You have a Qtek version, and you're trying to upgrade to O2. Just get Jeff's XDA-developers Special Edition ROM exe file and run it. It's a 3.17.03 with extras, and it will make you happy.

It says in this really short forum that I uploaded it to the FTP site, just go and download it, why askfor it off me again. I have no problem helping people out but they have to at least try them selves first.

Hi I translated exe file for this Japanese program so I hope some of you will find it usefull, I allready opened tread in development and hacking but it was strictly because this tread was about translating exe file (hacking exe) and not networking. I think program is fully functional but I don't have access to PPPoE Wifi network so maybe some of you will give it a try cab file and translated exe are in this tread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=4420215 just give it a go and let me know how it works please.
