First I don't know about you guys but Sense UI kinda gets old after a while, especially the HTC Keyboard, yeah I know they are gonna be making it a "larger keyboard" but its not the size that bugs me, its the layout. I don't like the whole press to get other characters like numbers and punctuation, imo the AOSP keyboard pwns & I think they should give the choice to use which keyboard you like best, not limit you to HTC's.
Also, I have a feeling this phone is gonna be wayy overpriced, sure its got crazy sweet features but I dont know... I just dont feel its worth it. For me, my next phone is gonna be the Nexus One (on Sprint). I feel they did that phone right, it's HTC but no Sense UI but not totally stock either.

Nexus one is a great phone as well, but is my second choice. I want the Evo because I prefer the bigger screen and I live in a 4g area. I agree that sense sucks, but XDA is going to be all over the Evo, so I'm not too concerned about custom ROMs.

I don't have a laggy phone either but isn't that the point of this thread? My GPS is fine on JK2 (stock JK2). If you want to sit here and complain about how crappy it is what right do you have to sell it for more than you say it's worth(less).
What device is complete? If had to it all over again I would still choose the vibrant. The only is that I would pay a lot less for one.

The people that are leaving the phone obviously have no idea how software is developed and are extremely impatient. If i have left every phone Ive had because of minor, trivial and fixable flaws, i would been in debt up to my eyeballs. EVERY phone has flaws no exceptions. Right, bad new for me... My MD has decided today that everyone has to have a BB 9900, so my S2 which was going to be with me tomorrow is no more... To say I'm upset and pissed off would be an understatement, but alas, nothing I can do about it...
So if I hang around here beyond now it would be seen as a bit weird and creepy, so it's goodbye all... I won't miss the repetitive posts and questions, but I will miss the great humour and pen craft...

New BB arrived today, still hasnt been configured but I had a quick play...
Design is the usual, but back to the original width so larger than the recent ones... It is the thinnest one ever though... Feels well built and looks pretty smart... Keyboard does feel like the best BB one yet, but the keys above them are shiny so show fingerprints... Back is weird if you ask me... The battery cover is basically clear plastic/glass over a textured surface, again finger prints, but different I suppose...
Now then, OS7... What can I say? Same'ol'same old...As crap as ever but with a brand new lick of paint... Touchscreen works, but I just thought, what's the point really...
Read a post over at crackberry and some guy got rid of his S2 for one of these things... We might have some intellectually challenged members, but what does that make him?!
Anyway, I'd like to introduce you all to a great new charity... It's called the 'Get Caspa an S2 as his work decided to get him a BB 9900 at the last minute Fund', a great cause as he shouldn't have to suffer in this way... I'm sure you'll agree...
Rest assured, 100% of donations will go to the fund and remember, YOU can make a real difference in Caspa's life...

Don't you have a mobile of your own mate or do you just rely on your job to provide you with a phone?You can get the GS2 for free on contract in UK if you cant afford to purchase it outright although i always recommend purchasing outright and avoid long contracts.
Even if i had a job that provided a phone id still ensure i had my own phone and it wouldn't be a bloody iPhone or Blackberry either.

Use the steps from here if your battery sucks like mine does and only lasts like 5 hours now. Going to the Apple Store this weekend to try it.
Your post is misleading. The article is about exchanging your ipad for another one with fresh battery for $100. You can't get an Ipad for $100.

That's why it says must have an Ipad to start. It's not misleading because you are getting another "new/reconditioned" iPad as long as yours is still functioning.

wow that was really thoughtful of you. Sorry I found an article to help out other members to get their ipads with crappy batteries replaced. also since you can't read titles I'm going to change it so people will stop flaming me BC THEY CANT READ!!!

HAHAHA. Title may not have been thought out but people don't have to be jerks.
You guys think I could do this for an iphone 2g? The phone works but the screen has a couple of small cracks. But the battery does last less than a couple hours.
I doubt it i bet its too old
