Hi, when I had S2U2 installed I had this different volume control screen, where I could easily set ringtone volume and system volume individually. See screencap:

I have uninstalled S2U2 cause imo it was draining my battery, but I would really like to have the volume control screen back.
Anyone knows where I can get a cab just for this?

on manila - settings - sounds - disable single volume. ?? is this what you want ?

I'd like to tweak this, but I'm afraid I don't know what 'manila' is - did a wee search but it's so part of the vocab on here that it's hard to find a low-level definition. any link/help? thanks

Manila is the HTC interface. Everything TF3D, menu's, volume, nice graphical interface, this is Manila

I got the iBliss dialpad skin from crash (in the wisbar forum) and updated it so that it's compatible with 3G phones. Here are some screenshots:

Now, I still can't seem to work out which file overlays the brightness bar (video call => click brightness button). If anyone can help me on that I can then finish off the skin.
Note that the installation cab overwrites your phcanrc.dll in your windows directory. You might like to back that up first.

Is this project still alive at all? Im having issues with this not displaying anything correctly on a Touch. Worked on a cooked rom, but i installed in on a new rom that didnt have it and now it looks all jacked up.

Hi!
If you click the play button... doesn't it start playing? Are you using it directly on the today screen or inside another today plugin .... Also, on the today settings configuration for the HTC player plugin, try changing the asociated player on the combo.

Can your scripts be used to control S2P rather than Windows Media Player?

I have made a new todayscreen with rlToday, SPB Weather and TodayAgenda.
In the first screenshot you can see a button with a speaker. This button I will use to switch directly between Ring&Vibrate and Vibrate&NoRing.
I mean the functions "On" and "Vibrate" that you can see in the popup on the second screenshot.
Is it possible to do this with only one button or do I need two of them? What code or registrykey can I use to fix this?

i will attach 2 exe files for mute- and vibrate switching..
remove .zip and you'll have the exe's.
link to them in RLtoday and you'll be fine.
could you plz share your skin?

Hi, use VibraSwitch. It's an EXE that will switch between Ring and Vibrate when you run it. It's exactly what you need.

The VibrateOnOff is what I needed. Works perfectly.
skin.xml & png's are attached...
The MuteOnOff.exe.zip file is corrupted when I download it. I would find this on-off functionality of the ringer highly helpful. Anyone have a working version of a ringer on-off toggle?

well guys he's right, cos the cabs posted on that thread include only the "slide 2 answer" function, not the brushed small curtain which appears during the call.
Unfortunately, won't work on CDMA devices yet.

Not true. There is now a fully working slolution but it has become lost mid-thread!
Look for the cab by fiendz and the minor fix by drachen.

I'm sorry if this has been asked (and answered) before (or if it's too obvious), but I've been searching for this on Google and found nothing. Everybody seem to be searching ways to enable this "curtain", but I'm trying to disable it instead...
I'm using my own ROM that I've cooked with Lobsterdave's kitchen. It includes PhoneCanvas_Tachi_4_10_34656_1 package and I'm only missing video calling feature to be there...
But, one thing that annoys me is that it DOES HAVE the damn curtain over the keys in a call. That makes me 1) turn on screen 2) try to slide it down (yeah try) and 3) push the button I intend to...
So, is there a way, like a reg-tweak or something that would disable the curtain?

To verify this is not an application, just an idea. I was hoping somebody would care to maybe have a go at creating an application like this that opens up a menu which displays programs, settings etc.
The program would scroll using kinetic scrolling and would basicallay be used as a start menu to open shortcuts to start menu applications.
I attach 2 screenshots of possible ideas.

You can find something like this in Mobile Shell 2 (TWO), in MY MENU you can add anything you want. Assign My Menu to a soft key and you should be good.

There is something similar...
FingerPoint would work if you could skin it more...maybe even QuickMenu if it could be made large enough to cover the whole screen. There was another old one that I can't remember.

The font in the screen shot is Segoe UI
