Are there any video drivers available for the HTC Touch 2? I want to develop an graphical application; and tried the following techniques:
1) opengl es -> works, but very slow!
2) DirectDraw -> not working (no backbuffer available)
I tried the following video drivers/tool from xda:
1) NeoS2007 -> no effect
2) ChainFire -> Nothing happens
3) Mikeenificent -> Phone crashes at starup
4) Topz D3Dm -> Phone crashes at starup
So i'm lost! Please help me!

I am seeking information on any methods or tools that exist to help in resolving/debugging OS freezes/crashes/lock-ups.
Is there:
- any way to enable a type of system log, or to locally capture the kernel messages (usually visible via KITL)?
- any way to drop the phone into KITL mode upon a lock-up?
- any tool that will activate when a system exception/error/etc. occurs?

Man this program is a little gem...Works great on Hermes.

Works great on TyTN with 6GB SDHC and WM6
At first it gave me a "Unknown Device" on Windows-XP
-> menu ->troubleshooting -> Disable RNDIS on Active
Problem fixed ;-)
Then it gave me CRC-errors while copying
-> menu ->troubleshooting -> Disable concurrency
Problem fixed ;-)
Now it works, not only on my desktop-pc but also on my mediaplayer (external USB drive with TV-connection).

try www.ipmart-forum.com. there is a version there for htc touch on pocketpc applications. tried it but really i had no use for it. hugs alot of memory
Check out sems.org. Has all the different BBC versions on there and some forums on running the software. I have been unable to get BBC working on the Cruise. The software installs but doesn't connect and get email. Same symptoms others on that site mention. In the end I just used Exchange push mail and have no need for BBC. Like the previous poster said, it's a resource hog.

1. Hard reset.
2. Change device ID, from Start -> Settings -> System -> About -> Device ID to HTC_P3450
3. Install a registry editor, and change HKLM\System\Versions\AKU key, change whatever in there (like .0.0.3) to .0.4.2
4.Then soft reset.
5. Install Blackberry Connect http://rapidshare.com/files/124768324/BBConnect4.0.0.97.cab OR http://rapidshare.com/files/135084257/BBConnect_WM6_Profession4.0.0.100.cab (lastest Version)

what rom were you using with cruise ?
Dear All.
I love it XDA forum to modify my galaxy S3(i9300) with brilliant custom roms.
I try to explain how you can connect your device without any problem regarding the MTP device not found error.
1. You have to install samsung USB latest driver.
2. Windows Media player ver 11.
till this step, you can find lot of advices from other thread or web search.
I did it same procedure, but it doesn't work properly.
So, finally I found solution from samsung service center call. (more than 3 times)
3. Registry edit > Run > regedit
Then find Registry key as below path
- HEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentcontrolSet\Control\Class\{EEC5AD98-8080-425F-922A-DADBF3DEF3F69A}
When you find this registry in the right side ==> UpperFilters REG_Multi
Delete and reboot.
If you can't see image in page, just try to find registry key through the regedit then easily find those key.

is anybody using it through USB? i installed it and run once and everything went OK. the next day the phone can't connect to it. tried reinstalling LG drivers / On-Screen Phone software, no effect. looking at the running apps LGOnSreenPhone or PC Suite UI are not running in the background nor do they start upon connecting the cable/selection LG Software in Connection Settings either. i remember greenifying LGOnSreenPhone and PC Suite once but removed them from Greenify since then, not sure if that could cause any issues. any advice would be appreciated.
