CyanogenMod-ROM ist definetly faster because of Overclocked kernel and
Undervolted kernel.
[ROM] CyanogenMod 7.0.0-RC4 (7009) 2.3.3 Gingerbread + NIGHTBUILS (FULLY WORKING)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=939122

what is faster? TolgaMOD v1.1 - Froyo 2.2.1 or CyanogenMod 7.0.0-RC4 (7009) 2.3.3 Gingerbread?

i think CyanogenMod 7.0.0-RC4 (7009) 2.3.3 Gingerbread

i'm using the rc 4.1 cyanogen and is pretty fast!

Facts :
Cyanogen Mod 7 RC4.1
4.468 MFLOPS
So it is nearly 2 times faster...

we need a benchmark-thread

ROM: nFinityGB v0.93 - Gingerbread 2.3.3 (CM7 based)
MFLOPS: 4.398

If you're going to compare MFLOPS, you're also going to state what MHz it's obtained on.

My vote goes for CyanogenMod 7.0.0-RC4.1

Yep thats right, Almost 5 MFLOPs!
Greez

CM7...Damn fast than stock ROM

I tied many 2.1 and 2.2 ROMS but I always return to SuperD. For me it's the fastest and most stable ROM for daily use.
Yeah if your goin 1.6 I would have to say super d or supercsdi for sure

[Q] What is the best rom android4 for hd2?

Which is better in your opinion the three Android4 ROM?

Don't know about Tosti.
I use Nexus HD2 v1.4 - fine speed and no errors yet.
Miui is still in beta stage and I've decided not to use it.
I recommend NexusHD2 ICS as well
Stay away from ICS version as they are not stable yet...
If you still insist, then you can try MIUI version of ICS as well..
I install all of theme and i think totsi is the best one
it is faster than other for me
I would say Nexus HD2 by tytung, if you install it right, works fine and its faster and smother.
Ics tosti v.09 for me so far its the easiest to use. used it since v.01 an it gets better each update tytung does good work to but it is a bit more complicated with extra scripts an apps2sd an so on. Your choice both are awsome givem both a try I have an so far I just can't leave icst.

I've used Lewa ROM for a few days and I really liked it.
Previously I've tried SDSL. It's really fast but I cannot connect to adb (as I'm learning android programming). For a while I thought that it's my phone's problem but when I tried some others ROM the adb runs well
Ive been using SwiftDroid ASIS and it's running pretty good.
Lewa OS based on SDSL works best for me !
I've just installed SDSL and been at the dev's thread, everyone there was posting screens of quadrant with 2000+ scores, and talking about some mod.
I got around 750 quadrant score, i'd settle for near 1000, no need for 2000. how can u guys accomplish that

[Q] Daily use stable ROM

Im going to flash a friends GT540 phone but he wants a stable ROM, i know the fastest one would be SDSL but there are still some bugs in it, what ROM should i use? Haven't tried tejas 2.3 ROM, is it stable? Or what other rom should i try? Thanks! :3

Utopia 1.0 or swiftdroid asis/sdsl 1.1
Sent from my GT540 using xda premium
The most stable rom with good battery life ( excluding 2.1 roms ) is CM 7.2 by tejas build three.

Utopia 1.0 is good daily rom based on android 2.2 with excellent battery life and stability but it's not good for gaming. Application compatibility is lower than SDSL which is based on android 2.3 and SDSL supports theme choser themes which makes it more customizable. So basically SDSL is better for gaming and for people who needs more customization or want to use certain applications that requires android 2.3. Utopia 1.0 is better if you're looking for stable rom for daily use.
The rom I used for the longest period was PCFighter's V5 with supercharger and and loopy smoothness script. It was the better I've ever tried, stable and fast. Now I'm on ICS, and while I find it faster than GB, I think still isn't enough stable for everyday use if your friend simply wants a phone that work.
EleganceSwift 5.0 , very stable and comfortable rom. Without any tweaks is very fast , and very long battery life (in my phone 3-4 days without wifi )
