FusionPlus 2.0 up and Running on Imagio - Imagio General

Being an alltel customer still in verizon's eyes means no access to verizon services such as Vcast tv, visual voicemail, vz navi, etc........who really cares. But I do need the visual voicemail. And fusionplus works great, tack 3.99/mo and you have voice-to-text. Very nice service.

Explain a little more about PhoneFusion. I have verizon visual voicemail and it seems ok but I was wondering how PhoneFusion works since you have to forward you number to their number then you getting charged minutes everytime you get a voicemail.

It does run on your normal minutes when you call in to check your voicemails. However, they are visible and you download them via data connection and then play in windows media player as mp3's so the there really is no need to use your voice minutes. You can manually download or set them to auto download. And of course the service is free. More info at http://www.fusionvoicemailplus.com/

how did you get it to forward it? when i did i called the *72 it makes it go straight to voicemail everytime, it doesnt ring on my end.

You first need to call verizon and have them set your conditional call forwarding number to 813-200-0200. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR MESSAGES DELETED BEFORE YOU CHANGE FROM VERIZON VOICEMAIL TO FUSION PLUS (or else you will not be able to get rid of the new voicemail notifications and it will drive you crazy like it did me). When you call verizon, speak only with tech support as customer service will say its not possible. After you do this go in to phone settings and on the first tab "phone" (start->settings->all settings->personal->phone) where it says "voicemail" change the number to 813-200-0200. This should automatically set your 1st speed dial to your new voicemail box. Good to go.

I tried this method three times and was unsuccessful until I called tech support and had them do it for me. Did this work for you?

how do you get 'sync' to work? I'm either putting in the wrong number/password combination or something else. New email comes in fine.

Sweeny Russ, it has been about a week or so since you have had phonefusion running, how do you like it, Verizon's visual voicemail is handy but the app takes to long to load and I don't know if it is 2.99/month handy. Reading your posts it seems like it is a pain in the A$$ to setup if you have to call tech support. I wonder why doing the *71 + the number would not work?

Thanks, but that didn't help me. I did figure it out though. When you add an account, use the Fusion Voicemail Login number they email you and the password they give you. Then sync will work. I had changed my password via their website and it wasn't working in the phone software. Must have needed a little more time to update.
Overall, it works good. I like it better than the Visual Voice Mail and I think the quality is better and its free. I didn't have to call VZW to get my cell to forward. It was very easy and straight forward.
However, I need to find away to be able to use the handset speaker to play the voicemails instead of using the speaker phone. It's getting a little annoying. I think the default is Microsoft media player. I can't find away for it to switch between handset and speaker. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

I am trying to get FusionPlus to sync when I hit the sync option. I have put my VZW phone number in there, along with my VZW vm password. Should I do the opposite and put the FusionPlus number and password?

I just entered my verizon number and the password. I clicked sync, I did not get any errors but it does not seem to have done anything.

That's what I was talking about above...
For syncing, put the Fusion Voicemail Login number they email you and the password they give you.
Hope that helps. I think they could have given a little more direction on that. I wasn't sure what number to put either.

I used my verizon phone number and the password phonefusion sent me.

I think fusion is perfect. I also found that it does not have to be open to notify you of new voicemails. It is very finger friendly and If you have bluetooth toggle you can list to your voicemail via bluetooth headset, the way I do it anyway, which is nice if you have messages you don't want anyone to be able to hear because it routes through the speaker. And if you delete a message but then need it later they save it for 14 days, unless your free mailbox is full. Also I can't see it using any visible resources, its footprint is very small compared to verizon visual voicemail.

