Unfortunately, there is no KITL in Atermis. KITL is available only in some HTC Hermes devices

Help Required,I m Trying To Load Hard SPL From Diamond.After Load My
HTC Juno is dead & Couldnot Start in Bootloader Mode.

I'm sorry, but I don't think it's possible. You're not supposed to use the HardSPL from one device to the other because it is meant for that specific device and only that specific device. You probably have bricked it.
The only thing you can try is to attempt to start the bootloader mode. Hold down the camera button while turning on the Juno and keep holding it after you've released the power button. If the 3 color bootloader screen comes up, you can flash the official T-Mobile ROM, but I don't think that's possible because you tried loading a Touch Diamond SPL onto it.

alright heres the situation. im trying to access diagnostic mode on a ppc6600 thats running wm2003. none of the standard ##3424# codes work, HTC even doesnt know how to pull this off.
any of you geniuses got any ideas on how to access diagmode in wm2003?
Can anyone tell me that HTC Sapphire (or Nexus one) have QC Diagnostic mode or not?
I am struggling since a month but no luck...

Actually once the will be Qualcomm diagnostic mode it will detect as com port (serial connection) over USB and we can connect that with PSAS or QPST.
on other HTC's CDMA set secret codee for this is ##3424# or ##DIAG#, but it is not working nexus or sapphire.
