Oh ya, you're right it was the Russian flag there . Having lived there I should've noticed , updated now thanks.
Found another Leo Official ROM 1.48.831.0 sourced out of Hong Kong. As many folk are picking ROM's on transit thought it would be worth adding.

Anyways first of all that bug is rom specific that is tell the rom which you are using... and if the bug is there in that rom then you have to switch it...

Most of the cooks don't include dsm files when cooking their ROMs, which contains the information of packages.

Not for saving space as it is very negligible in size
Can't say it as wrong from their point of view anyways
i asked this question to a seasoned chef some time ago, and the answer was that many cooks/kitchens create protected roms that cant be imported. No way around it, unless your preferred chef lets you have a copy of the kitchen.
is there way to make my Cooked ROM recookable ?with it ?

rombase is nothing like xda, its more like shipped roms.com, a collection of all the stock roms. and yes we do need it

I did not see ANY DHD stock roms on it to be honest, just 4 customs that are also on XDA, while here, you have support from the developers. So imho useless, But of course I can be wrong oh and all shiped are on xda too http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=824357&highlight=stock
This site sucks they just copy the rom description and post it with a download link from the official thread (not even creating one themselves).
No credit to the author, no direct link to the official xda thread, no way to support the author by donating.
Honestly rombase your website is cheap and serves no purpose! Please do yourself a favor and shutdown this useless crap.

No they wont as they use the framework-res.apk, systemUI.apk and com.htc.resources.apk, which are specific per device.
Perhaps if you asked nicely and linked to your files, someone in that thread would be nice enough to port the theme for you?
