I believe i have searched everywhere looking for an application to edit Windows Lock Screen but seems not to be there, only this thread is about it http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=509241 but no results. In fact i just would like to remove curtains but i do not dare to play with .crp files when i do not know what to do.
Anybody knows how?

an evenings reading and playing, it looks harder than it is. bear in mind it's not complete software, and the reg stuff i can't get to work, but its useful.

Please someone reply to this post i'm basically half dead searching and searching on answers and can not seem to find them. Well I just today unlocked my htc 8125 and have been messing around adding things and seemed successful; however I do not know why I can not have gifs display and function (move) properly. Is there anything I can do to have it move and work right without having it play in some player like windows media?

Well I tried seeing if saving it throw photobucket online to my phone would work and it did for a while it said htc gif and it showed the gif being displayed but when i closed it and tried to access the gif it didnt move or do anything and stayed at a single frame.

Good morning all.
Basically as the title says, I need help customizing my diamond. I've had it a while and am getting pretty bored of the same old TF3D home screen etc. I've looked over all your designs etc and they are pretty dam good.
I would like to customize mine but have absolutely no idea where to start, if any of you could give me an idea on where to start and what to install etc, that would be great.

The search bar is ur bestest best friend. But to help out, any post with [THE] before it is theme-related, and [WALL] tends to be wallpapers. You can achieve virtually any look for your Diamond by combining different apps. Here's a good link to get you started:

i started with manila editor to create my own custom slider bar and icons
and dl-ed some dll's for the taskbar and used someone elses clock from a forum

Downloaded some nice themes etc.
atm i am looking for a program wich makes it posible to give all tabs in TF3D a nice background instead of just the Today screen
Easiest way I found was to get yourself some .cabs, easy install and uninstall.

I am sort of new here a i downloaded windows mobile 6.1 and my hermes starts to the first screen then the second one freezes. The light is green at the top and not blinking anymore i really need help!
Did you Hard SPL your Hermes first? If the answer is "NO" There is a a lot of the chefs have that on their post, its pretty much PLASTERED ALL OVER this site. Its may take A LOT of reading to unbrick your Hermes, if ever.

Actually i did a hard reset by pressing the two soft keys then the reset button but thanks for the info.

Is there any software where you can unlock the hermes by touching the screen so it will read your fingerprint? Is that possible? That would be a great software.

To put it simply, no. It cannot be done with the current technology in our devices.

None of these questions warrents a new thread. Search and you will find re Vista looking Rom, if one exists otherwise there are ways to do it yourself without cooking a rom.

My first post here, so forgive me if this was posted in the wrong forum!
Here goes, I have an HTC touch pro 2 and my boyfriend has different bookmarks/icons on his touchflo 3d (the line at the bottom with home, contacts, photos/videos, texts, emails etc) and I'd also like to have those on my phone. I tried using the search but nothing came up. I wondered if any of you knows where I can find those different icons/bookmarks?
And a silly other question, if found, could somebody also please explain how to install it?

First of all, sorry about the photo, Ive deleted it now! I didnt know it wasnt allowed, otherwise I wouldnt have done it.

Just to clear it up, I meant things like that, not neccesarily the one you posted, I also know someone who for example has a Hello Kitty-theme, and Ive seen Fire-themes, but Im just looking for other themes aswell, so I can choose which one I like most.

I have searched this entire site for a couple of days now and have yet to find what I'm looking for so I appologize if there is another thread out there like this one. I'd like to thank you guys first of all for all of the tweaks and hacks. I have had my hd2 for just over two weeks now and I was about to give it back but after I added all these hacks and tweaks and saw just what this phone was capable of, I'm definitely gonna hold onto it a while. During all of my searching I've learned a bit more about hacking the registry.The hd2 comes with a certain number of icons in the bottom curtain that slide back and forth. Well I don't use twitter, but love facebook. I have been trying to get facebook in the options to add it to the slider menu in the bottom curtain. Some of the registry files are located in hklm\software\htc\manila. I would appreciate any advice on how to edit the registry to achieve this. thanks in advance.