"Visual Voicemail" without the iPhone

For anyone interested, there is a method that will give you visual voicemail on any phone/pda with direct push capabilities in the USA.
1. Goto www.callwave.com and sign up for their FREE voicemail service (US ONLY)
2. If you don't have access to an exchange server already (for Direct Push mail) sign up for free access at www.mail2web.com, or any place you'd like, I use mail2web because it's free
3. Now, log into your callwave phonepage (link in on the top right on main callwave page) and goto settings. Enter your mail2web (or whatever) address as your email address. then goto (I think.. accounts) the far right tab. Disable text messaging notification (unless you want that as well) and enable email notification. Check the box to have it attach a .wav file of the message.
4. Set up activesync on your pda/phone.... goto messaging and options, select outlook e-mail. Enter the server and login information for whatever exchange server you set up.
Now, open activesync on your device and and goto menu - schedule. I prefer to have mine sync when new items arrive, that way as soon as a new message comes in you'll get it.
Ok, now you should be all set, sorry if I missed anything, post any questions and I'll try to respond quickly.
*** Reasons this is awesome ***
1. If you are transfering data when a call comes in, it will notify you of missed call/voicemail while you are still transfering.
2. Person call doesn't even have to leave a message, you can have it notify you of any missed call, so if your phone is off when you turn it on you'll see all calls, not just voicemails.
3. Callwave actually transcribes the voicemail, so in the body of the email you recieve will be an attempt at speech to text of the voicemail.
4. Voicemail messages are archives online at your Callwave PhonePage, so you can go back and search for old voicemails by typing anything from that voicemail in the search box
5. You can still call in to get messages just like standard voicemail, personal greeting and all that (just call your own # from your phone)
6. If the person calling has a blocked/private # it will still show the number in the email!
I also did a reg edit of the "friendlyname" Outlook E-mail. so my today screen says: Voicemail : 1 new msg
With this method you basically have iphone like visual voicemail, you goto your inbox and pick which ever message you want to hear, click the attachment and it opens in you media player. Or you can get an idea of what the message is about just by reading the text of the email.

Don't know if it's possible, but if there are any programmers out there that could make an application that would run on the pda that could connect to callwave and allow you to listen, delete voicemails. They have widgets/gadgets that you can add to google/yahoo/Vista that do that, is there anyway to incorporate that into a pda application??

There is no reason in the world this will not work with sprint..it doesn't even have anything to DO with sprint....the only part you might have to do different is find out how to set "conditional call forwarding" to forward all calls when phone is busy to the new voicemail phone #. All the poster has presented is a method to have voicemails routed to email..the only difference between callwave and other services like k7.net and simulsays.com is that callwave currently is beta testing a "voice to text" transcription service and includes a "mostly readable" text version of the attached wav voicemail. When they start charging I can switch over to a free service like k7.net in about 5 minutes and the voice to text is the only part I will lose.

However, as you will clearly see on the CallWave website, they work with everyone BUT Sprint, because Sprint refuses to provision customer accounts to have this type of forwarding. And I can verify this, as I spent 1.5 hours of my time today, through 2 levels of tech support (3 different reps) all of whom ultimately came back and said "impossible".
From the CallWave Activation widget itself (from their website):
"CallWave works with most major carriers including Cingular, Verizon and TMobile. Unfortunately activation is not available for Sprint."
If someone has another method for using the service through Sprint, I would love to hear it.
Sorry about that...looked into it further and you are 100% correct. You CAN do call forwarding but it would end up costing you alot. Apparently sprint charges .10 to .20 a minute for call forwarding and gives you NO free conditional call forwarding minutes. Seems all the other providers have SOME method to do it. Bummer.

FYI, I had conditional call forwarding for my busy and no answer calls enabled for my sprint phone so that I could use youmail for voicemail and they also stopped working recently with no explanation.
The codes to enable them (*73 and *74) also no longer work and give an error.
I had to call Sprint and they were able to do it for me I just had to give them the number I wanted to forward to. The rep said that she didn't know about the old instructions but that she had gotten alot of calls recently of people with the same problem so she guessed that something had changed recently where you are no longer able to set this yourself. She didn't have any other information but my conditional call forwarding is working again so I'm happy.

So basically someone listens to your voicemail and then sends you the 'gist' of it? Sorry, I really don't need someone listening to my work voicemail and I don't think my patients would like that either.
Why on earth would you think they are listening to your voicemail? Have you never heard of speech recognition?
I think it might be exceedingly cost-ineffective to hire staff to transcribe a million voicemail messages. Thankfully some nice gentleman invented computers to make these tasks easier.

Exactly, it is completely computerized, the text of the voicemail is not all that accurate. If it was typed out by a person listening to your voicemail that person would have to a complete moron. That feature is useful only to give you an idea of what the voicemail is about, it's more entertaining to read them than it is useful however.

