my original camera files have become corrupt and i am now unable to use my camera, i was wandering if someone will be kind enough to post up the original camera files from the windows directory.

Hey, excuse my english, but last time I use it, it was at school...
I have a big problem.
After a hard reset (I wanted to install JS Landscape on My MDA2), the photo button doesn't work anymore.
If i want to specify the device apllication running with it, I can't find the soft for Photo

So, when you flash the rom (in my case MDA--->XDA2), if you have to do a Hard reset, you will lose every soft in the Extended Memory. :shock:
(callerID, Camera, Clearvue...)
The solution is to replace manually CAB Files, after making viewable Extended Memory folder.(It is possible with Extended rom viewer here)

I think somehow my camera.exe and dll files got corrupted...
Or is there a cab witch re-installs these standard aps...

I seem to have a problem. While trying to fix a "thing" i deleted the whole activesync folder on my htc diamond. And as a result I can't get my phone synced anymore. Is there any chance I can make it work without changing the firmware and stuff?

I installed an italian ROM (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=642812&highlight=pureness).
IMHO it's the best ROM for HD (quick, stable, clean).
But, the camera doesn't works. If I tap the icon in Program group I have the error "Digital Sign mismatch" or "Missing files". I am sure that the cooker missed some necessary files. I looked into Windows directory and I found the "camera.exe" files. I read this: http://www.tech-archive.net/Archive/WindowsCE/microsoft.public.windowsce.platbuilder/2007-10/msg00709.html about a similar problem and I discovered that some registry keys are missing with this ROM.
Could someone help me to avoid this problem? Can I install some files for the camera (e.g. drivers or system files)? Is there any software able to identify the problem I have?
Please, help me!! I dont' want to remove this ROM!!!!

hello, i updated to lollipop some weeks ago and i wonder when i take pictures they disappear and/or i get exclamation mark when trying to open....
i open my files and i dont find anything in camera folder...
i tried to change the storage location but its still...
so is it virus or i did something wrong in settings or whatever is the cause, can you please help me?
