Does this mean if I would rebuild my own german ROM based on the dump of
RUU_Polaris_O2_DE_3.13.207.0_radio_sign_25.85.30.0 7_1.59.42.15_Ship
with the "os.nb.payload" XIP version from the 1st post with Polaris Kitchen
V1.3 would also result in white screen because of wrong locations in the
build?
My goal is to rebuild the O2 rom with reduction of some unneeded files and apps,
cook in NetCF 3.5 and use XIP 20743 from this thread instead of the original.
However, could someone please clarify if my build could work? I used my
modified SYS/OEM from O2 german base rom above and the os.nb.payload
from the 1st post in ROM folder to build with Kitchen 1.3.
I already cooked my build and it did not give any errors in the kitchen
but now I do not dare to flash it because of the maybe
wrong location of the XIP...

I've been facing an issue when cooking using your 748 payload file and 753 one. Problem happens in the same way either using one or another.
I can't match xip with sys part. It means that build version is fine but xip does not. If I change payload file for one like 721 I'm using now, rom boots ok but with CE OS 19965.
I can successfully get 748 and 753 Build version but all with CE OS 19965. I'm using your XIP released in first post.
Any idea what can be causing this behaviour?

How to make WM6.5 ROM with Memory Programs = 100Mb

Please, could someone detail how to make WM6.5 ROMs with 100mb of Memory Programs? My ROMs only have 84Mb.
I was reading the Belial thread:
"Native XIP : 19981 taken from [16/01/2009] HTC Polaris Official Original new ROM - HKCSL WWE 3.19.831.3 with Memory hack and the 1.xx associated Drivers from official 1.25.405.1 HTC WWE ROM.

... but I can't find the way.

To get 100mb you have to do a mix of 3d drivers and old drivers htc.

If I remember rightly there is a bit at the start of the 3LIT3 roms by chavonbravo who made it possible with cmonex. If that doesnt help ask pcarvalho may be able to help you if he finds some time between cooking roms for the rest of us

I ask to Da_G about all the Native kernel for 6.5 he has... but it seems that he lost them cause nobody download them anymore...
if you have a native kernel 6.5 (GSM or/and CDMA)post it please, and keep it safe in your upload host, include the xip.bin,payload and romhdr.bin.
If anybody have any updated pkg of the 6.5 initflashfiles.dat langs please post them here too.

Great, thanks! I'm sure a lot of people will appreciate it. I'm trying to get into cooking, but have been having an extremely difficult time finding everything I need. I haven't even been able to find a decent roll-up because links are down everywhere I look.

[SOLVED] HD2 Kitchen Problem with low Program Memory

i have trouble with my first HD2 Rom but that I had with my Polaris...
I will create my own German Rom and Release here...
But i have problem with the program memory.
After first boot i have ONLY !!!56MB!!! free Program Memory, Duttys Rom have 277MB!!
I have only added: PIM, Flashlight and 3D Drivers
and I remove: AlarmSounds, AUTOUPDATE, Bth_HID, IRDA, VoIP, VoIPOS, Webview, WelcomeCenter, WMMoneyWidget, WMWeatherWidget, BCR, JETCET and GPSCopilot
576MB enabled (with Radio 2.08 and 3.14 source)! Payload is reduced.
reloc or recmodding --> no plan!?
(Cooking noob --> Sorry)
I have cooked in osKitchen and in VisualKitchen same problem!
Source is the German Stock 3.14 Rom later i have updated the Build to 23139!
(poblem was previously --> i think that help, but not...)
I have searched long for this problem but i dont found a answer, please help...

Webview is an important package with a wm 6.5.x build,ok this isnt related to your problem.
56 mb free.....tell me how much is Total available memory and used?
Check....your windows start up folder for any unwanted program.
Check....the running process with FS_taskmanager.
Check....resolution of your icons......some 256x256 icons are a pain for gwes.exe ,90x90 is the better choice.

If you use hspl you must have nk.exe from tmus 2.14.I think duttys rom has nk.exe from tmus.
If you use stock european rom then you must remove hspl, install mama stock rom and then stock 3.14 and then flash with sspl your own rom.

Ahhhh....your problem is not the Ram but the Storage !!EDIT: or maybe your was a typo error.
Problem Ram: change your NK with TMOUS one.
Problem Storage : Use LZX compression and dont Recmode anything in your BASE package but NTConfig.dll!!
There are many other thing to gain some Mb in storage....like, deleting the default pictures in HTC Album,for Leo this save just 7 Mb.

Dont understand any of this need help!
I have just got a replacement HTC HD2 unlocked my previous was o2, this is with RAM size 576 MB and Flash Memory size 512 mB. but the Storage memory shows 119 MB free of 176 I have nothing installed at all. My problem is the Program memory total 208 only and in use 156 and free 52 ONLY no programs are running all i have to do is browse pictures and the phone FREEZES and PICTURES ARE ALL BLURRY. I I understand the PROGRAM MEMORY NEEDS TO BETTER THAN 50 MB.
Please i dont understand any of the above can some please please give me step by step guide to fix this and also the files to get this done,

Are you using a stock rom? That's what it sounds like. If so, this is the wrong forum.
Disable as much HTC garbage as you can-that will free up RAM.

I am already looking at my bank account to see if I can buy a second hand TG01 or something in near future! I can't wait to play with THAT HUGE free RAM and ROM!!

I do not know what method You promiss us this ram to increase further ( disabling WM menu ? ) but testing it yesterdy and disablig WM menu I increased ram in tg01 from 110MB to .... 127MB . I am really in dspression

Huge sucess for the TG01 l again! Can you imagine, the available RAM in the stock Toshiba ROM is only 85mb.... Now you increased this too 127mb!!! With all startmenu!
Imagine this on the Windows Mobile 6.1!!!! We have 113mb on boot WM6.1, 85Mb - WM6.5..
Imagine having the extra free RAM, we would have 155MB RAM on WM6.1!!!!
It uses less things, so imagine that free ram on 6.1!!!
Please, please, please Feropont, consoder cooking WM6.1 in the future, it will have so much RAM and ROM with your tweaks!

put this rom in prg folder. rename to tg01wp_00.tsw
then press SDDL+
it start SDDL+ and give error 'file opening error' phone will restart now and i unable to flash
this rom has your new drivers btw?