You can still do it, but you would only get message notifications via email by checking your email. Direct push means that the server sends email to your phone without you needing to check it. Microsoft Exchange servers do direct push.
Callwave does offer SMS notification though, can't see why that wouldn't work.
There are some other features with Callwave, not sure how usefull they are, but they are interesting.
You can initiate a call from "in the middle" making both your cell and the destination ring, or home phone for that matter, you can also answer the call on your PC , with the paid service.
So not overly usefull but , some nice tech ...
but didnt older versions of wm5 have direct push? i recall something about that...and is htere any way to have direct push with wm6?
for some reason i could never sign up for a callwave account, i assume its cause I am in canada.

I'm all about writing a plug-in or app that will do for windows what AT&T and Aple are getting sued for on iPhone.
I'm driving myself batty trying to figure out how I can intercept the network signals from the carrier to the device which are used as a notification of new voicemail. From the patents I've read on the existing technolgy, it's possible to get everything but the message itself from the signal. I don't want to speek to soon, but there's an ID that's transmitted as part of this message it supposedly the "unique" on the message in YOUR VMail box.
If anyone has any tips on how I can intercept that message, even if you only know the protocol....that would be a huge help.
I've tried intercepting SMS already and left a VM for myself and NOTHING! I'm still playing with it though. I think that I maight have been watching for the wrong message types. I might need to trap for RAW (priority=0, for you regedit nuts out there)

Haven't tried callwave yet but I've been using Simulsays visual voicemail on my 8525 for a while now.

Google Voice is not using my local number to dial out.

I have my gv # on my friends and family list. I guess this means I'm using minutes when I use gv to dial out.

Also if you search these forums there are how-to's on how to set it up to replace your Verizon voicemail as well as using it to call out/have calls come in. I've already downloaded that app and I love how it works except for not using my local gv number when I dial out. It seems to use a random, simi-local number each time.

Just wondering, I'm not sure if this is related to your issue, but did you have caller ID blocked in any way before/during setting up GV?
Edit: Also for making outgoing calls, are you calling your GV number and then dialing out from there? Using that method or calling directly from your computer SHOULD make your GV number appear when you call someone (the GV app is suppose to do this for you, btw if you need help testing this I can PM you my phone number... free weekend mins and all =p).
Force GV Settings
Another thing you can try is going to https://www.google.com/voice/#callsettings and setting the "Caller ID (out)" to your GV number. This might force GV to display the correct number. What it sounds like they are doing now is drawing from a pool of random numbers in the area (for whatever reason, I don't know why) that they control and routing your call through them.
From what I have read, there is no way to dial straight out through gv. You have to dial your own gv number and use the #2 option.
I think I had a Window's Mobile app on my Touch Pro that did that for me.

That's not how it works with the native Android app. It's much quicker/easier and it dials some other "special" number, not your own GV number.

That defeats what I want it for - free calls.
My GVoice app seems to dial the same number every time. When you start a call using your GVoice number, just look at the pop up that says "Calling via Google Voice ###-###-####' and add that to your Verizon Friends & Family numbers. Your bill will show that you call that number over and over, so all outgoing calls are free. Incoming calls will not be free unfortunatelly :-/

Hey gentleart sorry for the late reply, I've been afk for a couple days thanks to my gf working the front desk at a Pediatrician's office x.x (curse those snot-bubbling runts, we went through 30 packs of ramen noodles and tea in the last few days =p).
I didn't notice that "Caller ID (out)" only applied to text, I wrote that before I had access to GV and that was a recommendation I read on their board. Even if that were true for making phone calls though, it might not solve your problem. I'll make a thread on the Google Voice help site about this specific problem though (I'll PM you the link once the post is up) and if an answer arises out of it, I'll post it back in this forum for public knowledge (BECAUSE KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! ugh sorry... x.x).

J/W, under Google Voice's "Calls" settings, have you tried changing "Caller ID (in)" to "Display my Google Voice number"? For some reason I have a feeling that you would still get billed for the incoming call (I can't wait until cell phones work like landlines) plus you wouldn't know who was calling (possibly forcing you to talk with relatives or even worse... ex-significant others x.x).
If you are a heavy enough phone user to need this you would probably want to switch to the unlimited plan, but I'm just curious how it would work with Verizon. For now though, I'm going to try and figure out why some people are getting multiple outgoing GV numbers when using the Android app (I think if you are in a heavily populated area - by GV users at least - that it might just cycle you out to another number... but there should be a way to force it to use your number without having to dial manually).

