What do you think i have to do?
try another SIM card... if the problem same.. one way - service center
I thought of posting about it too. My problem is the other party hears me really low.

I hope this is not a repost.
I've just bought the Diamond and I absolutely love it... I'm still a noobie with such phone and am learning to use it! it's a bit slow and I'm hoping you can tell me which program to download so I can make it that much faster.
The other problem I have is that every few minutes I try to make a call and the operator msg comes on and says that I do not have enough credits to make the call (I'm currently with Etisalat in Dubai). My phone is full on credits and as soon as I switch off the phone and on again I can make the call. This problem didn't start when I first bought the phone it started a few days ago...
Any suggestions guys? Thanks for your help... much appreciated
Alright, so i have a telus diamond, and when somebody calls (most of the time) i press ANSWER (the big green button) and all it does is silence the ringer, and it won't start the conversation, i wait until the person on the other line finally hangs up then i gotta call them back, this has happend previously so i brought it to telus, they gave me a new one and its happening again!!! i cant see why? the only programs i have that change settings is Diamond Tweak, and i've looked several times, and i barely changed anything in it. Can somebody help me? I'd rather not bring it to them again and seem like the boy who cried diamond
Are you sure you are actually are hitting the green answer button, and not the "silence call" button? THey are quite close. Check it out.
no, i see the button flash, and i've tried pushing the hardware button as an alternative, but its still unsuccessfull most times
I had this issue as well. I did a swap and am still having the issue. I'm going to try a hard-reset at some point and then just monitor it to see if it continues to happen.
If it does, back to Telus to see what they can do for me.
Hmm.. now that U mention is, I have it too.
Mine's bought during launch in Singapore. It happens once in a while, but I didn't bother finding a solution to that.

there's a huge thread on the sprint forum about this problem too...
this problem is extremely annoying... and nobody seems to know the cause..
Wow, i guess i'm not the only one, thats good i sopose, i'd rather not bring it back to them and get a third diamond... i'm thinking of maybe finding out about getting a totally different phone... i love the diamond, but its pissing me off, not only that, it gets right slow sometimes... maybe im too hard on it, i dont know... but all they have at telus for ppc is HTC Touch (elf) and Htc touch dual i think...

sice 2 day´s I´m owen a HTC Touch 2.....Ilove this little baby, but there is one problem for me.
during a phonecall, te display isn´t turned of....and I have to big eras ;-) an always I open things with my ears programs :-(((

At last someone who understand me my big ears are also problem on this phone
Hi guys, firstly i im sorry for my bad english, here what the problem is- my device won'"t send or recieve any sms mesages. When i try to send txt it only goes like
YOUR MESAGE CANNOT BE SENT
Then gsm signal at the top of the display restarts and everything seems fine.
I can recieve calls but i am hearing very bad echo.
Can anyone help me please
well, i can only say this phone is a complete rubbish! i also have a 6915 and mine crashes at least once every 2 days lol, the gsm radio sometimes turns itself off, and then back on again, the performance of some apps is bad, the software is outdated... well... buy a new one as soon as you can and forget HP!

mine's perfect. it was italian version and was closing on 20% battery so i put it into english and works more than ok.
