looks like your ribbon has snapped. will eventually go to a totally white screen

What's up with this strange white lines appearing on some photos?

Supposed in china, more colors

Some text disappear

I've using the search, but i haven't found this problem.
After PIE update some words are disappearing if the background is white, if i change to black i see it perfectly clear.
On OREO i had no problems at all.
Some ideas about whats happening?