This is what I did, and I can confirm that all outgoing calls are free. I also added my GV number to my "10" so that when family calls it's included. Unfortunately you can't have your cake and eat it too, your incoming calls will be charged minutes just like they've always been. I just have it go to my work phone while I'm at work, and answer it for free using my land line.

Install Google Voice Callback. This routes your calls via the web for dialing purposes and then google voice calls you back. Now outgoing calls are free if you have friends and family, and incoming calls are free if someone calls your google voice number.
You still have to have a pretty high priced contract with Verizon to get friends and family though.
For fear of sounding like an idiot I just have to ask.. I got a Google invite finally and now I'm not sure what I want to do. I really need to keep my current cell number because I have a billion business cards with this number, but I want the awesome voicemail service. I'm guessing I should choose the Voice Mail option only and I will not lose my current number? Does this sound about right?

The number you see pop up when you dial should actually be the same each time. You should put that number in your friends and family and then using google voice out should not use minutes.

Call blocking software

Ok, I used to have an app installed on my phone that not only would block calls that i chose (by number) but it gave me the option for an error message to be played for the caller. I had it set to say "your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again." Now I cannot find this app, does anyone know what it is? Please help, thanks.

Not the app you're looking for, but I use aFirewall and it blocks calls. It just sends them to Voice mail, but if you have Google Voice you can set it up to send them to a really obnoxious voice mail message.
Yea, I had that, but the app I had before literally made the caller think your number had been disconnected. It was sweet.
cm6 rc2 has a blacklist in call settings, works just fine.

Yes, this works also, but it doesn't redirect to voicemail. It just outright end the call.

I had an app that allowed the user to chose the message the caller hears, another option was the...beep...beep...beep...beep tone.

I'm pretty sure Google Voice does this, When I was reading the GV FAQ awhile back I remember thinking what a really cool function of GV it was. On the downside I believe GV has to be your primary number though, not positive, you might wanna check it out.

Google voice does let you set a specific number to get a disconnected message.
It does require for you to use google voice as your voicemail, but it does not need to replace your current number.
i've used this feature and it is quite effective. for maximum effect just set the option within your phone book to send the caller directly to voicemail.
your phone will not even ring.

I think you talking about easybusy. I use it and have my phone set to forward calls to a fake number like 555-555-5555. One problem, I'm currently testing the new energy rom and now my easybusy software will not work.

Google Voicemail problem

I use Google Voice for my voicemail. I have a colleague who does the same, with her Blackberry. We both are on Sprint.
Our calls aren't going to voicemail. I went into Google Voice on my desktop and see that my last voicemail was 12-23. I had my phone with me over the holidays and was on vacation for a week, so not getting a voicemail didn't really stand out.
When I try today, I get this message "We could not complete your call. Please try again."
Any ideas on where I can look before I give them a call? I am running Ultimate Droid and was sure if they would ask questions about my phone being rooted or instruct me to go to certain menus that may or may not be different.
I could get her to call later tonight if it is a Sprint thing but wanted to see if one of you smart folks might have a quick answer.

I also run UD2.5 and I have no problems using Google Voice as my voicemail provider. So you can probably rule out Sprint as being the problem.
You do need to make sure that Google Voice is set as your voicemail provider. Go into settings > Call Settings > Voicemail Service.
It should say Google Voice there. If it says My Carrier. That may be your problem.
If that says Google Voice, then you know you are least half way there. On your computer, log in to your google voice account, and click on settings in the top right corner. It should show your cell phone number as a forwarding number. Then to the right, it should say "deactivate Google Voicemail on this phone?"
If it says "Active Google voicemail on this phone?", then you haven't activated it yet. Click the hyperlink and it should give you a short code to dial on your phone to set up Gvoice as your VM provider.
If it says "deactivate" and you still aren't getting it to leave VM's. Then try clicking "deactivate", then activate again. It should walk you through the set up again.
Last but not least, you can check to see if it is initialized as your voicemail by calling your own cell phone number from your own phone. Gvoice should recognize this and take you into your Gvoice mailbox.
I hope at least one of those steps works. If not, you can try to PM me with your results, I don't know how much more I could help, but I don't mind if you do.
I really appreciate the help but no luck. Everything is showing like it is working but calls are still not going to google voice.
My GVoice Inbox is still showing all of my old messages (been using gvoice for about a year with no problems). Call Settings menu is showing google voice as the carrier.
The Voice app is working fine. I did go in and force stop it and cleared data to see if it would help. Doing that kicked me back through the setup process that I had already went through a few times.
I'm really hoping for an "Ah-ah" moment that makes me feel like an idiot...

