hello guys, I have this problem: I'm using ROM manilla 2D from Josh, but it's very slow, it takes about 5min to boot and start. Second problem is the anouncement in start screen: No GSM. I know, radio rom is missing. But when I tried to upgrade radio or other ROM via pc, it's saing: error 262 or 260. I tried it with windows installers, with RUU, with device in bootloader mode, but no efect. When I'm flashing via SD card, it says numerical error (few numbers in red) can somebody help me to fix it? and when I'm trying to update it via USB in bootloader mode, it begins good, but about 2% it says: Error 270 - Image file is corrupted. Help pls

I have my Polish Orange M650.
At the moment it has:
IPL 1.38.0001
SPL 1.38.0000
GSM 02.04.90
OS 3.13.0.0
One day I tried to put WM6 on it and i get it done using this instructions http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=313486 all other ways described on the forum weren't working, I was getting same errors as described bellow. After that my WM6 was working well, but i decided to put Vanilla on it (using the same solution) and forgot to remove memory card, something went wrong. At the moment my SPV stops at the screen with version numbers. I tried most of the solutions described on the forum but every one finishes with some kind of error:
Flashing with SD card (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Artemis_SD_Card_Flashing): Checking SD contents ..... Invalid Certificate
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=313486 - can't connect to Active Sync so solution is not working
Using Rom Update Utility, depends on version I have this errors:
- it goes immediately to 100% and ERROR [270]: Update error. This image file is corrupted. Please check your Update Utility.
- it goes to 3% and ERROR [270]: Update error. This image file is corrupted. Please check your Update Utility.
in both cases SPV is restarting to screen with versions.
I tried also flashing original SPV Orange Polish ROM, no success. (http://rapidshare.com/files/53869919/wm5_os_1.38.0.0_radio_2.95.90_pl_orange.rar)
I tried some more solutions described on this forum, but it's hard to describe them all, i just don't remember all of them.
It is more than 2 weeks now when I am going through forum and trying all the different methods, my SPV is still not working. I will be very grateful if someone will be able to help me.

I tried this several times. My AS won't be green because WM is not starting. I tried to run it from boot loader, it goes immediately to 100% and shows error 270. any other ideas?

just remove microSD and SIM cards before running USPL and it will bypass without any issues.
Hi, my Swedish artemis (p3300) have had alot of problems latleyfreezze and hang ups, suddenly it just was imposible to start and i gave up.......but i tried a little and found out that i can still get into bootloader.
but i cant flash anything, in boot loader or in htc screen (when hardreset)
it only says
IPL 3.13.0001
SPL 3.13.0000
and on BL mode USB when i conect a usb, i have been reding post for a long time now and realized that i probley need original wm5 rom but i cant find it.
does it come with the box the phone is delivered in? (so i know if i should turn my house upside down to find a cd with original rom on)
when i use a swedish rom with HTC_P3300_SVE_3.13.413.1_4.1.13.44_02.94.90_Ship_R it says wrong vendor?!?!
could it be somehow my phone has been change so it some other contry rom i need ? and if so how to decide wich one to use.

update, when i try to SD flash it says Checking SD content and 10 sec larer goes into boot mode (when using the swedish rom .nbh file renamed to ARTEIMG.nbh
but i never see the press this button to load.......that guide to SD flash shows, goes directly into BL?

I have reinstalled the drivers for Vista to XP, like asked and said in a lot of topics, but this doesn't help, my device is recognized in bootmode but fails to update ...

1. Have u unlocked your SPL??? try using uspl
2. Remove SIM card and Storage Card
3. When you're booting your phone, go to Bootloader by pressing the "Record key" (left key) and Power key together! Press left ley first and by holding it, press power key!
* Shady's Rom (especially the lite need USPL unlocked by cmon! The link is in Shady's ROM page)

Many thanks. I keep forgetting to remove the SDHC card when I try to update. This thread helped me out again.....

It worked great and the rom was fine but than i found a better one.
When i tried to flash the rom, the update progress stoped at 8pc and mobile phone only has a black screen. I searched forums for long time and than i found
the way to enter bootloader.
If i connect in bootloader mode to pc USB connection is activated.
But every rom version i try to flash i got the Message
Error[270] Update Error
Ur Image file is corrupted, Pleas Chack Update utility.

i think you have to download SSPL Then copy it to your ppc extract nbh file from the rom you want to flash rename it TRINIMG.nbh and copy both this file & SSPL to you the root of SD Card click on SSPL to enter bootloader tnen click on power to confirm installation from SD Card wait untill to see update completed take off sd from the phone & power it on hope this help you

I Flashed my P3600 starting from WM 5 with Trinity_Rom_NiAl_Build_23504.
It worked but not at all (pine nuts) so I decided to upgrade again.
The second one, the upgrade stopped while he was runnung and I did the recovery procedure as suggested by the upgrade.
Now when I connect in bootloader mode to pc USB connection is activated.
But every rom version i try to flash I got the Message Error[270] Update Error
Ur Image file is corrupted.
The bar % run till 1% and the device swich off immediatly.

Error may appear due to corrupt image ROM. download the entire RUU and try again.
In General for archive with firmware.
I've already tried with another RUU but it works the same; really it means not to recognize the ROM installed because if I run the utility and click update to read the ROM just installed and the ROM to update, the utility recognizes only the new but not the present ROM.
The first time I ran it, the utility recognized the installed ROM too and it finished well.

In an active sinc disconnect connection on USB
- Download splxploit_HTC_Trinity
- Unpack and start
- Then stitch...
Should work
