then you can access ms btmanager out of the commmanager (press the text turn on bluetooth not the switch).

S2U2 has a fullscreen dialer if that's what you're after.
dunno how to make a new connection through bluetooth dialup modem..., because there's no option of "bluetooth" modem selection as you seen below on touch pro 2
