Can some help me with this?
My phone before update:
model: x10i
firmware: 1.6
baseband: 1.0.14
build: R1FA014
My phone after update:
model: x10i
firmware: 1.6
baseband: 1.0.14
build: R1FA014
I used SEUS to update since PC Companion always says that I have the latest firmware. SEUS downloaded and installed a 129.7 MB update but nothing was changed. Can someone please tell me what's going on. I live here in the Philippines. Phone is generic, no provider.
I've also checked with the sony ericcson update site but it also says that there is no update for x10. How come you guys can update your phone?

SE releases updates by region and incredibly slowly.
I had the Xperia X1a and the NAM update came three months after most of Europe had theirs and the device was obviously unlocked since no US network would pick up the device.
DON'T POST IF YOU HAVE UPDATED BY CHANGING TO NORDIC!
POST ONLY 2.1 UPDATE NOTIFICATION, BUT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
It does't matter the country you live and your operator, it does matter the Country+Brand of tour firmware

Your phone is branded Netcom or is just a generic on Netcom network?
update have been available since around 20:30 in denmark.
none of the x10 i've seen in denmark has been branded, so unless i'm mistaking, everyone i denmark should be able to update, I did it via update service.
i've only been able to download google maps from market, everything else just stalls, both free and paid apps.
anyways Firmware says 2.1-update1, and as mention earlyer i'm from denmark, the phone has been bought at Telenor DK, and today is 31/10-10

I can confirm that it is not correct.
My X10i FW is 2.0.(A).0.504 and i´m not from Japan/China, I´m from Denmark
so where can i download it?

I stand corrected on my "A" vs "B" comment, as there appear to be a number of "A" releases for non-asian countries. Perhaps the "A" or "B" refers to the packaged apps? Since they don't offer the same preloaded apps all around the world. Wisepilot and Playnow vs something else?
the 2.0.2.A might be the UXP release. The 2.0.1.A.0.57 has been released to a single device, the China X10 pro on Dec 9, but these other have been added since the 12th.
The PTCRB listings take about a month to propagate through SEUS. I doubt that a AT&T version will show before January (if at all, since it has to based on a certified release), and AT&T may go directly to a "Update-2" if at all having been burned by Samsung's fix releases and a continuing decline in the X10a sales even when it's "Free" or a 2 for 1 sale. X10a isn't high on AT&T's list of important hardware with all it's new Windows phones, Apple stuff and a hot seller like the Captivate which is still not discounted.
SE's Raleigh site used to have the AT&T programmers and when SE moved to Atlanta, the majority of staffers seem to be from the Miami shop which was for South America products. There's even a former Raleigh programmer who has posted here at XDA that has said the same.
As I posted, this firmware is certified for the X10 family (I just happened to post the search link for X10a rather than X10i, u20, etc but here you'll see the same http://www.ptcrb.com/ctiastaff/complete/view_complete_request.cfm?modelid=17492 ).
The earlier version is, AFAIK. It is being released on the X8 as well as the U20i for China.

the only problem you may have is losing signal sometimes but nothing else

Also, I tried .58 and things seemed ok (FreeX10b4) but I did notice battery suffering a bit (~15% by the end of the day, every day).

The title says it's Android v2.3.3. Are you sure you go the official retail update?
I mean not "Flashtool" or the "Gtalk" update which will give you Android v2.3.3?
