Judge for yourself, it sure has eyecandy... I was curious of one thing though, where is the close application button or X button on these designs...

It sure is alot cleaner!

Thank Share

If this is how Win Mob 7 gonna look like , then the wait is not worth it. Atleast looks wise. I expected much more out of Win Mob 7.

Don't judge a book by its cover and I'm not saying it's going to be great...

Those screenshots aren't that inspiring. I was hoping the finger-friendliness would be much more apparent. Scroll bars, tiny SIP buttons suggest a continued reliance on the stylus. Don't get me wrong, I like my stylus, but I'd rather it not be designed for.

What's Win CE 5 Pro plus? Looks V3ed and as said Minority Report'd and something else...looks good but with ARM11 (no particular implementation named nor any clock speed given) and 1GB of Memory + full SD card usability, a TV out and WiBro, it sure as heck l ooks like an interesting device.
Interestingly enough two d pad layouts on the slide out keyboard so I hope the screen is sufficent for navigation.
It's also 1,000,000 times better looking than the Wizard, very sexy if you ask me.
Plus T-DMB for digital TV on the go, very nice indeed.
WVGA in a screen that small is hard to believe....
Still, very cool device. Much thinner than a Wizard. I'd buy one in a minute except for the fact that there's no d-pad unless you extend the kbd. Do you suppose d-pad functionality is somehow encompassed by the two buttons on the top and bottom? It almost looks like one does left-right and the other does up-down. I wonder how softkeys work.....
If they put a phone in it it would be worth a look at, who whats to carry two devices when you can have one, I think somebody forgot the phone part.
Looks trick though.

Not exactly; it seems designed for VoIP so I wouldn't exactly expect a GSM/CDMA/UMTS transciever in it. WiBro seems to be in there for that exact purpose.

HTC X7500 (Advantage) –Reviewed-
If you think this device is too big for a phone or if you are the guy who told me its one-handed use is terrible, please stand up. You are dismissed. You may go now. Thank you for your time.
Now for the rest of you, my intent in this review is to focus on the X7500’s usability.
There are really only two things about this device that make it different from other Windows Mobile devices. It has an 8gb hardrive, and most importantly it has a 5 inch screen. This is one of the most significant changes we have seen in a Windows Mobile device. There have been lots of innovative changes made to converged devices, but few in the area of mobile computing. With the X7500 I like to call it “non-desktop computing” The 5 inch screen enhances the viewing capabilities of Windows Mobile by leaps and bounds, as I will show later with screen shots and pictures.
Before I get too far into this review I want thank Paul and Igor of SuperiorGadgets for putting the device in my hands for a few days so I could review it.
The complete review is posted here:

Excellent review! I agree with nearly everything you stated. Thanks.
I love the color. The only reason I could consider giving back my Dopod U1000...
Radio
What's the phone signal like on the u1000? I had a universal qtek 9000 and the phone signal was always weak. I finally stop using it. The u1000 would have to have a good signal.

[APP][14/04/09] InstantRimshot 0.01

I was getting annoyed at iPhone users shoving one of these in my face, so here's a reply.
Simply install, and run "InstantRimshot" from Programs. Then hit the big red button.
Notes:
The first play may be a little laggy
SndPlayAsync() is too slow for my liking.. If anyone knows a lightweight *.wav playing system that's fast and works on WM, tell me...
Needs WM6 and above (SndPlayAsync doesn't work on WM5, sorry about that)
My graphic skills are awful... If anyone has a better button, I'd love to use it instead of 20 seconds of me and GIMP...
Tap in the top 40 pixels to exit.
Should work on any resolution WM6 and above touch screen device.

Maybe you should copy it from here: http://www.instantrimshot.com/
I take it this is for following around our funny friends for each time they tell a joke?

I tried recording it from there, but it didn't work well...
If anyone has a better sound I'll happily use it.

Just to make you laugh
by the way, it's not shopped: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_NYWTkR4lQ
We know its not shopped.. this has been around for a while now. This really didn't make me laugh either.. but maybe thats just me..
And hypothetically, the giant Nexus One does not count, since it is typically an upscaled video played on a large screen to represent the features of the N1. ;?
i chuckled...
But what if.... it.... did function hmmmmmm :-/ ? Id buy one hahahaha. Im 6'7" itd be perfect for me !!!!
LOL...it should have a great keyboard!

Well, seeming how the iTampon is just a blown up iPhail, I think the comparison is valid.

I actually thought you'll mention this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0sz8hWvP5Sc
Which looks rather tasty
asus also announced an "open sourced" tablet with nvidia tegra platform. id say 80% chance its android. i dont see any other linux build stable enough on arm and still pack the support for multitouch.

Looks rather creepy to me.
And I don't understand how a low quality and distorted iPhone is relevant to Android.

+1, No offense, it does look a little creepy, but cheers for the info.
Regards
Thats probably the eyes. Poser users want to see that there are poseable eyes in the figure, even though the google droid just has blank balls where his eyes are.
Rest assured, you can have solid colored eyes as well, and provided was green, white and black, the most common solid eye colors we see. (You can see that in the logo image on top of the first image.)
The phone behind him is actually a generic mobile phone... the point of it in the image is to solidify the fact that its the android robot in viewers eyes.
And no offense taken at all. The point of adding so many options to him is so end users can make him sad, happy, creepy, whatever. That maximizes the use you can get from him.
Gotcha. Cheers, great stuff, I wish you luck.