Did you actually try dialing the *28 followed by your google number just to reactivate conditional call forwarding?

Still no luck. Had my hopes up on that one.
I still get Sprint voicemail when I call myself and I get 'Call can not be completed as dialed' when I call from my wife's phone.

That's weird, so you did try it WITH your google number? I'm not sure why it would give you a different number. You also logged into google voice with the proper gmail address? If you go to settings in google voice does it show the proper phone numbers? Under "this phones number" is your cell number and under google number you see your actual google number? This is a really weird situation.
You can call Sprint and have them completely disable voicemail on your account but I don't think that will actually help.

I did. I am not having much luck with Google this week. Can't purchase Root Explorer because Google checkout says my zip code is bad (apparently a known issue that only effects some merchants with some customers).
Anyway. When you call your google number from a different phone what SHOULD it do? From my wife's phone, it goes straight to my Inbox. That sound right? I have only used gvoice for voicemail and not a number I use for any calls, in or out.

It will only go right to the inbox if you have it set up that way. Of course calling your google number should go to Your inbox not your wifes, unless her account is the one it is associated with. Basically when somebody calls your google number it will ring whatever phones you have it set to forward to. If you have forwarding off then it will go straight to voicemail. If indeed calling your google number goes to your wifes inbox then her gmail address is the one associated with that account. Thus you will have to go into google voice app and log out with your gmail and log in with hers. If you need more help I can be found on yahoo chat under ifly4vamerica, might be easier to help you through this issue.
Its got to be something stupid.... Probably you didnt set something up right. I have 2 google voice numbers one for business.. and one for my voicemail...
I have Never had a problem unless I didn't
1. *28 google voice number ( have to do this after flashing anything or restoring anything)
2. Did not refresh the gv app on my phone. ( after flashing or restoring)
3. Make sure you gmail accts are synced... that way you will get a transcript of the vmail and a link to audio
Its gotta be a miss step somewhere.
I have no probs as long as i do all these things. I flash crap on my phone all the time.

I have tried to start over a few times and each time I click Activate in the Settings menu it gives me a two step process: 1) Type this number from your cell phone *28{followed by a number that is NOT my Google number}. 2) Press Send.
This doesn't work. So I hit *38 to try and clear it back out (just in case).
I also get directed to that same *28 number when I go through the Call Settings>Voicemail>Voicemail Settings menu on my phone. It refers to it as a carrier configuration. I have GV selected as the carrier in the menu above.
I have also tried to use my Google number after the *28, which is apparently what you are supposed to do and yet again it doesn't work.
When you guys click activate on the GV Menu page does it suggest *28 with your g-number or something different?
What is really bugging me about this crap is that I have been using GV on multiple phones for more than a year (on the EVO since Aug) with no hiccups and it "breaks" out of the blue when I made no other changes to my phone or service.
I did try Sprint last night and the rep there said he fixed it but when I got off the phone and tested it, same result and I decided to go to bed as I value my TV and I was about to throw my phone through it. Gonna try and see if a different rep know more.

Still a little confused here but now have it working. Still interested in the 'Why' side of things in case it were to happen again. Was on with a Sprint rep, for over an hour, who seemed to know his stuff and was a GV user himself.
My tries last night were from home where I use an Airrave (older model) for coverage. My tries this morning while talking to him were from my office where the signal is bad. On a couple of occasions I got connected to Verizon. There wasn't a roaming icon on my phone. Maybe Ultimate Droid doesn't show the icon? Not sure there.
He felt like the issue was connecting with Sprint and said that while the Airrave SHOULD work it could still be part of the problem. We finally stopped and he recommended I go to a Service Center, where we would be guaranteed to have good coverage and try again.
After we hung up, I downloaded the Stock 3.70 Rom and wiped everything (data x 3, cache and davlik) and flashed the new stock Rom. I wasn't expecting much as it smelled like a system thing with forwarding calls from Sprint to Google.
In Menu>Settings>Call>Voicemail Service I noticed I no longer had the option to choose Google Voice. I downloaded the GV app. I then went outside, stood on one leg with my socks off and my shirt unbuttoned to make sure I had a good signal, and followed the app's suggested setup, which included the *28 with the number that is NOT my GV number. Now it works.
Should I be worried about restoring my nand backup I did before the wipe? I'm thinking no but I also didn't think the reflash of the Stock would work. I am guessing the unawared roaming was prbly the biggest culprit.
Sorry for the length. Just trying to get all in here in case someone else has a similar issue.

