After ROM upgrade with OTA my WIFI dont work anymore tried restart,factory reset don't working.
Now i will try to downgrade ROM and upgrade it again but i get [140 bootloader version error]
any ideas?

Service menu only work on stock rom and if ur on Android 4.4.2 kitkat version then u would have to unlock by imei
Is there any ROM I can install besides reverting to stock?

Do we know if stock can be restored via CWM? I'm trying to find a compatible zip without losing my root access.

Hello guys,I'm currently on the 4.4 version and I'm trying to downgrade my phone to 4.2.2.The NoriOS version
Why?Because I need OTG to work,also would like xposed to work too
I have tried to flash it from recovery but I get the "Installation aborted" message.
Does anybody know how to sucessfuly downgrade down?

You should use GioneeQualcomm Downloader (GNQD) and compatible rom.

I rooted my phone about a year ago. But somehow now it shows as not being rooted but with a custom rom. Tried using towelroot and that doesn't work. I'd like to upgrade to 5.0 but am stuck at 4.4.4
At this point I'm not sure what is easier to re-root or downgrade unroot and use samsung update?
cant disable knox it keeps popping up.
can't download an update

I know just enough to be dangerous and eff up my phone. Please help a noob out

well im not sure which way would be easier i would think downgrading and re rooting but if you choose not to you can always just reroot it even on lollipop there is a new way to root no matter what version you are on also check and make sure you have busybox and supersu installed it may have gotten deleted somehow and that could be why your phone is saying you dont have root
There's not much point in re-rooting if you plan to download an update to lollipop, because the update will immediately un-root you.
Just use Odin to flash a factory image, then follow the rooting instructions for whichever version you decide on.

searched the forums but cannot find the answer.
I have a 935f and its running the latest bootloader and modem from november. i just got this phone and have rooted and installed TWRP, when i am looking at custom roms like superman and renovate, it tells me to "update" my bootloader and modem to octobers version for superman or septembers version for renovate.
obviously i a running a later version than both of these, am i ok to flash the rom without doing anything or do i need to downgrade my bootloader then flash?
if i downgrade will i have to root and install TERP again plase?
