered differently..

but it didn't correct!

the monocrome icons are cool
first impression is good
volume keys don't works

i flashed to my Opal too
however, i don't like the way that shows the battery and signal status
i do a lot of hard and soft reset
volume keys don't work
if i try to enter in setting/home the phone have freeze and than works slow...
now i'm tryng to hardreset again...

I think this rom has a lot of problems, I'm working hard to solve these bugs...
