Unable to view Attachments Email/Word

Hi,
Concerning Wm5 outlook
I set up a email account, I send my self an email with a word doc attached ( not zipped). Just the word TEST within the word doc. The email account received the email and can view the attachment. This email account is connected to my email on PPC via pop setup etc.
In the PPC the email arrives and seams to download attachment.
But when I go to open the attachment I get "Unable to View attachment"..
I have mobile word installed as per Wm5
Any ideas
Only to to fix this was hard reset, re load email address manually.

Receiving emails but not able to send

Hi, I have managed to get my SPV3100 to sycn with my exchange server. I am able to receive my emails in my inbox (and other folders). I am unable to send any emails. The ones to corporate email Id(s) are getting rejected as spam. Tried to send one to myself at gmail and that didn't arrive either. I can see my email in the sent folder when I use Outlook web access but always get failure (from messagelabs). When I send to the same address from web outlook, it works. Even reply doesn't work from the PDA. Can anyone help please...Thanks

Forwarded emails appear as attachments

Hello,
Whenever I forward an email, the recipient will receive it as an attachment. I searched how to modify this setting in the option, yet unsuccessfully.
Any one got a clue abotu that?
FYI, I use Exchange Server 2003.
Thanks.

Email - I can receive but not send

Any reason for this? Each time it says message not sent, error in synch or not connected to the network etc...yet I can download and view messages fine. I am trying to email someone a photo stored on my phone but it just won't send.

Click to collapse
You need to enter the smtp address for your network not who your email is with. So for me I'm with o2, so I use smtp.o2.co.uk
Solved, you need to tick the outgoing mail requires authentification box for Yahoo Mail to work.

Email question

HI,
When I read some of my emails, either through hotmail or gmail if there's pictures from the internet they're always blocked. I can unblock them by clicking the internet pictures blocked, and the download internet pictures from the top of the message, but I have to do this everytime. Is there a setting that allows the downloading of internet pictures to be automatic so that I don't have to manually do it everytime?
Cheers
yeah, thats what i want to know aswell.
It says it will load all images next time, but when i get a new e-mail it's blocked again
+1 to this.
On a desktop PC, Outlook maintains a list of "trusted senders", and if the sender of an email is in that list, it downloads pictures automatically (but doesn't if he isn't). There must surely be an equivalent in Windows Mobile...?