Google Voice mail not working with VoLTE?

I have always used Google Voice as my default voice mail app. After upgrading to VoLTE (Kitkat 4.4.4), whenever someone calls me and I do not answer, it just says that my voice mail box is not set up. Anyone else having this problem?

I uninstalled and reinstalled, ran through setup and still nothing. I will try again.
I guess I don't understand the allure of VoLTE. In reading about it @ VZW site, it bills the same as regular calls so it's not like it can save on our minutes. Voice sounds just fine over standard calls IMO.
I dont know what I am doing wrong. I reset my Google Voice by uninstalling it and reinstalling, setting it up, then making sure hangouts voicemail is enabled. Anyone have any other thoughts?

I cant get forwarding to work. When I call my VZW number, it rings, pauses like its trying to forward, the the VZW phone starts ringing again. It never goes to GV, or Hangouts. If I call my GV number directly, it works fine, even from my VZW number.
Any thoughts, suggestions, or assistance appreciated.

I enabled Hangouts integration with Google Voice, and everything is working fine for me after setting up my Google Voice number for forwarding again with VoLTE enabled.

I had to go to Google voice on the web, goto Settings, select Edit under your phone number, then select Activate under Forwarding Options. It'll provide a *71 number for you to key in on your phone. This will be a different number than your voicemail number.
It worked for me after these steps.

Tried that yesterday several times on my own and with VZW "support." They seem to think it may be a network backend issue, and have sent it up the food chain...

I have an old plan. 1500 Min, unlimited text and data. For me, it isn't about saving minutes, it is about the quality of the call. My wife and most of my family has GS5, the others just got iPhone 6 so most of my calls VoLTE and I love it.
Slightly off topic, but has anyone gotten the calling feature within the new hangouts integration to work over wifi? I need this at work because when I have to go out on the floor there is no service, but there is wifi.

Now when I get a call it says the mail box hasn't been set up yet. I did all of the forwarding options (even shows forwarded on the myverizon page) and it still isn't forwarding to my google voice.

After making sure my phone was still connected via Google Voice online, these steps from Google (click on "If you're a Verizon Wireless user click here") are what got it working for me (along with making sure Google Voice was selected for voice mail in my phone's settings - Phone -> Menu -> Settings -> Call -> Voice Mail). I dialed all three one right after the other:
If you are having trouble configuring Google Voice as your voicemail service on Verizon you can make the switch manually by dialing these three activation codes:
*71[Your Google Voice number]
*90[Your Google Voice number]
*92[Your Google Voice number]

I've tried this and it has not solved my problem.
Working with Verizon Wireless, and they claim there is a problem during the forwarding. I'm likely oversimplifying, but it seems that VZW sends the call to AT&T Landline, who then sends it to Google's landline operator (I forget who they said this was), then it goes to Voice. For my number, there is a problem at the transition from AT&T Landline to Google's operator. So basically, it is a network issue that is occurring on a disinterested carriers network, and so nothing is happening fast.
On a side note, I tried to get creative since others still have working VZW to Voice forwarding, and I got a new number, and paid to keep the old number, too, in the hopes that a new number would work... No joy, I'm out $30 and now have a second number that behaves the same way as the first.

Odd that it works for some and not for others.
It would be great if Verizon would get things straightened out, but they've never cared about Google Voice and likely never will (heck, Google doesn't seem to care too much about it these days).

Tried all those options. I don't see how its working for anyone that has voLTE enabled. As soon as I disable it fowarding works fine.
I was able to successfully got Google voice back after enabling HD voice, by setting up Forwarding not on the phone, but online: https://wbillpay.verizonwireless.com/vzw/secure/services/CallForward.action

Odd that that works for you. I had tried that, and setting it up through the MyVerizon app, and by the VZW tech setting it, all with the same broken results.
