I guess that a WVGA port is fairly easy by using the WVGA port of the PHOTON_Phone_Canvas_Enhancement_2G 5_0_62120121331_0 by Smaberg:

But this is an old version of Photon Dialer and now is avalaible newer.
So, how we could upgrade to newer?
