for me I used icontact for searching; but since htc sense 2.5 I don't use it any more because my favorite contacts are @ the home screen.

I prefer Outlook - Address book for the changes and a Sync

Best software for your contacts... use outlook. I've been using it and doing my contacts backup.

Resco Contact Manager is quite good.
Much more handy than the original in TD2

HTC did a pretty cool addition to the on-board outlook contacts program that makes my fave at the moment. They put an alphabet selector on the right side, kinda like icontact, but MUCH faster.

Need a calculator app

Hi Guys - I need to install a calculator for my P3600. The Mary ROM does not have one. Any able to send me one this way? I prefer the standard HTC calculator. Thanks in advance...
You need a skin for the calculator or also the calculator? I suppose you can use the Skin for the HTC Elf?

Do some reading dude... One, it's not the theme that adds the tab.
Two, you will find they are not that far along with Manila yet and are still working on an 'info' tab to house all your important information.

Contacts on todayscreen

Hey,
I'm looking for a app that makes it possible to put some favourite contacts on your todayscreen.
I saw it with the HTC of a friend of mine, and I would like to know if it's possible for the diamond too.

This looks very nice.
The only problem i see and for me it's the overruling off the keypad.
Thanx.
Looks Good and works fine... But there is just English Letters to search Contacts...
it's the first beta release guys ...upgrades will come soon, and specially also because it is nearly the Mobile World Congress
For a first release I am very impressed.
It definitely outdoes Yota contacts and any other contact program.
Not to mention it actually includes it's own shortcuts to the various tabs!!! Definitely a HUGE plus for me!
Maybe works betters, but is awesome ugly xD
Yota looks better

Not yet possible, but I posted a request on their forum for this, and other features. They say they will work on it.
Anyone interested should go to their forum and voice your support for adding these features. Resco seems to be listening.
Looks veeeery equal to PocketCM, which is my favorite app for more than a year.
Better donate therefore, as to buy such an obvious clone......
Just my 2cents

...no it's not... as is not possible to do in htc calendar a lot of things that are so much useful in the pocket outlook standard calendar.
You get a lot of eyecandy with horrible useability.
