as title says Development section is meant only for Development purpose (is not needed a genius to understand it), im bored to move your Questions, help request threads and every other Off Topic in general section, please pay attention in where you post.

Like the title says: The Omnia II rom development section needs a ROM flashing guide. Just think of all the "thanks".
If you're up to it, let me know. I'll create a sticky topic for it on the developemtn section if it's good enough. Don't post it in the development section yet, point me to it first.
