eMAIL ACCOUNTS ARE NOT GETTING SYNC UP - Touch Diamond2, Pure General

I am using HTC Touch Dimaond2.
I have configured all my email accounts(Yahoo,Gmail and Hotmail) in my HTC Touch Diamond2.
Whenever, I am clicking the Send/Receive option, it's getting downloaded to my inbox.
But in my actual yahoo inbox I have more mails and in the HTC touch Diamond2 I am NOT having all the mails.
I have created many sub folders and many mails are inside that folders in my actual yahoo account, but in my handset the folders are there, but no mails inside the folders.
For my Gmail account, it's not all sync up my account and it's showing connecting...log in... and disconnected.. but no mails are downloded to my handset. And inbox is showing 0 items, whereas my actual gmail account has hundreds of mails
Hotmail account it's working but I don't have any folders in hotmail and need to check on this.
Please help on how to download all the mails to my mobile. Any settings need to be done for it..?

Check your e-mail settings and make sure it is set to download ALL past messages and remove any size limitations.
Also, watch the default yahoo settings as the outgoing server puts SMTP.mobile.yahoo.com and you must remove .moblie to send correctly (at least in my experience)
Lastly, I would suggest setting up gmail as an exchange server using m.google.com as server address, no domain. Then if you are able, you can forward all mail accounts to gmail, which has a better SPAM filter and then you only need one account.
Hope this helps.

Gmail and Folders Issue

I currently organise my mail into their respective folders, so they don't appear in the inbox.
WIth the X1, it doesn't notify you when you have a new message in any folder, it only notifies you when you have a new message in the inbox only.
I think it would quite useful if a program was developed to create a same notification when an email arrives in any folder in Outlook on teh X1, not just in the inbox.
Any suggestions?
I've had the same problem. The way I solved it was to go to your settings in Gmail (from the web, not your phone) and forward all incoming mail to your Hotmail account. If you don't have one, get one. Now when your phone syncs with hotmail, You will get all your email as they arrive.....And Your Gmail mail will be untouched still in their folders. There's really no need to check Gmail anymore as all your mail is forwarded to one account (Hotmail).
I prefer to use Gmail as my primiary account and don't like having so many email accounts.
I'm sure this is just a case of tell the phone to notify you when ANY folder has a new message in it.

Sync e-mail accounts

Searched the place but could not find it.
Is there a way to sync all external e-mail accounts setup on the hd2?
There are some send items i really need on my desktop.
You mean send/receive all accounts at once without having to do that one by one?
If so, look for "sendreceiveall" in the "Windows Mobile Development and Hacking" section of XDA, post by Crazy_About_Technology. I'm using it and works like a charm on my HD2.
If not, can you pls be more specific?
Thanks. I've got several e-mail accounts setup in Outlook on my HD2
The only thing avctive sync synchronise is the Outlook e-mail and not my other accounts.
When i'm pulling mail from my mail provider i get a copy of the mail and the original will be delevered @ work (outlook2007). But when i reply a e-mail using my HD2 the sent e-mail box ís only on my HD. I think iphone has a auto tions to send to a copy to your default e-mail. This options could do it for me regarding the backup/sync options for the send items.
You just need to use IMAP for all your accounts, then each device will sync with the server. This means that it will "look like" your HD2 is in sync with your computer.
But what about my home mail. This uses POP and keeps the mail local on the laptop. I don't want all my e-mail standing at the providers server. I think that the online mailbox doen't support so many mail standing there.

[Q] E-Mails to Outlook

Following situation:
I used Outlook to get my E-Mails (2 different addresses) and used ActiveSync to get them on my Diamond2. It created an Account called "Outlook" and stored them there.
Now I have mobile Internet and wanted my Smartphone to download them. It looked like it wasn't possible to somehow add them to the already existing "Outlook" account. So I created one account for each address.
What I didn't notice was that it automatically choose IMAP. But IMAP is only available for premium users or whatever. But somehow it managed to download a few E-Mails every now and then. It stored every E-Mail in its own account. And when I connected my Diamond2 to the PC and it started syncing and the E-Mails disappeared from their accounts and reappeared in "Outlook".
So basically:
"Outlook" contained all E-Mails and the other 2 accounts contained all E-Mails that my Diamond2 downloaded since the last sync.
Now I noticed the IMAP mistake and set it to POP3. Problem is that with a free acccount you can only check for Mails every 15 Minutes. So I decided to let my Smartphone do all the E-Mail downloading from now on. Problem is that now all Mails stay in their own account. They don't end up in "Outlook" and don't get synced to Outlook either.
I'd just delete all Accounts and try something else. But first I need those Mails get synced to Outlook.
Everything is kind of weird so I just wnated to ask if somebody has a idea.

Email sync issue

Hi,
I've recently synchronised my email accounts to my HTC but I notice that when I delete emails from my hotmail account they are still there when I log into Hotmail on my computer. They seem to delete locally only.
How would I go about setting it up so that the emails are deleted from the server wwhen I click 'delete'
many thanks to anyone who knows the answer to this one

I have the same problem. I want to keep some Emails on my device. It seems to be NOT POSSIBLE.
What app can do this?:fingers-crossed:
Thanks in advance for any reaction.:good:
You could use Gmail to sign in and collect your other email accounts. You can create new labels (folders) from your pc in Gmail and sync them to the N7. You can move emails to whatever folder you want and can setup rules to have them go there. Any non-Gmail account is identified with a tag. You can have the retrieved emails deleted from the original server or keep them. I use Gmail to get my Yahoo emails and my ISP account emails. Everything in one app, identified by account. You can also have Gmail use any of the accounts to 'send from'. On the pc in Gmail, hit the menu icon (gear wheel), choose settings, Accounts & Import to add your credentials to retrieve emails from other accounts.
